He was excellent. He's very thorough, very personable, and he takes time with you. He's very prompt and has a nice office staff.

We were generally happy except for maybe the last two years. We had care that was okay, but not great. We had more satisfactory years than unsatisfactory so I would recommend them. They keep us waiting all the time but that may be normal.

I think his work is outstanding. His bedside manner could use a little work however. Sometimes, it felt like I was just a job rather than a patient. When you know what he is like though, its not an issue. I would definitely recommend him to others.

There is nothing that is not friendly, professional and competent about this doctor's practice.  All people in the office are terrific, and Dr. Lovich is a most competent surgeon.  I couldn't recommend any doctor more highly.

The interaction went well. I get in wait 5 minutes and go right in and get to see the doctor. Very fast work. Everything went fantastic with these doctors.

    Robert Jensen MD
My initial consultation was scheduled for 3pm. The doctor was one hour late and his waiting room was packed with other people who had been waiting longer than I had. I ask some of the other patients if they were happy with him and got mixed results. I was new to this area and went to see him based on the recommendation of a friend who knew one of her doctors had gone to him for a carpel tunnel release and seemed satisfied with the outcome. I have an extensive medical ly background and have worked with many doctors and severely disabled people. I thought I was in good hands. The initial consultation was adequate. On the day of the surgery, I was called and ask if I could come in several hours earlier than my scheduled appt. The surgery room was a mess with office supplies and other things that were not sterile. I received a nerve block so was fully conscious during the procedure. Various staff wandered in and out who were not wearing sterile clothes. At one point, the doctor was talking to his wife about car repairs while a secretary held the phone for him over my open incision. I was really upset by this lack of proper sterile environment and unprofessionalism. I had many complications following the procedure. I found the doctor to be totally unconcerned and dismissive about my complaints which included swelling, redness and pain well beyond what I had been told to expect. I had previously had bilateral carpel tunnel surgery and a variety of other orthopedic surgeries so I am aware of normal post op discomfort. I carefully followed all the post op instructions. I had extensive scarring and the tenderness and redness which persisted for one year. I even sought a second opinion from another doctor to see if I was going to have to have a surgical revision. I found Dr. Jensen to be dismissive and unconcerned about my continuing problems during my follow-up visits. He kept lengthening his estimate of when I might be better. His initial estimate was 6-8weeks. Each time I had a follow up visit I had to wait at least 1 hour and often longer. I had lots of time to listen to other unhappy clients who were coming in for various repeat procedures because the initial one had not gone so well. I would never recommend this guy to anyone. He advertises alot and has built a huge mountain top mansion which overlooks this lovely valley so he is doing ok financially. I think he is careless and disrespectful to his patients.

    Parrish Cosmetic & Plastic
Since it had been 2 years !! since my consult with Dr. Parrish----I reminded him of what my expectations were the morning of the surgery --- a conservative face and eye surgery---to refresh my appearance & to enable me to see better with the lifting of my eyelids.... but not change "me" . The surgery took 9 hours and I was not ready to go home, but they rushed me out bleeding and swollen beyond recognition with my husband in tears. I had vision problems and general healing issues from day one. They said it was normal and to take more xanax. I finally went to my opthalmologist who confirmed that I had had an aggressive surgery leaving me with eye functionality and cosmetic problems. I could not close my eyes. I consulted with 6 other physicians who all agreed that his surgery was aggressive --one Dr. went so far as to say that he had seen several of Dr. Parrish's patients who had similar results. He removed so much tissue that there is nothing to work with now. He suggested muscle and nerve damage as well. I asked Dr. Parrish to help me...he suggested additional unrelated procedures at my expense & he gave me the name of a Dr. in Florida (geographically undesirable!) to consult re: my eyes, leading me to believe that he finally admitted the problem. His staff was COLD and would stare at the results with no comment and continued to try to talk me into additional procedures at my expense. I did have one corrective surgery by an oculoplastic surgeon requiring grafting and was told that further surgeries would be probable but more severe and that the cosmetic results would be more than displeasing. He and his staff were wonderful and compassionate. I lost a year of work---the strain on my life is severe----my eyes hurt every day----- It is approaching 2 years --- I have continued to ask for compensation from Dr. Parrish so that I can pursue a positive end to this...he will not even respond....very unprofessional....very cold..... I continue to be haunted by my new 'cat-woman' appearance and I cannot close my eyes or blink properly so, the health of my eyes is compromised. The surgery was $14,000 and I have no more money to correct the damage. I am sad to think that a physician of his experience and caliber would be so heartless. I strongly advise that anyone interested choose another physician for cosmetic work.
