I recently worked with Kylie Dalton to select the interior finishes for our new home. She was very helpful in making suggestions and recommendations, helping me select a combination of finishes and a cohesive color palette that will make our home a showcase of good taste.

It went pretty good although the on original trip for templating, quantity was not calculated correctly and more product needed causing more time before install. Good side was that supplier worked hard to correct issue quickly and with minimal cost.

It went great.  When going there you have to be open minded about what you are looking for, it may not be exact, there may not be an entire set.  So if you are able to be in a creative mindset and go with the flow, you can have a fun, creative outcome.

Serg was very nice and knowledgable he helped pick colors and style and kept me within my budget.
I had gotten an estimate for granite tile from someone else which Serg didnt know and the estimate for the slab from Serg was almost cheaper! He said tile is only cheaper if you do it yourself.
I have a custom granite window sill which everyone loves because its very unique. I am overjoyed with my kitchen! I highly recommend them!!!

    Crowley's Granite Concepts, Inc.
The owner of the company, Aaron Crowley, came to my home to explain the procedural details and take some preliminary measurements.  He discussed time frames and stressed the importance of customer satisfaction with me and I immediately had a good feeling about hiring his company for the job.  We scheduled for the template to be done which was very high tech and it was ready the next day for me to come to their fabrication facility to decide how I wanted the template to be laid out on the granite slab I had previously selected.  The demolition of the existing counter tops was already scheduled with installation slated for the following day.  Aaron had stressed that it was very important to them to have the shortest kitchen down time possible. I was having floors replaced at the same time and did not realized that the floor installer was going to require a few added days that I hadn't factored in when agreeing to the granite install.  Crowleys worked with me to reschedule quickly and they didn't shuffle me back the end of the line which is what I sort of expected.  Demo was quick and uneventful with some minor damage done that was repaired the next day.  Sam and Brian the installers arrived on time and quickly got to work.  They were polite and answered the few questions that I had and didn't seem to get upset when I continually poked my head in to see how things were going along.  The cleaned up everything, repaired the minor damage that had occurred the day before and shined up the granite to a high gloss.
Now the only problem that occurred was when I started putting the cabinet drawers back in.  I noticed gaps at the front of the cabinet face fronts.  I quickly called the installers back as I was concerned that a measurement error had been made.  They explained to me that it wasn't an error but that with some of the older cabinets and prior counter tops, gaps are more prevalent in some cases.  A piece of trim will need to be installed up underneath the counter to hide the gaps.  I expressed my disappointment to Aaron Crowley that I would have thought this would have been something that might have been foreseen and I could have been told that it might occur.  Just a word to the wise here about it if you have an older home like mine (1938).  Otherwise, the work was beautifully done, the seam is nearly invisible and the clean up was first rate.
