    Handyman Matters
Kory and his team were incredibly responsive, professional and did quality work. I had a listing that was going to go to market soon that needed some work. Handyman Matters responded incredibly quickly, taking into account our deadline. My clients are super happy and even had them do additional work. They were professional, friendly and had great communication. An A+!

    TWO BROTHERS PAINTING LLC
This is the 3rd time I've used Two Brothers Painting - and they are my go-to painters and I recommend them to all my freinds. They are professional, fair priced - and wonderful to deal with. Dolores who manages the office, is so responsive and easy to work with - Pepe - the work crew lead is awesome - and puts up with my pointing out every little minute detail of things to calk and prep. Pablo, owner is awesome too. Really, these are guys are legit awesome - highlight reocmmend.

    Ehsan's Interior Remodeling LLC
Ehsan and his crew completely remodeled a one-bedroom condo for me, installing new flooring, a new bathroom and a new kitchen. The unit was in very poor condition, but they made it look new again from top to bottom. They completed everything on time, on budget and the quality of the work is excellent. Even better, working with Ehsan was a delight. He was professional, responsive, patient, and provided many design suggestions that resulted in a finished product that I couldnt be happier with. This was particularly important for this project because a challenge Ehsan and I faced with this remodel is that I live in a different state. This meant that I needed someone I could trust and Ehsan acted with integrity throughout. I always felt like the property was in safe-hands even though I didnt meet Ehsan in person until the end of the project (we communicated by phone, text, and email). Amongst other things, Ehsan and his crew installed: new cabinets and a new quartz countertop in the kitchen, new vinyl plank flooring in the living areas, new tile on the bathroom walls and kitchen backsplash, new heaters, new light switches, new fixtures, new sinks, new doors. Everything looks flawless. Prior to working with Ehsan, I solicited multiple quotes from different general contractors. Some I found online and some were recommended by Portland friends. I excluded the ones that werent licensed and bonded (Ehsan provides his CCB# on all communications), and excluded others that werent able to begin work for several months (Ehsan juggled his schedule and began work within a week). I then used my previous experience with smaller remodeling projects, HomeAdvisor and other websites to price each individual component of my remodel, and compared this research to the remaining itemized bids. Ehsans bid matched my research. Even better he responded quickly to my communications and didnt seem phased by any of the logistical issues associated with remodeling a condo in a shared building with limited parking vs a single-family home. All in all, Ehsans Interior Remodeling gets two thumbs up from me. The company really went above and beyond and I would use them again in a heartbeat.

    SISU PAINTING, INC.
This is a VERY professional and organized operation that is keenly focussed on Customer Service I chose them for their positive reviews and the intrigue of a female run paint company. They did not disappoint. It started with a visit from Alyssa, the Estimator who turned up in suede boots and red nail polish and I gave her a hard time but she knows her stuff and took my kidding in her stride On the start date we had a visit from Nancy the owner, and Alyssa to make sure everything was going well. The crew of Frank, Topher, Miguel, Ezequiel and MartinR were timely, courteous and above all they know how to paint! They also cleaned up each day and left the work site clean and tidy. During the week we had further visits from Nancy, Alyssa and also Cylina, the other owner, to check in on progress and our satisfaction. The quality of the work was excellent and the communications with management and the paint crew made this a much more pleasant experience than is usual with contractors. Highly recommended

    On The Level Remodeling Co.
I was trying to think of the perfect word defining how it felt to work with On the Level Remodeling. And it is integrity. Zandy Butler has the expertise, judgement, and true grit to guide you through the remodeling process. His thoughtful, considered way of approaching his work, makes it easy to collaborate. His subcontractors are the cream of the crop, dedicated professionals. When an upstairs addition by a former owner caused structural and plumbing complications, there was added cost and a very minimal time delay, but other than that, we were on time and on budget. Whew! And the outcome? I couldnt be happier. I absolutely love my gorgeous new kitchen.

    ANDERSON & CASE REMODELING INC
Fine until the front deck had a problem. Six of the pickets are now damaged. Guy Anderson promised in early May to send a worker over to make the "easy" repair. We have seen no repair person. Anderson is not returning phone calls or text messages. There have been a minimum of five attempts by my husband and me.

    SISU PAINTING, INC.
What a team!! First, Nancy provided a bid for painting a few rooms in the house; each one was itemized because we weren't sure which ones to paint. Four months later, we decided. Sisu did not change the original estimate, although it was three months past the official 'end' date. Second, painting was scheduled for 2 to 3 days. Third, the duo of painters came on time and we walked through the job. Derek and Jay have no peers when it comes to not only painting, but making sure that they do not damage the house. Fourth, Cylina shows up. Quite unexpected - how often does someone who runs the company come to a job site in order to make sure that everything is going smoothly?? A day and a half later, the job is finished. BUT....Cylina appears before it is finished! Now that is customer service!! Always helpful, and not to be ignored, was Alyssa, who managed the billing and paperwork. The other odd part was that the contract was built on trust because we forgot to make a down payment to ensure that Sisu would come to the house, but that turned out not to be an issue. They came, they painted, we paid, and the interior of the stairway [which was a two story challenge], bonus room, guest room, and office are much more pleasant places. Hats off to the entire team at Sisu painting - especially Derek & Jay!

Marcella and Sons Fine Finishes LLC
I know 2 things about paint: it goes on the wall, and I hate doing it. So Josh is a godsend. For the purposes of this review, the touch ups he did and the painted bathroom are almost secondary. The thing you should come away with is that Josh is a craftsman. The only direction I gave was "We need the interior paint touched up and the basement bathroom painted.". I knew that was sufficient for Josh to do his magic. Simply put, he knows what he's doing. He has such an impressive attention to detail. Combine that with his ethic of doing the job right, and you have the makings of a super happy customer. So if you're reading this and wondering if Josh is a worth hiring, the answer is an unequivocal yes.

    Paul Kyllo Painting
Great work. They weren't the lowest bid, but they explained what they would do and actually did the work very very well. I highly recommend them. Though others were going to be cheaper, sometimes you get what you pay for.

    SISU PAINTING, INC.
This is my 3rd time hiring Sisu Painting. I had them paint 2 rooms + trim and redo my kitchen cabinets. They are not cheap but you can be assured of excellent dealings all the way around -- the estimating process, the back office, and of course, the painters. They were all professional, courteous, timely, and did great quality work. Any issues were resolved without question. They are a great business.
