  Remarkable work! Stella responded within 5 minutes of searching, and was conducting a walk-through within 30! On cleaning day, she walked her team through the house, iterating our discussion and they got to it. There wasn't anything left unturned. I let my house go for a while - we were all way too busy for months - and they worked so hard and diligently. I'm not sure I have ever cleaned this well in two decades (and I was raised in a house that was spotless). At the end, Stella asks that you walk through and approve the work before payment. If there is something missed, just point it out and they will clean it! The rates are absolutely reasonable, the humans are incredibly sweet and respectful, and the work was outstanding, truly outstanding.   Reservation, etc. was all done through email/text messages, which helped me a lot because I'm often in the meetings and cannot answer calls (I even received a reminder 2 days before the service!). Patty did really great job - old condo was very clean and smelled very good!

  Eco-maids is a deceptive name. This company is anything but eco. It insists on using its own house made 'products' even in situations where soap and water would suffice. They also use a few name brand products such as Bon Ami and others, but from what I could tell they mainly use their own products. I asked what was in their floor cleaner and was told mainly water. I asked what the other ingredients were and the lead cleaner would not tell me. (I use primarily Dr. Bronners soap and water, Bon Ami, and occasionally vinegar. Rarely I use a few drops of diluted bleach with a toothbrush on mold that appears in the bathroom.) I asked that the floors be mopped with water--no products--and a microfiber mop which I have. They completely ignored my request and used some type of product on the floor which gave the wood an artificial type of dull sheen and a strange odor. It also felt tacky under bare feet. I re-mopped all the floors using only water and a microfiber mophead. My mop water was a strange yellowish color and appeared very dirty. I have never seen anything like it. To me, smearing some type of product around on the floor is not cleaning it. The bathrooms were better than when they started. But I came back and cleaned the details with a steam cleaner and further scrubbed the chrome fixtures with Bon Ami as it appeared they had been about 70% cleaned. There were 2 quarter size spots of mold in the corners of the tub surround that were not cleared. The towels on the shelves were not folded, as I believe I would have done if I were asked to clean someone's bathroom. The lead cleaner also told me she could not get the ring out of one of the toilets. It took me about 2 minutes to do it myself with a pumice stone.

  Beaverton House Cleaning

  They were 2 hours and 15 minute late. They did not call I had to call them. One lady spoke English and there were 3 workers. The work was okay. I would not hire them again. Had they called me to let me know they would be late I might try them again.

  We have been using Cabrera's Shinny Sparkle Cleaning since she started her business. Prior to that the team was working for Hilda's Maid Service. She and her crew have been doing an excellent job cleaning our home. We ask them to do the basic house cleaning services such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and etc. Our home is cleaned every two weeks and the cleaning always meets our expectations. We always find them polite, courteous and dependable. I plan on using them in the future and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
