  Great Northwest Gutters

  Joey came out to bid, sent bid via email next day for 3x highest other bid with a cryptic description of work to be done. Asked him to explain via email, but he never replied. Got a surprise followup call a few weeks later. Explained the situation and they agreed the bid was not clear. Said they'd follow up shortly. Weeks have gone by and I've heard only crickets. Not a "great" experience at all.

  LeafDrop Gutters & Downspouts

  Sales representative and estimator Erik McDaniels came out the same day I called him and he promptly gave me a written , complete, and detailed bid to replace all gutters and downspouts on our 1944 home. We accepted the bid. Prior to having the work done, Eric cleaned our roof. The gutters and downspouts were replaced in less than a day by a crew of four. We were notified of exactly when the work would be done and the firm communicated closely with us. They did a wonderful job and the cost was very reasonable. We are completely satisfied. The whole transaction went as one always hopes for. We highly recommend using this company and special thanks tho Eric Mcdaniels.

  Everything went great. The technician scrubbed the moss of the roof, cleaned out the gutters, rinsed them afterward and then raked up the debris. Also, fixed part of the gutter as requested in the quote.

  Solar Tech Illumination LLC

  We sent a text to Solar Tech Illumination LLC on Saturday, and we received a return text on Saturday (the same day! They are open on Saturdays!). Lloyd "Mr. Gutters" came to our home to analyze the problem and give us an estimate that Monday! Lloyd was very professional, knowledgeable, and patient as he took time to educate us on Gutters 101 - Intro to Gutters. He clearly explained why a repair of our steel fascia type gutters was just a short term (may only last a few months) fix that was not cost effective. Lloyd described why replacing a portion of our steel gutter (with aluminum gutter material) would last several years at not much more cost than the repair, and therefore replacement was much more cost effective. In addition, he identified some options to drain a low spot in the gutter to help alleviate this problem in the future. Lloyd was very gracious in spending all this time with us, and he even gave us a referral to a local reputable gutter service company that carries our fascia style gutters and could do this work. We were very pleased with Lloyd's timely/friendly customer service, and would look forward to doing business with Solar Tech Illumination LLC should the opportunity arise.

  LeafDrop Gutters & Downspouts

  My wife and I needed our 40 year-old steel gutters replaced on our house. Last year, from fall to early winter, I was up on a ladder cleaning out leaves from a maple tree and needles from a hemlock tree from the gutters about every two weeks. Not fun! Especially when it is below freezing and everything is iced over. We decided enough is enough, so we decided before the rains started, we would "bite the bullet" and get new gutters. We set out to find a system that would require little or no maintenance.
  
  After much research, I was getting discouraged by what seemed like the high failure rate of covered and shielded gutter systems. Fortunately, we stumbled across Dan Kerr and LeafDrop Gutters. Being an engineer, I immediately appreciated the simplicity and cleverness of the design. Erik McDaniels came out and gave us an estimate. We told him what we were looking for. We both felt he really listened respectfully and did not try to up-sell. The installation crew lead by Gino was extremely very professional, respectful, and courteous. While the price at first seemed high to us, after the installation, we realized that we purchased a really premium system and it was actually an great value when compared to other premium systems. We ordered the oversize 6k gutters and four of the self-cleaning LeafDrop downspouts. So far, in the heavy rains, the system is working great! So far, the self-cleaning feature appears to be washing the leaves and needles into the trap positioned near the ground. I cannot express how relieved we both are not to have to worry about "waterfalls" flowing over the the edge of our gutters or climbing up a ladder in the freezing cold. Thank you Dan! We appreciate your great gutter system and your great installation crew!

  I called for a roof repair. And was told by Benjamin when he came onsite it would be a roof repair. After his crew pulled up part of my roof, it became a total roof replacement. It was Feb and raining and at that point I was stuck and not in a position to get 3 bids. The job kept getting bigger and bigger. His workers are good and they do quality work but Ben needs to be more straight forward in the bidding process so people know what they will be paying and don't feel swindled at the end. Why not have the initial bid more closely match the final invoice? I can understand a 10% differential but close to double the initial bid?
