    Took my 2002 Dodge Dakota to Dans Auto Center in Lake Oswego because I had a check engine light on, which ended up being a bad O2 sensor. Ended up needing a new catalytic converter as well. When I drove away, I noticed a bad tapping noise coming from left side of engine. This noise was not there when I took the truck to the shop initially. I called to see if maybe someone forgot something while putting together and to otherwise diagnose problem. Thomas told me the truck was fine and to just keep driving it and the noise should go away. This didn't settle with me, so I took it to a Dodge Dealer and they repaired what ended up causing the noise, which was a warped exhaust manifold and two cracked bolts. Had this replaced, and the truck sounds great. Talked to one of the owners, Jennifer, and asked what could be done. They denied causing my exhaust problem even though it did not have this problem when I brought them the truck. They won't help me pay for this damage to my truck which I believe they caused. I do not recommend this shop to anyone.

    They were wonderful and so helpful. Able to be seen within a few minutes and they had the parts by the afternoon. Service was excellent! Friendly, courteous, fast, knowledgeable. Will be bringing all of my car service needs here in the future.

    As expensive as it was, it would have been more expensive if we took it to the dealer. It took one day, about 8 hours. We only came into contact with Vic, the owner, who was really nice and helpful.  I like the way they are. First impression was they seemed stressed out. He told us and three others to arrive at 8:30 and he arrived at 8:40 but he was really nice and everybody forgave him.

    I've used Grimm's three times for different car repair jobs prior to this one (transmission, alternator, and brake pads). As always the work is professional and well communicated. They have always been a quick turnaround, although sometimes the price may be a little high. I've had no issues with their repairs and will always use trust them in the future.

    We go to Vic?s. They are really great! I can walk to it, so when I drop my car off, I can just walk home. They are super, like they try to do it the most reasonable way they can. Their advice is just so, they don?t try to rip you off. I tell single women to go there, because they are not going to get taken advantage of.  



    I just feel like I can get advice from them on anything. Like when my son bought a used car, I wanted them to be the ones to look it over. To even advise me on particular makes and models, what do they mostly see come in with constant problems. They mostly do very high end cars, we don?t have high end cars, but they still do a really nice job.

    Been taking our cars to Todd's for 10 years - Infiniti and Toyota. Todd himself can be a bit gruff sometimes, yet I've found his advice sound and helpful. He can be trusted to guide you on what's important to do and what is optional, which has been especially helpful for my kids cars which are a bit old and used. Always on time, always communicating clearly before doing the work. Todd and team continue to earn my trust and thus we are happy to return.

    We have an old car (1993) and the only thing extra is power steering.  Learning all the features offered on a new car is  overwhelming. Enrique Ojeda was our sales consultant and was wonderful. He was relaxed and he made buying a car a fun adventure. His sense of humor and great laugh eased the stress of making such a big purchase.  While test driving,  i made a wrong turn into "Kolhs". I was a little embarrassed but then laughed when he said he was ok if I wanted to go shopping and the stores good sales maybe see how much I could get in the car. 
    We had seen an offer on their website the day before and did not know it was over until we were at Carr. Enrique was able to honor the special. He explained the the differences in the models and the packages offered and found us the car we wanted, a red Forester but it was in Salem. We decided to come back the next day instead of waiting for it to be brought there.
     Enrique was nice to print us a (39 pg) report on the forester so we could learn more. I stayed up most of the night reading and had many more questions for him when we came back the next day.  Since then he has checked in on us twice  and said he will make sure to meet with me on Monday when I take the car in for some detail work. I have been reading the manual and have my list of questions for him. 
    I would recommend Enrique Ojeda as the sales consultant to work with.

    Long story short, Ace made our nearly 9 year-old car look so good, I scarcely recognized it! A spot on the carpet i thought would never be removed was gone by the time I picked up my car. The dash, carpets, windows, mirrors, tires, body, trunk, and interior compartments were scrubbed clean and shiny. Ace is a company that clearly cares about return customers. We will absolutely use this company again! Each staff person we met was friendly, courteous, timely, and accommodating.

    Wow! I take my Saab in to them for service and repairs. It is a bit of a challenge since GM stopped making Saabs. But it is a good little car with low mileage. They have always done a good job for me. But what they did recently was beyond what anyone could expect of a service provider.
    My taillight assembly failed and I special ordered a part. When it came in it was broken but they installed it for me anyway so I had a working turn signal. I re-ordered the part from another company and took it back today so they could swap it out and I could return the flawed part. Once again they refused to charge me even a nickel for installation! I was just dumb founded. This was kindness and service beyond what anyone could reasonably expect and had to take the time to write this review. I could have sent the mechanics pizza I guess but thought this was a better way to say thank you when saying thank you is just not sufficient!!
