    He was able to get us scheduled sooner than planned so we could make our camping trip. He arrived exactly at 10:00 (scheduled appointment) despite several jobs prior to mine. Got right to work and quickly found the issue. Repaired that (wiring was wrong and cable was loose) and had time left so I had him replace some trim. While doing that he saw some wiring hanging from the extended slide that my husband had tried to fix and was able to get that put back in place for me. Took one hour. Very nice. Will definitely hire again.

    Andre is AWESOME! I appreciate that his flat fee for service to the train station or airport is competitive with other town car rates, even lower than some. He arrived promptly, loaded our bags for us and noted our return date and time to pick us up and drive us home. On the return date, he arrived promptly again and he sent me a text message when he arrived at the train station. The car was luxurious and immaculate with bottled water provided and Andre is professional and courteous. We will definitely use Portland Town Car again!!!

    Bryce came out and checked out the RV before ordering new valves. Our rig is a 2003 Suncruiser and we are the third owner so it is now out of warranty. The new valve didn���t seem to make a difference but they checked with the factory and discovered it could be just an air bubble. We ran the slide in and out a few times to get the bubble out and it works like a champ now. At Your Service never charges additional trip fees if they have to come back on the same work order. We have used them for all our repair needs since we bought this RV in 2012. They are the best RV service center around as they come to you and are trained on all brands. And, if you have a service warranty on your vehicle, they bill them for you. Thank you for your great customer service!

    Great when they didn't have what truck size I needed they did all work to get me one now I have been a customer almost 3 yrs they have large assortment of trucks and unit are clean and gated and monitored by.

    Most times we don't have any issues. The last time we flew one of the gate attendents told me that I would need to buy two seats because I was overweight and the flight was full. When I told her I was sitting with my family she backed down but did say that I would have to put both arm rests down. When we got on the plane the flight attendants didn't say one word to me. I am a medallion frequent flyer and have never had this happen before. I wish I would have gotten the gate attendants name and I would have reported her

    I was already irritated by the time I got parked in their parking lot. When I drove up to the building, I discovered that because of one-way streets, I had to drive an additional eight blocks to get to an entrance. I pulled into a spacious parking lot, selected a spot and parked my car. I was met by a friendly gentleman who informed me I was in the employee parking lot and would have to move. He directed me through a side exit, saving me having to go the eight block route again. I entered the small crowded customer lot and found a space to park. I entered the building a was greeted warmly. I told the receptionist what I was looking for and she directed me to sit on a bench until I was called. A few minutes later my name was called and I explained my request again to the travel coordinator. She began explaining how "Trip-Tiks" work and I said I did not want to drive, I want to fly. She looked questioningly at me and I explained that I was looking for a complete package of airline, hotels, tickets to shows, etc. for a group of 10 people. She stared at me for a while, then turned to her computer and asked what dates? I said sometime in September or October, 2017. She told me she had to have exact dates. I said I didn't know exact dates and she said, "Then I can't help you!" I asked if we could pick some hypothetical dates and she give me the information I needed then we could adjust later. She said, "No, without knowing the exact dates now, there is nothing I can do for you." I left the building, drove out of the parking lot, took the eight block detour again and drove back home.

    Mr. Putnam ran diagnostics hit the problem right on the head, thetford was being a tad bit argumentive about the issue, I then had a few words with the thetford corporation and they suddenly became more cooperative with aiding Mr. Putnam in the needed repair

    I booked a service in Las Vegas for a family reunion. I stated to the reservationist I wanted to stay in the building where everything took place. I noticed that it was 2 blocks away. In order to get into that building they charged me an additional $100.00 to stay in the building where I was supposed to stay in originally. I did call AARP and asked if they could support a refund and they stated that they would not be able to provide the refund.

    It was a Big Deal purchase. It was fine. Their customer service was fine. It was $15 for a two-and-a-half mile trip. There was nothing special about them. The guy did not get out to take my suitcase out of the trunk. It was a small one so I can do it. He just popped the trunk but I think that's starting to be the norm now this days. Their punctuality was pretty good. There was nothing exceptional regarding their professionalism. Next time, I'll try a different cab company and see if the price is any better.
