    Went well. Can't tell where new parts went in. Paint matches well. Repairs lasted 3 weeks. Insurance paid for everything (rental car included) except our deductible. They were very responsive to several small problems.

    I brought my car in due to hitting a deer the week of Thanksgiving in 2014. I had to wait to get the work done because I needed to pay the deductible and be able to pay for the rental car as that wasn't covered under my insurance. When I brought my car in for the estimate, the estimator was really nice and got the estimate written up in timely fashion while I waited in the waiting room. When I finally brought my car in 3 months later, after scheduling my appointment 3 weeks in advance. They ordered the parts to repair my car the day I brought it in, and told me 4 days later that they needed to keep my car into the following week because the parts were poor quality. I was mad because I was having to pay out of pocket for my rental car and was having to pay for an additional 2 days because the shop was closed and they wouldn't even be working on it. I finally got my car back after having it in there for 8 days. The estimator said he would contact the company that produced  the poor quality parts to reimburse me the money spent on my rental car for the extra 3 days. I called, left voicemails and emailed multiple times over the next few times and I never got one response back. After writing a review on Yelp a few months ago, I was contacted by someone else within the company and they emailed me a check for the reimbursement of the 3 days I had to pay for the rental car. I appreciate the contact from the other employee within the company, but the estimator that helped me, I feel he has bad customer service when something goes wrong. He didn't know how to handle the situation. I work in the same type of industry where we have to provide materials for customers and we know about the appointments in advance (at least 2-3 weeks) to where we can order them and have them ready for when we arrive at their home. I don't understand why the parts were not ordered prior to my showing up on that Monday morning.

    Sameday Auto Scratch & Dent Repair
    After receiving an estimate over the phone, I scheduled an appointment with Sameday Auto's Mobile Service to repair the damages at my home.  I live about 40 minutes from their shop so knowing that they could come to me was absolutely wonderful!  Mike Bakos arrived on time and I have to say, he's a miracle worker.  He matched the paint perfectly and also touched up a few other chips that I didn't even have to pay for.  My car now looks like the day I bought it.  Thank You!

    FINAL TOUCH PAINTLESS DENT REMOVAL
    I am very impressed with Jason.  I had no trouble reaching him and making an appointment that worked for me.  He kept in touch and let me know when he was on his way - excellent customer service.  He knows exactly what he's doing, and I'm completely satisfied with the job he did.  He even found a dent I didn't know I had and fixed that also.  It's like magic - all the dents are completely gone.  I have a 14 year old Lexus that is in great condition...except for the fact that people keep banging into my doors in parking lots.  I'm sure this will happen again, so I'm really glad I found Jason.  I will also pass his name on to several people I know who have the same problem.  Oh...I also had two dents on my hood from a rock that was kicked up by a truck in front of me on the highway.  Jason fixed those perfectly as well.

    Got hit on the front driver side in our Mercedes. Had car towed to Womack who was on our insurance preferred list. Brooks submitted estimate to USAA and got started on the repairs. He kept us informed throughout the process and even took time out of his day on a Saturday to meet us at the shop so we could pick up the car when it was done. Car looks awesome! They did great work!

    I've simply never seen better, more careful workmanship. The car was restored with the original metallic dark green over platinum. The paint is perfect - better than the original...and the body repair work is perfect. , I was able to check the car several times during the process, and saw extremely professtional preperation. Randy even furnished me with photos of the project!

    I've been involved with restoring half a dozen cars; this is absolutely the best work I've seen. Randy is also quite pleasant to deal with; I'd recommend him to anyone who isn't conversant with what goes on in car repairs - he'll explain it fully.

    After I was in a scary accident on I- 205 on a rainy evening, I managed to get my car off the freeway & limped my way to Beets Auto Body. From the moment I drove into their parking lot, they took great care of me. The folks at Beets were compassionate & professional, in helping me through what could have been a traumatic experience. They gave me pointers on how to deal with the insurance companies, gave a fair estimate of repairs needed, did the work promptly, & did a fantastic job! My car ended up looking even better than it did before the accident! Hope I won't need their services again for an accident, but I'd heartily recommend them to anyone who needs auto body work.

    Dark blue paint and installation were perfect, and Randy kept me informed thro9ugh the process with near-daily phone updates. He also touched up some rock chips on the front of the car - provided me with touch up paint - even found a broken ashtray inside the car (which I never mentioned to him) and fixed it Wow! I'm an experienced and "picky" car guy - this service is "above and beyond"!

    We just got the truck fixed before selling it (bought another truck) and holy cow! They surprised us by returning a beautifully clean vehicle. We had a couple of setbacks on timing, but they communicated to us throughout the process so there were no surprised. They did a VERY nice job on the repair work.

So I went with them. They did additional work, beyond the damage being covered by insurance company.
