Advanced Copko Sheet Metal and Gutter Systems Inc. is a family owned/operated business that has been in business since 1984. We are a licensed general contracting company that can do a number of services on our own or we can subcontract services to other companies. We are not hard to get in contact with and will talk to you about both your large or small jobs that you are interested in getting completed. We can come to your Portland OR area job to give an estimate or can possibly give a non binding price idea over the phone. Our method of billing is usually at the job on completion of the project, but we can also mail the bills out.to the customer. Method of payment is received in the form of cash or bank check. Financing can be discussed with Dale Copko if that is needed....

On time, put gutters on dormers he said that hopefully it wont leak under shingles onto ceiling-if I wanted metal splash guards it would be extra0when he quoted the job he said they were included-now i dont know if it will leak or not.

Mr. Copno showed up right on time and went through where I wanted the down spouts located. Then installed everything in one day. He also left job site very clean!

Came out and looked at the properties within a day or two of me calling. Promptly responded with estimates. Booked a day to do the job (weeks earlier than other gutter companies were available). Showed up on the appointed day. Was professional, easy to work with, explained and discussed options. Installed gutters and told me what the roofing company needed to do to come back and fix flashings.

Gutter and down spout instellation went well and looks very nice. The local supplier of the gutter guard system I picked was out of stock at the time and delayed finishing the project for approximately a week. When the gutter guard came in, Copko installed it the same day it arrived.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Install all new 5k aluminum, prepainted custom color, rain gutters and down spouts. Installed "Leaf Solution" Gutter Guard on all gutters. Removed and disposed of all of the old gutter system removed from the house. There was approximately 180 feet of gutters.
