  PACIFIC STEAM CARPET CLEANING

  Pacific Steam was very responsive and able to come within a few days. We were debating whether to replace ~800 sq ft of carpet in a basement or have it cleaned. So glad we chose Pacific Steam! We were shocked how well the carpet was cleaned, including stains which were probably close to 30 years old. It looks like a whole new carpet, for a 10th the price.

  Very well. We have used their services for a number of years now and have always been completely satisfied with their work. They are easy to contact and always do exactly what they say they will do. The crew was punctual, courteous and efficient. They finished up in about a half hour and cleaned up after themselves. Nice guys and a pleasurable experience.

  BenchMark Restoration & Cleaning

  The worker arrived within two minutes of his estimated time of arrival.  He treated numerous spots on the carpets, then cleaned the recliner.  I am a semi-invalid (breathing problems) and use that recliner many hours a day, even sleeping in it.  Therefore, it gets soiled a lot, including food stains.  When Scott was finished, it looked like a new chair--so much better than I had expected.  Then he cleaned the carpets, moving all the heavy dressers to get underneath them.  I have a cat with long hair that sheds heavily this time of year.  His hair is almost the same color gray as the carpet, so I didn't realize how much he had shed until I saw the hair being sucked up.                                                                                                   
  In conclusion, there is nothing Scott could have done any better.  I will not be testing any other companies for this service.  BenchMark has made a customer for life, and I will definitely be telling my friends about them.

  Heavenly Maid Cleaning Service Inc

  I have been using this service for over a year. I have had two separate cleaners and found both of them to be efficient and professional. With young children it's easier for me to take the children out of the home during my cleanings, and I have always felt comfortable leaving my home unattended. I have also utilized their carpet and upholstery cleaning service and they were able to get rid of the pet odor and stains. Needless to say our cleaning service has given me additional time with my family and I would highly recommend.

  I have used this company for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. They are very professional and often have solutions for problems I thought were impossible. They also have laid kitchen and bathroom linoleum for me which was done well and is still fine. I have rentals and appreciate that they are always willing to work within my time frame. I would recommend them highly.

  I have used them for a long time. They are punctual and courteous. They give an estimate about what the additional costs are for other work. They tell everything upfront. They don���t try to sell anything. They are happy to just to the carpet cleaning and move on if you do not want them to do anything else. They offer good deals to returning customers and also give discounts occasionally. They are excellent overall. They are very honest and trust worthy.

  MIRACLE CARPET CLEANING

  Originally I called for the $55 sofa special he had advertised. I called the day of the appointment to make it clear I had a sectional, and he asked the number of sections that then said it would cost ''75, 80 max.'' The cleaning went well, but he felt compelled to charge me $85 as well as a ''disposal fee'' of $5 for a total of $90. If not for the undisclosed junk fee and the lack of integrity on sticking to his price promise, I would have recommended him ($90 itself is not over the usual market price). As it is, I do not recommend him. Before Angie's list these guys would get away with this behavior. No more.

  Mighty Clean

  Nice guy, very instructive. Gave me 20 dollars off because could not completely clean my chairs. The carpet looked great. Stains reappeared later but I was expecting it because apparantly the pad underneath is dirty too and soaks up. Mighty clean will come back to redo those stains free. My chairs however did not get cleaned. Not just the stains he described. They were very dirty so perhaps no one can clean them. But I was disappointed at how they turned out.
