    Roberts Street Clinic
I called this clinic a few weeks ago to find out if they were taking new patients. I was told that one doctor (out of 4) was taking new patients. They took my insurance (their website states that it does take my insurance) information and that they would call me back. I haven't heard from them since that time. Since then, I have found a wonderful clinic that confirmed -- in the same phone call, that I was "accepted" as a new patient. I feel lucky that I found a different clinic - one that has a seamless, fast, & professional way of processing new patients!

    Oregon Clinic Gastroenterology Division
I made an appointment for a colonoscopy to be done 11-16-2015 at 12pm, I made this appointment 9-27-2015, and they said they verified insurance, they sent me a package of what to do to prepare for the procedure and to start the package instructions 1 week proir to the procedure, I was also sent an appointment reminder and confirmation on 11-9-15, and was called by the clinic on 11-9-15 for a reminder and was asked if I had any questions, they then called me on 11-10-15 at about 9:30 am to tell me my appointment was cancelled because my insurance was not accepted by them, the person who called seemed to be in delight with this news, and told me after I complained, oh well I am sure we can fill your appointment with someone else, I also called back after that call from her and asked for an office manger and told her about the caller, she said sorry she would follow up with that caller, nobody ever did explain why it took six weeks and confirmations from them that my insurance was not valid with them, In retrospect I am glad i did not have the procedure with them if they cant even read insurance correctly for 6 weeks, what would have happened if they didn't catch it and i had the procedure and then they tell me I  was on the hook for the billing, even worse can they read the results of the procedure correctly.

The Oregon Clinic - Administrative Office

It was short & I am just glad that usual Dr. is back. I really didn't like the comment about the reading could have been clearer, meaning I didn't drink right? I don't mind being told I'm at fault but I did the Procedure they gave me & I thought it was weird.

Oh well, they got the job done.

    Dr. Lesley Ryan
My experience was very good. I only had her for a year, but we had been with Kaiser for thirty-four years. She took care of things very quickly. It takes a while to get an appointment. She is booked solid. She is good. The office has always been excellent. They have a very good facility. If it is something I need to be seen with, I can get in the same day or they have me see someone else.

I use Regence BlueCross BlueShield. The last time I used them was at the beginning of this year. I have a plan with my union. I would recommend it to my family members or friends. They are easy to work with and easy to get hold of. I would rate them excellent. I get a hold of them easily. I will continue to use this service provider in the future.

    Coodley, Dr. Marcia
Horribly. I was very ill. I applied for my private short term and long term disability and social security disability benefits. When my private insurance received my LTD claim they stopped my benefits leaving me without an income. Upset and crying I called Marcia Coodley to see if she would talk with my insurance company. I was crying and upset. I couldn't stop crying. All of a sudden she starts screaming and yelling at me. Instead of trying calm me down she is angry, yelling and mean. Later on I traveled all the way for my appointment the clinic's social worker. She refused to see me and told the receptionist to tell me that she had left for the day. Later I discovered that Marcia Coodley diagnosed me as mentally ill and that I  liked to be in hospitals. two years later I found a doctor that ignored her diagnosis. In 1999, Dr. Michael Cook diagnosed Hypo-pituitary with low HGH. I had a pituitary tumor that caused excess cortisol (cushings). The tumor ruptured and destroyed my pituitary . medical records document that the pituitary apoplexy occurred 5/1990. A blow to my head caused the rupture, but they diagnosed it as a severe migraine and sent me home. Shortly after Dr Cook diagnosed me, I had my first adrenal crisis which could have resulted in my death had I not been tested for the pituitary disorder. In 2000, I was diagnosed with Polymyalgia Rheumatica (PMR) and started on steroid treatment for the autoimmune disorder. In 2002, I was diagnosed with DISH. It had gone untreated for years and now the ligaments in my spine are calcified and I have only 25% mobility in my spine. I have severe DJD of the knees and I need joint replacements. I have DJD, spondylosis, radiculopathy and stenosis of the spine and a Hemangiolipoma tumor on my lumbar spine. I am confined to a wheelchair. Although I had left side weakness she labeled me as loving to be in hospitals. In 2006, my CT scan revealed that I had a Lacunear stroke in 2/1997. In 12/1997, I became severely ill and they put me in a mental ward. I was having chest pains. While moaning in pain during the stress test the cardiologist screamed at me, "there is nothing wrong with your heart". In 2008, after many years of having chest pains and being turned away by different doctors  and hospitals that believed Dr. Coodley, I left Oregon. The Cleveland doctors diagnosed me with a congenital heart defect that completely obliterates my ventricle  and blocks blood flow from my heart.  I have mid-ventricular obstructive cardiomyopathy(MVO). I have ventricular tachycardia and  to prevent sudden death  a defibrillator was implanted in 4/2011. Due to failure to diagnose my heart  defect I sustained  excess damage and developed pulmonary hypertension. The numbness and tingling is small fiber neuropathy, diagnosed by a skin biopsy. The uncontrolled muscle spasms and jerking and shaking are caused by Dystonia. Marcia Coodley said I love to be in hospitals. I was attending school and one semester away from a degree in health care administration. Because of the unconscionable treatment by doctors I changed my major and spent three extra terms in school because I want nothing to do with the medical profession.

    David Adler MD
He knows what he is doing, he is no nonsense, he doesn't probably have the best bedside manner, but he does a really good job. He has one staff member and she is great. They copied my health number down incorrectly. Once everything was finally figured out that my health number was incorrect, then everything was fine.

    Treible, Dr. Timothy J.
Dr. Treible was very thorough in his examination and subsequent explanation of my daughter's injury. We both thought he was compassionate, and his caring showed throughout our appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Treible to anyone needing an orthopedic doctor. In addition, his assistant and other office help were wonderful!

    Gresham Internal Medicine Clinic
Dr. was very concerned about Nick's painfulness of toe causing mobility problems even with use of walker. Ordered blood tests to get report on uric acid levels which came back as not high in levels at present time. Dr. suggested Nick have extra rest until pain subsided. Suggested use of Tylenol and anti inflammatory pills if needed until symptoms improved. These physician suggestions worked well and and some improvement has been noticed.

    Gresham Internal Medicine Clinic
My condition was explained in detail, options given for helping the pain to subside and follow up appointment made to see my own physician when he returned. The physician was very helpful and took time with me even though very busy with many patients waiting.
I always find Gresham Internal Medicine to be very professional and caring of their patients. My family has been going to this Clinic for medical care for five years and these wonderful medical professionals are experts at referring you if your condition warrants more specialized study. The location near the hospital with laboratories, x-ray and other testing available makes one-trip possible for most medical care. When not feeling well, this situation is a real attribute.
