  • Most of the people in the ER are fantastic. I have really good things to say about them and they would be A across the board. I have had recent experiences and my husband is the hospital about every six weeks. So it is really important to have a healthcare system that does what they need to do and helps you through the process and get you out of there on your feet. They even take the time to send somebody around to check in if there is somebody on Administration to check in on you to make sure that everything is going well and they give you their opportunity to give feedback immediately which I think is pretty awesome.

  • They gave me misleading information when they sold the policy. They made the benefits sound better than they were. If I have a dispute, I have to write a letter to health net's grievance department, instead of calling and speaking to someone, which isn't an option. They drag out the replies. Some of the replies are accurate, but incomplete, which doesn't help because I have to send another letter. Some replies do not even address my situation, but dance around the subject. This routine of letters over the months has provided no results for me.  They do have a call center that offers answers about insurance coverage, but the call center will not connect me with the grievance department, no matter how many times I call. In short, I don't believe their "mistakes" are mistakes, I think they are deceptions. Customer care is mostly putting up blocks, avoiding direct answers that could be helpful to me or embarrassing to them. I have had other health insurance companies and have never been treated so badly before.
