    A Waterproofing & Drainage, Inc.
These are extremely hard working people! Cliff did not try to upsell us on a wall system; as a result his bid was shockingly low. He dealt with the water coming in at the cold joint by installing a drain around the interior perimeter of our basement and the basement has been dry ever since. They filled the trench with concrete and smoothed it enough that it wont be noticeable under carpet. If you are fussy about the floor being perfectly smooth (as I admittedly am), you might ask them to slightly under fill the trench and have it floated later by a concrete specialist. It will still be cheaper than the big-name places.

    Dr. Crawlspace, LLC
I've posted a previous review wherein I gave this company a B without having all the facts. I couldn't see where I could remove the previous review so I created this new one. They worked on my rental property so I was relying on communication from the company and my tenant and could not get a clear understanding of what occurred. They called me yesterday to explain and I informed them I would be happy to change my review. While they are not the most personable people, they remained professional through an ordeal that would have tested many people's patience. The true quality of the work will be revealed with the first heavy Oregon rains but they have assured me they will go back to fix any possible errors, free of charge.

Fairly well. It took several calls and days for someone to go back to pick up a large pile of gravel left at the side of driveway. Cannot truly determine if service performed fixed the water intrusion issue until we get heavy rains again, thus, no quality rating. They are slightly lacking in professionalism in some areas but they are priced reasonably and very friendly. They got the job done quicker than expected and if not for a few things I had to make multiple calls to the office to correct, I'd have rated them higher

he went into the crawlspace somewhat reluctantly,i felt. he came out several minutes later and complained that his overalls were getting damp in the front,so he didn"t do the inspection.he then quoted the cost of doing a drain in the crawlspace.we did not want a drain field under the house,we wanted the water from the hill above us to be drained away from our home.he also offered us a small discount if we signed right then.we were not very impressed with the way things were handled.

The staff including the office was friendly, accomodating and efficient. The crews were dependable and maintained the cleanliness of the house. Erik, the crew leader was very effective and his approach to the team was impressive.

I had some water seeping in and I wanted them to locate where the water was getting into the basement. The tech was inside & outside about 45 minutes to an hour and located a few places where the water might be getting in. He also said he would get back to me on an estimate for some of the phases of the waterproofing. He said he'd get back with me with contact information for an HVAC company that would do some of the work, and a company that would inspect my drainlines, which he did. However, I waited 2 weeks for the estimate from him, and didn't hear from him, so I sent an email. I never did hear anything back from him.

Masonry Waterproofing & Drainage Masters LLC
We had a small lake in the crawlspace of our house. I got other estimates but they did not want to fix the problem. The other companies only wanted to install a complete 'system' under my house at a for a very large fee. Marc from Masonry, Waterproofing and Drainage Masters took the time to diagnose what was going on and gave me an estimate that they stuck to. They arrived at our house on time and the staff was very professional. This is obviously dirty work but Marc's crew really took the extra step to make sure their was minimal mess to our house as his people had to crawl in and out from down below many times. Marc made sure that I was happy when the job was done and I did inspect the work they did. Needless to say I was very pleased with their work. Hopefully, I won't have to deal with this again but I certainly would recommend this company to anyone that needs this kind of work done.

    John's Waterproofing
I had 4 bids on the job, Johns was middle of the road pricing, they were recommended so I went with them. They did the job in one day, cleaned up pretty well, had some damage on the trim after they were done, overall they did an above average job.

    Blackmore Quality Construction
Our first winter (October 2006) in this house we experienced water in our downstairs basement. We found Glenn Blackmore Construction on Angie's List and asked Glenn if he could look at our situation. Glenn gave us an estimate and explained what he thought needed to be done to pull the water away from our house. Our property is sloped and the back yard is one level higher that the street level. Meaning, all excess water from the property behind us flows through our backyard and against our houses foundation. During heavy rainfall the water has no where to go... One year later (Nov 2007) water is starting to come back through the downstairs walls. I emailed Glenn and asked if he could re visit the year old bid and get back to me. The next day Carolyn got back to me and said the year old bid was still good but Glenn's crew was 4 or 6 weeks from getting to our house. The crew started (Dec 2007) and took two weeks to complete.
