  • Everything went very well and I received detailed email reports while I was away! That was a great comfort to hear about each of the animals and our home. Colleen is very experienced with animals and I felt very confident entrusting our babies to her care. She came to meet them and discuss our needs prior to our departure which was necessary and very appreciated. I was very thankful to find her in our area.

  • DR OPERATED ON JACK FLASH, TO REMOVE CANCER OF THE THROAT, DID NOT CALL TO TELL US SHE OPERATED, DR JEAN TOLD ME SHE WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE OPERATION AND COULD NOT STOP, AND AT 11.5 YEARS DID NOT WANT TO HAVE TO SEDATE HIM AGAIN FOR HIS GOOD . 05/05/2017 WE HAD TO PUT HIM DOWN DUE TO PAIN, AND NOT EATING WELL. DR JEAN AND STAFF WERE VERY COMFORTING FOR US AT THAT TIME. DOG BOOM SHE WAS SPADED WITH DR JEAN IN CHARGE AND ALL WENT WELL.

  • I cannot overemphasize how kind and helpful this company has been for our family. I don't know how we would survive without them! From making us feel safe from burglars or other problems to making our pets feel happy and well taken care of when we are away, Concierge Watch is THE BEST!

  • Of all the vets we have worked with and known through the years, they are the most knowledgeable, professional, and always ready to help. Someone is available for help with large animals 24/7, which is amazing. Once you are established, you can simply call and ask questions and the responses are fast and very helpful. I believe there is a waiting list to get in as a regular client, but if you can, you will find you have the best.

  • I brought in my cocker spaniel for a field cut. My dog is so sweet at
home, but when I have taken him to other groomers he has had issues with
allowing me to leave. I was apprehensive to leave, but Andrea and
Terrie made me feel at ease. When I arrived, Pebbles looked great.

  • I’m very unhappy with them. I would definitely not recommend them. They should be more professional. We needed medication for our dog who was dying and they were haggling over prescriptions. It was a horrendous experience and I thought that was unreasonable because the dog was in excruciating pain. We once took our cat in and even though they denied it, our cat ended up with a huge infection where they had to do a major surgery.

  • Freezer just need a good cleaning and leveling. Justin was very helpful in trying to help me
find another dryer. He also let me know the freezer wasn't level and so the freezer wouldn't work right.

  • My Pomeranian,Titus, had 7 teeth extracted. The procedure only took 4 hours, and they also cleaned his teeth. The total cost of the dental work was $79. They updated all of his booster vaccines and Rabies license, for a total of $140. The staff is always friendly and helpful; they even called today to see how Titus was doing! All Creatures Animal Hospital is about 40 miles away from my home, but we happily make the drive to take our 4 dogs here. They do great work.

  • After an exhaustive search of the area trying to find a pet/house sitter who would provide live-in care in our home (rather than come a couple times a day, feed the animals, and leave) while we were on vacation, we found Snaggle Foot Pet Care.

Jamie, the owner, came to our home twice prior to the date we would be gone, met the animals, discussed their needs and routine with us and confirmed dates and times requested for her services.

While we were gone on vacation, she stayed at our home and took outstanding care of our four dogs, macaw, sun conure, saltwater aquarium fish, and outdoor pond fish, as well as our home, in our absence.  She fed, watered, cleaned up after and played with the dogs and birds, and fed the fish.  She also kept the house clean, monitored the security system, put the garbage out for pick-up, and collected the mail.  We called a few times to check in, and she was always available to give us updates on how all the pets were doing.  When we came home, she had hand-written cute reports on each dog and bird (as though the animals themselves had written them) detailing their activities while we were gone.  And what a pleasure to come home to happy pets and a spotlessly clean home!  We have already reserved her services for a future vacation.

She is the owner of her franchise, loves animals, is very responsible and experienced, is certified in pet CPR and first aid, licensed and bonded, and her employees are required to pass drug and background screening and reference checks.  When her company provides in-home care, no other people (or pets) than the caretaker are allowed in the home, so security is assured.

You couldn't ask for better care of your pets and home when you are away!

  • Applegate Grooming used to be one of the services offered at the Applegate Country Boarding Kennels, Grants Pass, Oregon.  The pet groomer, Rebecca King,  now provides pet grooming services at Cedarview Veterinary Hospital in Grants Pass, Oregon.
I have always found her to be incredibly kind and caring. She is always patient and cheerful.  Very reasonable prices. Her grooming facility is immaculately clean.  I would highly recommend her.
