    AIRTEC
Excellent Mark always gets over to my rental units fast and takes care of the work needed. If he sees other items that have to be addressed such as water damage from leaking roof unit he knows who to call and have the repairs done right away. Always gets good subs with great prices and great work never any problems

Called Mark Webb and he was here the next day and figured out the problem within 10 minutes after another company had been here twice and did not find problem. Ordered the part and had us up and running ASAP. One great company and we recommend 100%

    Indoor Airman
They did great work - all the staff was friendly, polite and efficient. The only hiccup we encountered was the delay in gaining the initial quote. Once we had a viable proposal, the project proceeded without delay. We were/are very grateful to have the HVAC since directly following the installation, we had months of smoke in the valley due to the fires. The HVAC saved us! Thanks Jeff. We enjoyed working with both you and Danny although all the staff were great.

Steve knew what he was doing to handle the large multi-zoned system that I have. Because my ducting was drooping, he recommended an air scrubber which I thought would be good. Steve said it was one that he tested and did work. Since I was confident of Steve's advice, I did buy one even though I felt it was a little expensive at $900. I have breathing problems and would be well worth it if it only worked half as good as Steve said.

    Andrew Korte Heating & A C Inc
I called Korte at 10.00 a.m. and Andrew called back at 3 p.m. He came and had a look at what kind of equipment was needed and next morning , showed up with his workers and replaced the old furnace, and the next day the heat pump was in. They cleaned up wherever it was needed and were very good workers. I would recommend Korte Heating and A/C to anyone who asks. This was such a good experience, all round. The workers are good and kind , no cussing and yelling, and Andrew is very on top of things.

Southern Oregon Heating And Air Conditioning
The project went beautiful. Completed it in December. They did an marvelous job. We finally got them in November, and figure where to put what. In mid December, they came, and I took the three days off. They lit it up, and I was happy with it. We have blown in insulation, and certain areas you can't go in, which is why those rooms didn't have any heat, up until this point. They put the ducts in the attic, the difficulties in the stuff falling down. He took a big cardboard box, while cutting the hole, and putting in the register. They hardly got anything in the house. They kept it really clean. I was really happy. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.I did some competitive quotes, and they were competitive. It was a fair price. All the quality of the manufacture system. Train was a top notch. Its a really good system. They were quite responsive to my questions. Getting me on a schedule, the whole bit. They are in Medford, and were about an hour away. It was an variation of what time they would be here. We had some weather issues. I am not sure I would fault them on being late. You can't give them an A, the tardiness could be blame on the ice we had on the roads.

All Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning
As this sale/installation took place in Oct., 2014, I can't remember if it was Dan or Jeff who sold me on a Bryant/Carrier system but in any event, he was very personable, patient with my questions, efficient and professional. The price was neither highest nor lowest of several bids but as my decision was largely based on the reputation and capability of the installer, I was satisfied with the price as well as the system brand since he seemed to be very confident with its reliability. There were a few quirks with the original installation and I could tell the guys were a bit frustrated: the inside unit was a tad oversized for the closet and the original thermostat which I was told would work ultimately did not. Nonetheless, these issues were resolved on the same day. In the past two years I've had a couple of issues with the inside unit and the service technicians have been consistently helpful and courteous. The first was a relatively minor adjustment to fix a weird noise. The second again involved a noise, this time intermittent and quite loud, followed by the furnace not kicking on. Ultimately the motor on the inside unit was replaced. Again, these issues were frustrating but resolved well. My less than "A" grade is due to administrative problems. I was told the system came with a 10-year parts and labor warranty but never received that warranty. When I asked about it at the time of installation I was told they would take care of the registration required and send me the information via mail (I wasn't sure if that was email or snail mail). Of course, I forgot about it (my bad) ... but when someone says they will do something I tend to believe they will. When the second noise problem occurred, I realized I had never received a registration confirmation for the warranty and requested one. I received a link leading me to a 5-year standard parts-only warranty that had only been registered on the date of my request (2 years after-the-fact). Needless to say, I'm pretty sure I'm now out of luck due to their mistake. This is a huge problem for me as that was a major factor in deciding to go with both the system and All Seasons. Also, and of (admittedly) significantly less importance than the warranty problem, is the fact that when the motor was ordered for replacement I was told it would arrive on the following Tuesday and be installed on Wednesday. Well, on Wednesday after waiting for a couple of hours and having no one either call or arrive, I called to inquire when I might expect them to do the replacement. The gal didn't know what I was talking about (!) and I was subsequently told the motor never arrived but it "should" be in Thursday. Assuming it was a delivery delay, one would assume they should've known on Tuesday, or at the latest Wednesday, that the installation could not be accomplished on the day promised. A phone call would've been appropriate and appreciated.
