    King, Judith L
Judith King is wonderful. She is open minded, very willing to discuss alternatives if you choose, she is not dogmatic, and she listens. If you are in there and want to go to an Acupuncturist she is fine with that and will recommend one. She is very open. She is very good. She herself is not that available, but she has people that can help you. She has a nurse who works for her and the nurse is very responsive. She makes sure that her office is responsive even if she is tied up. She makes other people available to you.

I was an infusion nurse for 8 years and as any nurse knows, nurses make the worst patients. My nursing staff were extremely patient with me, even with some of my neurotic tendencies. I appreciated being kept in the loop about what was going on.
The only downside that I could see about the whole situation was that I had surgery (laproscopic) on a Friday morning. By 6pm I finally was able to keep my eyes open long enough to have a conversation with someone. My nurse was pushing me to discharge from the hospital that night. I'm not sure if it was just policy, or if they were worried about being reimbursed by the hospital, or that doctor didn't want to come in on the weekend. Whatever it was I had to really fight to be able to stay in the hospital. I found this pretty annoying. By that evening I had only eaten a few crackers and couldn't walk on my own. I couldn't eat without taking IV anti-nausea medicine. These things were not things I would deal with on my own at home. Also, realize I am someone that avoids hospitals and doctors like the plague. After I have a baby I'm asking the doctors within 12 hours to let me go home. I REALLY felt like I couldn't go home, and it felt like I was pushing the staff to let me stay. Not fun.
But seriously, besides that annoying situation (that only lasted for like 2 hours when I made it clear I was staying the night), EVERYTHING else was amazing!!! When I was going into surgery my sweet surgery nurse asked me if I had said goodbye to my family. I burst into tears. I didn't have any family with me because my husband was still working in another state, my mother-in-law happened to have been with us to tend my kids and we didn't have any other friends or family. I was very scared and lonely. This sweet nurse wrapped her arms around me and told me that everything was going to be alright. 3 other nurses and support staff came over to talk with me, support me, and give hugs. My nurse said she was going to be with me whole time and they were going to take good care of me - and they did!

They really keep me irritated every time I go in there. I went in to get a shot and they informed me that it wasn't covered under the insurance. I ended up paying for the shot which was $220.00 and I called the insurance company and they told me to take it back because it was covered. I went back yesterday and they ran the insurance information and I was able to get most of my money back. I think they have really bad issues with their computer system and insurance filing. I will only use them when I have to and not on a willingly basis.

It could not have gone better. The initial prescription was filled via the drive-up window; as promised. When asked to go above and beyond, changing the charge, the service was first rate and friendly. Highly recommended service!

It went well. They were responsive and I thought they were good. We got in quickly but sometimes they disappeared for a while. Everybody was very friendly. I'm still in the process of dealing with the insurance; we have insurance and Medicare and they didn't bill Medicare as the primary. I'm not sure who didn't do something right. I would use them again because it's our only option for an emergency.

    Asante Three Rivers Medical Center
My condition has worsened to the point of being life-threatening due to the serious lack of concern and professionalism demonstrated by Three Rivers Hospital doctors and staff. It was nightmarish and I am terrified to return for any reason. Between Three Rivers Hospital and Care Source Advantage Insurance I almost lost my life. Any seniors on Medicare with health problems should seriously consider the poor health care conditions here and consider moving to an area where seniors can receive a higher level of quality care. It is practically impossible to find a doctor who will accept Medicare Patients even though the signs state otherwise and the local hospital cannot be trusted. Susan Q. Hunter

The entire experience from start to finish lasted more than a year and was nightmarish. I came close to death several times even while in the presence of this provider and she did nothing. It was a continuation of the nightmare that began for me in July 2009 at Three Rivers Hospital here in Grants Pass. If you are a senior looking to retire and have medical problems then look elsewhere for a retirement location. The doctors in this town will not accept patients with Medicare Insurance and especially those patients with Care Source Med/Advantage Insurance. Susan Q. Knittle-Hunter

They are excellent. They always have the meds there. The waiting time is not long at all. They are prompt and polite. They are just really, really good. I think they offer good service for a good price. Their customer service is great.

We have a primary care doctor there who is very good. They have a good diversified staff. They also have a lab that is right there on the spot.
