  • Explained what we needed to do to correct the problem.  He ran all cycles everything checked out He suggested we change the soap we were using. If that doesn't fix the problem will not be charge for the next service call.

  • I am not sure how to respond to this.  I had two other washing machine repairmen in the past who did not truly fix my washing machine.  It took Justin a short time to discover the problem and fix it.

  • We have had problems with the ice maker and freezer temperature of our 2-year old Whirlpool refrigerator for about a year, and had a service man from West Coast Appliance in Medford (the dealer) here about six times without getting the problems fixed.  Justin diagnosed the problem immediately, and proved photographic evidence which we took to the dealer as evidence. We received a substantial in-store credit on a new refrigerator.   Justin was prompt, professional and knowledgeable, and has earned our trust and future business.

  • Justin was A+great! Her rearranged his day to swing by my house since he was in the area. His secretary was really part of the team and made this happen by recognizing how close he was at the time I called. He was very careful, tidy, knowledgeable, explained what he was doing, and even very cheerful to have around. I had expected that my oven was a goner but he brought it back to life. He even asked if I had any other problems he could help with and gave me advice about my quirky dishwasher.Thanks so much Justin and Stephanie. I will sing your praises!

  • Justin came out and looked at our refrigerator that wasn't keeping things cool/frozen. He changed some sensors out at no cost (he had visited us 7 months prior) and he only charged us for labor and the visit. He usually guarantees his service for 6 months, so he was extra kind to us. He is honest and thoroughly explained the issues to us so that we understood what the problems were and how they could be fixed. He also was honest about a potential irreparable problem which would make a full fridge replacement necessary...and therefore was cautious about replacing parts unnecessarily or preemptively, as he didn't want us to have to spend money on those parts only to learn that we needed to a buy appliance. Anyways--he worked his magic--and it's all working again--no new fridge necessary!  Whew!!  We will call him again and again!

  • Our stove was not working and we called them, they said it was because the switch was out. So they replaced the switch and as it turned out it didn't have anything to do with the switch. So they did a switch and it didn't fix the problem and then it turned out to be much more extensive problems. So we don't know if the fix was good or bad. They did not manage to fix the problem the second time so we just bought a new stove. If switch is a common thing to break it would be a reasonable thing to replace. If the other problem they had was difficult to diagnose it made sense to diagnose. They wouldn't go into the diagnosis until they had to. I think the price was fine.

  • I was looking for someone to fix my refridgerator but was not confident in anyone particular, and since we have a nice house, i feel that we get "up charged" sometimes. Signed up for Angie's list and found Jerry and the good reviews and called him. He said he could be here in 2 hours! Wow! I was surprised he could come out so fast. Jerry was honest and thorough in explaining the problem and was quick to fix it. Final bill for repair was reasonable. Will definitely call him again.

  • Initially, it was very frustrating speaking with the foreign-accented phone service representative from Sony. I had already signed-up for a 3 year Square Trade warranty that wasn't yet in effect. In spite of that, the Square Trade representative went to bat for me with the Sony rep and the service work was ordered (control board) and paid for by the factory warranty with Sony. The work was finally done. Let me add that Costco has recently started using Square Trade as a supplier of after-market extended warranties. Square Trade is a very good outfit that I would recommend to anyone. And their prices are very good! Plus, their warranties kick-in after the factory warranties expire, not at the same time, wasting coverage.

  • Wow it took a long time, we had to go to a laundromat to wash our clothes and it still makes the racket it made before but only on the extended wash and spin cycle.  Still waiting for a resolution to that.  Resolution is not what I expected, took a long time to  get it working and it still seems to have an issue. So......see above for whole story.
