  Work was performed on time and with outstanding results. Workers cleaned up on a daily basis and workers respected my wishes of protecting plantings around home. Work was performed in a week and one-half in the month of December 2018, a month of inclement weather. I was very pleased with the results of the project and would recommend this company to anyone.

  They were great and they came and finish it.Timely manner and professional.Easy to deal with and really hardworking.They were amazing and cheaper that everybody.I save thousand since they are much cheaper than everybody else. They give us a high end shingles which is a 3D one.

  They did a pretty good job, but it was expensive when the extras were added on. Gutter cleaning should be included since the roof cleaning would fill up the gutters. The special was $379, but they charged me extra for the pitch of my roof, gutter cleaning and additional gutter charge for a total of $635 for my small house. Not exactly a "special" rate. They cleaned up afterwards but I still spent quite a bit of time finishing up the clean up.

  Vitaliy contacted me promptly about my inquiry for services and provided a quote on the date promised. He was professional, courtesy and honest in his quote. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" a service. The service was provided on the day promised and our yard was left pristine, no debris from the service. I wish I would have taken pictures of the roof before and after the services were provided. We will definitely use Moss Busters for our next moss removal and/or gutter cleaning services.

  The two salesman were pushy and wanted us to sign that day. My husband spent 3 hours with them, they came back for the two of us and spent another 3 hours. They said it would only take one hour. We finally got a bid of $43,000, but when we said we were getting other bids, they dropped it to $36,000. When we said we would get back to them, I asked if they had given me the estimate on the lowest price shingle. They had not. Then price dropped to $32,000. They would not give us information about financing which we asked for. All they would say was how much per month did we want to pay. I was extremely upset, and they acted like used car salesmen who take your keys and won't give them back until you sign the dotted line. I am sure the product is good, but I would never trust the company to perform the proper job and would not know what shingle I would have put on our roof. My husband finally told them to leave, he would contact them with a price we would be willing to pay. Three other bids were $19,900, $23,000, and $23,000. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

  Gresham Roofing and Construction

  Not real good. Had to check work and ask too have flashing redone in places since they tried to over lap very small pieces rather than use one continuous piece in a critical place where the east wind would have driven in water, still have a leak that I cannot locate on the south sides of house, even now more than a year later still finding nails and shingle . in gutters and land scaping. Shatttered a sliding glass door that took three weeks to replace, broken curb from delivery truck, oil leaks onn driveway that they tried to clean, but took me some time to complete the eradication. I would not hire them again and still need to get the leak fixed.

  C-Wags LLC first came out to give me an estimate. When I received the estimate it included additional services I had not purchased or requested. I sent them an email telling them I only want the gutter cleaning I purchased. An appointment was set for one afternoon, they showed up at 10:30 in the morning. I had another appointment and could not let them do the work at that time. I called and talked to the owner, he said they will return at our originally scheduled time. They did not show nor call. I finally called him and have decided not to do business with him. I waited all afternoon and C-Wags LLC didn't have the courtesy to call me to tell my they would not be here.

  Giron Roofing Inc.

  They were actually a day late, because the roof they were to finish the day before couldn't be done because the homeowner wouldn't let them finish on the fourth of July.
  
  They made up for lost time by showing up early the next day with a very large and efficient crew.  They did the entire roof in one day.  That included tearing off old roofing and old skylights and installing the new.  Also a great job of cleanup.
  
  The one thing that they forget to tell us is that the warranty is not good if you attach your satellite dish back on the roof.  We had to arrange for the Dish company to come back and install it on the side of our house instead.  They did pay for the charge for the relocation of the satellite dish.  There was several days wait for us to get the dish installed, so we went without TV during that time.  If we knew ahead of time, we would have made the appointment and wouldn't have had to wait.
  
  All in all, we would definitely choose Giron construction to do the work again, and recommend them to our friends.

  Rivercity Home Maintenance

  I am very please with the service.  I have a large home with a scary steep roof that was past due on maintenance.  The entire surface was meticulously clean by hand with a brush.  Brick and his employee worked a solid 8 hours and left my home spotless.  My neighbor has now hired him.  I will gladly refer this company.  I feel very good about the value and quality of work I received.

  lets start with Matt the salesman who came by and bid the project. he was very professional and really knows his siding!
  we purchased Preservation integra from dabella because its the only siding product we could fine that covered all of our concerns with performance and warranty I have no doubt we made the right decision. even though we had bids for less than half the price we know we got every penny worth on this project! our house is more beautiful than ever and will last as long as we live here!
