    Quality Calvary Construction, LLC
Excellent work on both jobs! The guys are skilled, meticulous, and easy to work with. They always clean up after themselves and always make sure the work is done right. They are fair in their pricing. Id certainly use them again!

I contacted them and two people came out to the house to ***** my needs. It was determined that I was in need of grab bars in the bathroom near the toilet and also in the shower. A higher toilet was also needed as well as a wheel chair ramp to the garage. There was also a recliner upstairs that I needed moved into our downstairs bedroom. I needed the work done within a few weeks. About a week before the surgery, two workmen came out and spent about 5 hours here doing the work. The were very professional, did a great job on all of the work and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for anyone in my position.

    Concept Construction, Inc
We used Concept Construction for a house remodel from February - November 2016. This was a very extensive remodel covering two floors involving a kitchen, family room, and a basement suite. Problems arose with every one of Sandy's subs. The framer delayed the project for two weeks because Sandy had surgery and he didn't get paid. We had three different plumbers, none of which really wanted the job. The electrician did most of our job but towards the end stopped communicating with Sandy and didn't finish the work. This is the second kitchen remodel I have done, so I know how things do come up along the way to make these projects challenging. I don't think we had good representation from Sandy and James at Concept as they didn't come by and manage the project after drywall, we were left to deal with their subs completely on our own. This last March, I noticed a 10" crack in my quartz countertop on my kitchen island. When I contacted Sandy for warranty, she refused to fix this issue and told me that it was somehow not her responsibility and that my house had settled. Also last fall I noticed that the drywall around my modern fireplace surround started cracking. I discovered that the cement board wasn't taped properly with thinset to prevent this. When asked to fix this, Sandy also said that this was not her responsibility. In short, the difference between a good contractor and a bad one is when things go wrong. A good contractor will warranty their work for a year. A bad contractor will make excuses and leave you cleaning up their mess. I am not going to say whether you should or shouldn't go with Concept Construction for your next remodel. I just want to share my experience so that you can make that decision.

    Let's Remodel
It was a pleasure to work with Pavel. He was on time for our appointments and made polite suggestions of his own ideas. I had a concept of what the new bathroom would look like and showed Pavel the pictures I got off Pinterest. We combined our ideas, and my newly remodeled bathroom turned out beautifully. Pavels crew demolished the old vanity, tore down a pocket door wall and removed the tub and toilet. He built a tiled walk-in shower, a custom vanity and a varnished wood barn door that separates the bathroom from the bedroom. Pavel used quality material and was responsive to my feedback throughout the project. The result exceeded my expectations, and I could not be happier with the end product.

Mark was very responsive and accommodating to our urgent need. Communicating scope of work, expectations, and price were quick and easy. Mark has a passion for detail and does every good finishing work. I trusted him with my $52 sq/ft glass tile work, and it turn out beautiful. I would hire Mark again for any future projects.

Luxury Bath of Washington & Oregon
Good old fashioned, honest, quality work by Duane, Ben and Kaden. They did what they said they were going to do, arrived when they said they were going to arrive, finished when they said they were going to finish, cleaned-up and hauled away the junk. 100% recommend these guys and would hire them again

    Cascade Flooring America LLC
We went to the showroom to find carpet and vinyl flooring for our new home. We were assisted by salesman Jon. He was exceptionally helpful and gave us great options to choose from for our situation. He was able to order and schedule to fit our project. He came to the house to finish paperwork when it was not convenient for me to come to the showroom. He has great taste and style sense and I was able to trust his recommendations. Our project turned out fabulous. We had overnight guest recently who couldn't stop talking about how much they loved our choices and the comfort of the carpeting. When he was at the house, he noticed the tile I needed replaced and he was able to get a small tile job arranged for me with a great slate tile choice. We were so pleased with our experience we sent our son to him for his flooring needs.

    Skandia Remodeling
Skandia did some work in our kitchen and recessed a wall so we could install a new fridge. They did the construction, painted, and made sure area was clean after the work was completed. We also needed a concrete mailbox built, and although Paul didn't have a "concrete guy" he searched around and found a reliable one to do the job. We are happy with the outcome of the projects.

    JAW Construction Inc
We asked for an estimate on work needed in the kitchen. John gave us some excellent advice on the direction we should take. His advice saved us a lot of money. He is going to help us with our pantry and he gave us a very good price on that. When we are ready to do remodeling I am definitely going to use JAW Construction. His information was so valuable to us!

    DeRoss Construction
He damaged a counter and wanted to charge me to have him repair it.
When I complained about his billing he became very angry. He made some threats about taking me to court.  I then discussed this with the real estate agent that gave me his name. He then told me he was a bit of a hot head.
