Paulo was both punctual and professional. He was friendly and easy to comunicate with. The quote was reasonable. From beginning to end everything went extremely well! The only head ache was it took longer to complete project because of all the HOT 90 degree days. We would hire him again as well as recommend his company.

    Quality Calvary Construction, LLC
Excellent work on both jobs! The guys are skilled, meticulous, and easy to work with. They always clean up after themselves and always make sure the work is done right. They are fair in their pricing. Id certainly use them again!

It went beautifully! The prep work was exceptionally good, and the crew of about 8 painters showed up on time and were really well-organized. They wasted no time and worked really hard for one day and almost finished. They used a sprayer where they could and handprinted the trim and other spots needing special attention. The next day a crew of 4 showed up and finished the job. Clean-up was great! The crew were professional and friendly and clearly well-trained.

Great work and were 99 percent satisfied with everything about the project.

We've had several positive comments about our house and the great look.  The quality of the work was far above other similar work I've seen and 100 percent better than the last contractor who did our home.  I would not hesitate to use them again.

    James Brady Homan Paint Contractor
Jim and his team did a beautiful job.  He was able to fit my project in between other jobs despite short notice.  Jim is a very personable and professional painter.  His attention to quality painting really impressed me.  I recommend him highly.  On top of all the accolades he deserves, his bid for the job was the best among numerous painting professionals that I contacted.  He finished the job on schedule and was very responsive to some extra requests that I added to what we originally discussed.  Give Jim a call you will be glad you did.

Let me preface this review by saying that I am a very picky customer. This company is VERY good. They did everything I wanted them to do AND THEN SOME! Above and beyond. Here is the best, most useful part of the review...there were a few problems. Some spilled paint. There was some paint over spray on the little mesh covers on the attic vents. Like I said...Im picky. So the painter went to Lowe's bought screen and replaced EVERY SINGLE ATTIC VENT ON THE WHOLE HOUSE! Impressive! Also, there was some paint splatter on my newly painted concrete patio. I went to Lowe's and picked up a whole gallon (only way it comes) of the concrete stain and the owner of the company paid for it over the phone with lowe's....how nice and easy. On a Saturday mind you.
I think that the way a company deals with problems is very useful information in a review. I was very impressed by their level of wanting to make sure the customer is truly happy. I am truly happy with the work they did and would recommend them to anybody and use them again myself when it's time to paint my siding.
Thank you Yaskara Painting! Well done.

    Giron Roofing Inc.
For the roofing project, Teo's crew showed up on time, and worked long hard hours in the warm weather. The job included removing and hauling away of two layers of shingles, dry rot inspection, replacement of up to 3 8x4 plywood panels (extra panel a at additional cost), installing #30 synthetic underlayment, and installation of laminate shingles. Additional plywood panels would be installed at a cost of $38 each, which included labor, but our roof was in such bad shape and needed so many panels that Teo gave us a break on the cost. There were also some beams that ended up being replaced, so needless to say the job took a full four days, which meant that it was pretty noise inside the house for those four days - not a complaint, just saying in case you haven't been re- roofed in a while. Anyway they did a great job, the roof looks great, and we were so pleased we hired them to repaint out house.
I arranged the painting of the house, and about a week beforehand one of the guys showed up about 5 pm to pressure wash the house, as they wanted it to dry for 2 or 3 days before being painted. Then a few days later, he showed up one evening to do the caulking around the doors and windows, etc. that was Wednesday, and on Saturday morning the crew showed up at 7:30 am to start the actual painting. It took a couple of hours for them to prep the house, including scraping the peeling paint and covering the windows and doors, and then the painting started. Actually a crew of about 4 or 5 showed up and started painting front and back, and then there were 1 or 2 guys working on the trim after the house was painted. After starting at 7:30 pm, the job was finished at 5:30 pm. We were amazed, and the house looks fantastic - they all did a great job. Would we hire them again - definitely YES. OK - now my (minor) complaints. They initially evaluated the job and we were told they would need 12 gallons of paint. Later in the week, the painters told us they would need 15 gallons of paint, so had to run back to the paint store for another 3 gallons, which meant another $100 expense - needless to say not to happy, but nevertheless couldn't have them run out of paint. After the job was done, they did a great job of cleaning up, but then I found two large garbage bags sitting in my front yard. I asked what are these and he said the garbage they picked up from around the house. Actually it turned out to be the plastic used to cover the doors and windows, the empty paint cans, and other assorted trash, such as the empty potatoe chip bags from when the guys took a lunch break in the yard. All in all, didn't feel disposal of these items should be my responsibility (well maybe the paint cans), but since I paid $2400 for their labor and equipment use, felt they should have been hauled away rather than left in my front yard. However, overall, they did a great job and I will most certainly use them in the future.

    CertaPro Painters of Beaverton
His name is Steve Musco. He did an excellent job painting our house, and we have had no issues with it whatsoever. I thought it was a fair price. They were on time. They were very professional and did a really good job.

Absolutely the best experience we have ever had with a contractor and repair company. Start to finish, professional, on time, cleaned up each day and you couldn't tell that had been there. Exceptional!

It was time to paint my home so I did my research, checking Angie's list and asking friends for recommendations.  I called four contractors and Dan was the first one to call back.  He scheduled a time that was convenient for me, after work, and showed up right on time.  He explained his whole process and gave me a quote for the labor and materials before he left.  The next contractor wouldn't even give me a quote because he said he couldn't do the work for what Dan quoted me.  I received two other bids, one about the same as Dan's and one that was twice as much.  I decided to go with Dan because of his professionalism.  I wasn't in a hurry to get my home painted, but we got lucky with the weather and Dan scheduled my job the first sunny day in April.  When I left my home in the morning it was a pale sad faded yellow and when I returned home later that afternoon, it was a beautiful bright cheery freshly painted yellow.  Dan's crew did a fabulous job.  They arrived right on time and cleaned up after the job was done.  I've recommended Dan to a colleague and would recommend him to you, the reader, as well.
