  You can wait for it usually, they have an Express and they have a very nice waiting area. They're very communicative with their customers. They talk over what they did and what they found. They're great that way.

  I did a bit of shopping around on the timing belt and water pump; and Coopers was $100 less than 2 other shops closeby my home. Worth the drive. Their facility is clean, the service advisors professional, and I was called with status on progress promptly. Great work.

  Honest-1 Auto Care - Gresham

  I brought my car in for a second opinion.  I had taken my car in for an oil change at another shop.  I was told I needed over $900 of work to be done.  I wanted to see if that was true.  All the things I supposedly needed done were not needed.  One of the things, a cabin air filter, does not even exist on my car!
  Needless to say, I now have a new shop to take my car to.  Thank you very much.

  Perfection Tire & Auto Repair

  Perfection tire's pricing was nearly half of what the dealership quoted me. They had the work done on time and the guys there are just all around nice guys to deal with (and chat with). My experience has been that they treat their female customers kindly and respectfully. They have never "talked down" to me, but have treated me as if they assume I know what I'm talking about. I really appreciate that.
  This was my second visit there, but it was the first visit that won me over. I had been experiencing some intermittent pulsating in my brakes. Then my adult son (who is a mechanic) was in town and drove my car. He noticed the same thing and told me I could need a brake job. I went to Perfection Tire not knowing how bad the brakes might be and was prepared to pay for everything including new rotors, if necessary. Imagine my surprise when Chris called me to say the brakes were still in good shape and that the intermittent pulsating is something that can happen for benign reasons. They didn't charge me for their time or the diagnoses. Having moved here from Portland (where a business can survive for years on one-time customers, therefore has little incentive to be honest), I was SO pleasantly surprised by that. From now on, Perfection Tire is getting all of my scheduled maintenance, repair and tire related business.

  Metro Car Care

  Our car had a horrible shake.  We took it into Kirk and he gave us a loaner car while the repairs were happening.  The car turned out to need new rear tires and the shocks were worn out.  We had our car back that same day.  Thank you Kirk!  You guys are great.

  Had car towed to their shop. Got an estimate on repairs and gave the go ahead. Car was completed the next day and all is well. Parts were at a reasonable price. My main concern was finding an honest shop and that's what I got. Fair price and honest bid.

  It is easy to get an appointment, and they were close on the estimate for completion. Employees are generally nice. My vehicle has a pre-paid service agreement, so this appointment did not cost anything. Other locations provide more inclusive service (windows, vacuuming) which is my only complaint.

  I have taken my mustang to Nazier plenty of times and he does a great job. The last time I was there was to get my clutch replaced. Nazier recommended a great clutch and did a great job as usual. There are plenty of auto places that feel as if they are just there to make a buck, but Nazier i feel is actually genuine. I would recommend him and his shop to anyone

  Jiffy Lube

  There was a bit of a wait when pulling in, which is understood because they are always busy. A technician came out and talked to me about what I was looking for, and I told him all I wanted was an oil change. They of course tried to convince me to get more services done as that is part of their job but no matter how many times I told him that I couldn't afford the other services and that I only went for an oil change he just kept pushing for me to reconsider. The only thing that they did wrong was not screw my oil cap on tight enough so when I went to check it about a week later (my car leaks oil so it needs to be checked frequently) it had fallen off and I had to purchase another.

  Oil Can Henry's

  I am not happy right now with Oil Can Henry's. I went in there to get my oil changed and they talked me into some other things and I came home and I have been dripping oil on my drive way ever since. They did say something like there is a leaking transfusion but I didn't have that problem before. I love the kid that did it, him and I had a good rapport. There was nothing wrong with the experience, the problem was when I came home and found the leaking so someone who went down under did not do the right thing. I go there all the time. I have never had leaking on my drive way before and now I have it all over my drive way and I am not happy about that. I just dealt with the guy up stairs and he and I had a good time. They got me in pretty quickly. I am going to go see them in the future and tell them what happened.
