    This was a great class! For anyone thinking about getting their concealed carry license, but intimidated, I was the only attendee who did not already own a firearm. Nonetheless, I never felt uncomfortable or like I couldn't ask a question if I didn't understand (thanks to Scott). I also learned a lot as to what I���m going to be looking for in a firearm; things I may not have thought about before.

    I paid $180 for 3 hours of Animation Camp at this place. Come to find out, they were "teaching" the kids for 2 hours and then taking them to the park. On Tuesday when I dropped him off there were a bunch of kids and no supervisor visible. When I found someone, she didn't seem to know what was going on or where he was to go. Wednesday I found out that my grandson was being bullied at the park by fellow students (including receiving physical blows) and there was absolutely no supervision being given. After the 3rd day my grandson refused to go back. I am absolutely horrified at the behavior of the employees of this place. Do not send your children unless you are able to accompany them. This was a lot of money for 6 hours of "instruction" and 3 hours of undergoing abuse by other children at a park.

    Campus Connection is the WORST rental company I have ever worked with. The unit was dirty when we moved in, carpets were not cleaned (see photos) I shampoo'd them upon arrival. I cut my foot on the exposed carpet tack strip, shelves and rods falling off the walls, walls left unfinished and unpainted with holes. Homeless people were squatting on the property, storing stuff under the deck, and urinating/defecating on the property. It took Campus Connection a MONTH to come out and clean up all the poop. Homeless sleeping on our porch, using the electricity and water outlets. We CALLED THE POLICE every single day to safely enter and exit our unit without being harassed. According to Campus Connection, it is the tenants responsibility to call the police and ensure our safety on the property, not theirs.     Redefyne Moving & Storage
    It went great! We got a quote from the big player that we had used before and Redefyne Moving was several thousand dollars cheaper. I admit I went into it a bit skeptical but the guys were super knowledgeable, pleasant, dependable and attentive to our needs and items. We had to go buy or rent most of the boxes and things we used to pack up but that was a small price to pay. (They would have provided them but told us that Uhaul would sell them to us cheaper and have a bigger selection). Definitely recommend them. Not often anymore when you get the low bid AND quality service!

    While I wanted a website what I got from Asterix Creative was a very extended homework assignment. I hired Asterix because I really did not want to learn website development. No such luck. So far I have spent months trying learn the skills needed to salvage this project. The product Asterix delivered was a bare bones skeleton that I was expected to complete. Aspects of that skeleton did not even meet some of my basic objectives leaving me to seek help from other contractors at additional cost. As delivered, the website had no security and no search engine visibility whatsoever. Asterix will say I didn't know what I was doing������fair enough, I didn't. That's why I hired them. If my expectations were too high it was because communication was so poor. Billings were unclear and additional charges were assessed, and the site held hostage, for work that I feel was within the scope of the original agreement. Our meetings were in coffee shops filled with loud and distracting nearby activities. All in all Asterix left me with the impression that things like building strong relationships and producing high quality products were very secondary to building up billable hours.

    I have probably moved 30 times or more in my life. Thanks to Jared and David last week, this transition was the easiest, fastest, and most efficient move I have ever had. They were both personable yet professional. Usually I feel like I need to watch over and make sure the movers are doing their job, not breaking stuff, etc. After about 10 minutes I knew this wouldn't be the case with these guys. They had a smile on their face the entire time, didn't stop for a second, and were very courteous. I will probably be moving again in the Spring and there is no doubt I will request them again. Thank you!

    Phenomenally well! Granite is hands down the best property management company I've ever dealt with. The few problems I had with the place were quickly and politely addressed, the building was gorgeously maintained, and everyone at Granite was a pleasure to work/live with. If I hadn't moved out of Eugene, I'd still be happily living in a Granite Properties apartment. I can't recommend them highly enough.

    Anyone who reads reviews has come across those that have limited credibility because they are just rants by an unhappy customer. Indeed, I am an unhappy customer but my intent is to offer just the facts and allow them to speak for themselves. RMS had management responsibility for our Portland property for 730 days. During this time it was vacant for 128 days or 18% percent of the time. We hired RMS with the idea that they would care for the property and also take care of us. We discovered that there were a great many questions we had not been savvy enough to ask. Here are a few: ? Do you conduct regular walk-throughs or inspection visits? (Turns out they are happy to do so but only if you know you have to ask.) ? What is your policy on bidding large repair projects. (Turns out one bid was enough for a $3000 job?they say they are happy to get three bids if you know enough to ask. Actually, we had submitted such a request in writing but it was ignored.) ? What is your policy on contacting the owner before work is scheduled? (Turns out, they will do whatever you want. Good to know if you want to avoid being charged $80 to replace one battery in a smoke detector.) ? And that brings us to: What is your policy on replacing smoke alarm batteries? (We were told they don't have one. So, rather than change them all once a year at the same time you get a $55 charge each time one chirps; in this case up to $400 a year. And by the way, that is plus a $10 battery plus, a $10 dollar trip charge plus, a 10% markup.) ? Last question we should have asked: What is your standard of workmanship? (Really, who would think that this would be a question you should need to ask. However, when questioned on the childlike quality of $250 in repair work we were told that it met ?rental standards?. Just a few final points; ? The house was returned to us with a burn hole in the deck, a missing attic door, stained carpets and huge oil slicks on the garage floor. ? RMS was unable or unwilling to show us an itemized billing for repairs held against the tenants deposit. ? During three months while the house sat empty RMS found reasons to make five billable trips to complete minor projects of questionable importance. ? Finally our account was freely billed for cleaning and maintenance supplies. Thirty dollars worth of new paintbrushes and paint rollers and paint trays were left in the garbage un-cleaned and worthless along with an assortment new brooms, mops and buckets. Thirty pounds of salt were billed for forty feet of sidewalk and thirty-two dollars worth of new LED light bulbs were purchased but only four ended up in the house.
