They were wonderful they went above and beyond what i asked for and at a very fair price. I am so pleased that i now have them come every three weeks or so for maintenance. i believe you will be happy with the service they provide.

    ProGrass Landscape Care & Design
My first year and a half with Prograss went really well. The last year and a half though have been unsatisfactory to say the least. Here's an example of an exchange with the worker: Day 1: Me: "A., please cut down the tall grasses for the winter" A: "I don't have my clippers with me - I promise to do it next week" Day 7: nothing gets done Day 15: A. calls me, doesn't have clippers, can he borrow mine, I say "yes, sure"; A. cuts down grasses in front yard only Day 22: "A, please cut down the tall grasses in the side yard". Responds "Yes, will do!" Nothing gets done. Day 29: "A, please cut down the tall grasses in the side yard". Cuts two and leaves three Day 36: "S, please cut down the tall grasses in the side yard." Cuts down final three. As another example, I emailed the manager DP with a list of a few things I wanted done on the final service day of the season (as I cancel over the winter). This included edging - but it didn't get done because A. didn't bring the edger with him. Now I'll have a sloppy edge for the next four months. In addition to the unresponsiveness, their manager DP refuses to return emails (even though it's clear that he gets them since some work requests do get done) and he's curt on the phone, as if I'm bothering him. The guys forgot to mow and edge my lawn one week during the summer when it was growing fast. DP and the worker never acknowledged this or apologized to me. I emailed DP three times to inform him and to secure a refund - no response. I called the office and after they followed up with DP they gave me the refund. I complained to the supervisor Lonnie about DP's lack of response to this concern and others. He got very silent and then he said, "Oookaaay" very softly - and didn't say another word - no acknowledgement, no "I'm sorry to hear this - I'll check into it", nothing. Finally the silence got awkward and I said goodbye. It would be one thing if I had called to complain every week and they were tired of me - but this was the first time. I will say that the manager DP has come out quickly when I had a question or concern about the yard. However, when it comes to diagnosing plant issues, the time usually was wasted. "DP, I'm worried about this lovely Japanese Maple - all these small branches have died." DP: "It could be disease ....". Me: "Could it be overwatering?" DP: "Yes, it could be overwatering." Me: "Could it be underwatering?" DP: "Yes, it could be underwatering. Cut off the dead branches and give it another year and then see about it." I brought a neighbor along with me when I signed up. He also is not planning to continue.

During the ice storm our 75 year old Oak tree split in half and had to be removed. They were amazingly responsive and the work was accomplished promptly and carefully. They charged us $1100 for removal. They continue to help us clean up, prune damaged plants and now are helping us re-landscape 1/2 of our backyard.

    Larson's Lawn & Garden Care
It went okay. I found it difficult to communicate with the fellow. He seemed nice enough, but not that responsive. He was unsteady on his feet and had difficulty getting up to the garden bed, which was up some stairs. After he had been weeding a while, my wife went by where he was sitting pulling weeds and asked, "How's it going?" And he looked at her and said, "This is drudgery." Like we'd asked him to do something unusual for a garden maintenance person. By the time the four hours that we had contracted him for were up, he wasn't finished, but he kept on working. He worked really hard, though I was worried for his safety when he was up mowing on the somewhat slanted hillside. Ultimately, I suggested he stop. He tallied up the extra work and I paid him. All-in-all, I wouldn't pay that much for that much for yard service again. My list of things for him to do included trimming some bamboo, weed whacking, and hauling off some fallen tree debris. He didn't come close to doing any of that. So I bought a truck and some better garden tools and did it myself.

Mr. Larson was quick and neat and fair priced and a pleasure to work with.  It was a small job.  We are catching up after an illness and he did a thorough job and thankfully, he was quite willing to help us with our yard.  Thank you!!!!

Larry was very difficult to work with, particularly with women.  His communication skills were less than professional or personal.  He started working with us in Feb. 2014 and last summer our lawn never looked worse.  He chose to mow down to bare earth and then patch with sand and then forget to come back and fertilize.  This spring the lawn was looking much better but I had to ask him to rake or blow out the flower beds as he agreed to in the original contract.  When he did rake he left over half of the back yard untouched.  Last year we fertilized and watered the lawn except when he over seeded the yard.  This year he started fertilizing and adjusting the irrigation system without letting us know and fortunately he was here when we started to fertilize and he then mentioned he had already done that. On one bill he didn't mow but billed us for weeding which consisted of spading weeds in the flower bed in the front yard (didn't make it to the back yard) and leaving the weeds in the flower beds. We have been very understanding and accommodating when he was unable to service our yard due to medical reasons but several time we were not notified that we would not be coming and when we called he said he forgot.  When we asked that he communicate with us if he was going to fertilize or adjust the irrigation system he said he could understand our concern. We asked him to please come back on Friday or Saturday prior to Mother's Day as we were having company and not only wanted the lawn mowed but would also prefer that he get back to the original agreed day of service (Friday) which was in the contract.  When he had not arrived by 6:30 pm on Sat. prior to Mother's Day I called him and asked if he was still planning on coming.  His reply was, "Didn't you get the letter?"  I asked what letter and he him and hawed and said he would not longer be able to provide lawn service for us.  I asked if that was just for us or for all his customers.  His reply was "We don't have a meeting of minds".  It is for the best that we no longer need to deal with Larry's grumpy and uncommunicative attitude which was very upsetting even when we complimented him on on any action like airiatting the yard even though he never discussed this with us, just did it and billed us.

We have been using them for six years. They're suppose to take care of fertilizing things. We've recently cancelled them because we didn't feel like they were doing enough for the amount they're charging us.

My husband was out of town for only 3 days and I wanted to surprise by getting the yard weeded and looking good before he got back. I was overwhelmed because we had let it go too long. Nick came by and had a gentleman weeding my yard in no time! He stayed busy for several hours, worked very hard and stayed within budget. My husband was super happy the quality of work. Thanks guys.

    All Seasons Landscape Maintenance
They worked very efficiently and left the yard and parking areas clean and tidy.  From an additional fee they did an excellent job of
pruning my fruit trees and removed all the trimmings.  The lawns were generally left mowed evenly and neatly edged, however no effort was made to remove weeds from the lawns.

Darrick returned my call promptly, showed up on time, and completed the work in a lot less time than I thought possible. Prices are very reasonable and they did an amazing job. Will definitely be recommending them and will be using them again in the future.
