    New Image Lawn Care
Sergio has come once a week for two years to mow and do edging on the lawn. He does not use substitutes unless he personally is with them. He is very easy to work with, flexible and responsive about schedules, other tasks. Also cut the alley (tall grass and weeds) behind the house. House has lots of gardens with curves, so edging is a project. He is quick, competent, and does a nice job. He also is eager to please.

Terrazas Yard Maintenance & Construction LLC
Gerardo Terrazas came out and gave me an estimate on the work the day after I called and quickly assessed the quarter acre lot and understood exactly what I wanted done. There was an enormous Laurel shrub that had grown out of control to around 25 feet tall and the entire property had pretty large blackberry brambles growing on and through all of the perimeter fencing as well as extensive leaf and debris pick up. Terrazas also hauled everything away and left the entire property looking immaculate. Very honest and hard working crew that I wouldn't think twice about hiring again. Not to mention that they underbid every other company i called by 45-60%. All in all I would recommend them to anyone looking for landscaping or yard clean up services.

    K&B Landscape Maintenance
Company gave us quote, agreed to do job at future date after pressure washing was done. We notified them when that was done. They stated they would be out on a sch. date. They did not show up, did not notify us. After calling, they gave lame excuses, claiming they required 1/2 the money up front. That was never stated before.

    The Recyclers
They did some very hard work for a reasonable price. In cutting down one large stump they did more than I asked them to do. I am very satisfied with the results. Also, they are a pleasure to work with. I would hire them again.

    Executive Landscape Maintenance
Miles was the first landscaper I contacted for the drainage/standing water issues I was having. He was immediately responsive, arriving to discuss options with me and provide and estimate within thirty minutes of my first phone call. He provided a simple solution to my issue, and was able to complete the project within a week. The work was done with care and attention to both function and design, and was very reasonably priced. I will very likely hire Executive Landscape again and would not hesitate to recommend.

    ProGrass Landscape Care & Design
My first year and a half with Prograss went really well. The last year and a half though have been unsatisfactory to say the least. Here's an example of an exchange with the worker: Day 1: Me: "A., please cut down the tall grasses for the winter" A: "I don't have my clippers with me - I promise to do it next week" Day 7: nothing gets done Day 15: A. calls me, doesn't have clippers, can he borrow mine, I say "yes, sure"; A. cuts down grasses in front yard only Day 22: "A, please cut down the tall grasses in the side yard". Responds "Yes, will do!" Nothing gets done. Day 29: "A, please cut down the tall grasses in the side yard". Cuts two and leaves three Day 36: "S, please cut down the tall grasses in the side yard." Cuts down final three. As another example, I emailed the manager DP with a list of a few things I wanted done on the final service day of the season (as I cancel over the winter). This included edging - but it didn't get done because A. didn't bring the edger with him. Now I'll have a sloppy edge for the next four months. In addition to the unresponsiveness, their manager DP refuses to return emails (even though it's clear that he gets them since some work requests do get done) and he's curt on the phone, as if I'm bothering him. The guys forgot to mow and edge my lawn one week during the summer when it was growing fast. DP and the worker never acknowledged this or apologized to me. I emailed DP three times to inform him and to secure a refund - no response. I called the office and after they followed up with DP they gave me the refund. I complained to the supervisor Lonnie about DP's lack of response to this concern and others. He got very silent and then he said, "Oookaaay" very softly - and didn't say another word - no acknowledgement, no "I'm sorry to hear this - I'll check into it", nothing. Finally the silence got awkward and I said goodbye. It would be one thing if I had called to complain every week and they were tired of me - but this was the first time. I will say that the manager DP has come out quickly when I had a question or concern about the yard. However, when it comes to diagnosing plant issues, the time usually was wasted. "DP, I'm worried about this lovely Japanese Maple - all these small branches have died." DP: "It could be disease ....". Me: "Could it be overwatering?" DP: "Yes, it could be overwatering." Me: "Could it be underwatering?" DP: "Yes, it could be underwatering. Cut off the dead branches and give it another year and then see about it." I brought a neighbor along with me when I signed up. He also is not planning to continue.

    All Seasons Landscape Maintenance
Call All Seasons on Friday 10/2/2018 to request an estimate to excavate of a 20 X 18 (approx 12 deep) area of my yard which also included a tree stump. Darrick came by the same day, provides a quote of $400, which I accepted and his crew to complete the work the following day. We had hope to use a small excavator to complete the job, but it was 1-2 inches too wide to fit through my stationary arbor, so his crew of 6 jumped in and complete the job by hand, including the stump/root removal. They completed the job in 2 hrs and Darrick did not charge me a dollar more than quoted. He and his crew were incredibly hardworking and courteous and I couldnt have asked for better service. Darrick provided me with other great ideas for upcoming yard projects and I will definitely be contacting All Seasons in the future.
