ATriple T Pest ControlTim was AWESOME!!! AAA+ Best pleasant business person to work with! He was quite busy this time of season with the mice infestation. He called us back the same day in the evening. Such excellent service even after hours! He then told us what to do to prepare us for his appointment which was booked out 2-weeks because he was so busy. He then called a day ahead to confirm the appointment. He showed up on time and went through with his services very thoroughly. Would definitely use him again in the future with our home and all our rentals. Very highly recommended to all who wants extermination or inspection services.- Loretta B.

AMcBride's Inspection Services, Inc.Anxiously I Called McBride construction after I was referred to them by another pest control Company. I left a message and they responded to my call quickly. Venus was so polite over the phone and I followed up with an email with pictures of the pests And she and Kyle corresponded with me that same day, identifying the past and what the probable remedy would be. They recommended an exterminator and were very flexible and understanding when I canceled the inspection. Next year when I schedule an inspection to be done, McBride will be at the top of my list. AKustom Home InspectionIt was all I could hope for. He will explain everything to you, and if you have questions, he will gladly go into more detail. He checked everything from the attic crawl space to the lock sets on the doors. And his report was extremely thorough and easy to navigate. It came via email complete with pictures. He was a little pricier than I've seen, but he has an Angie's List discount, and the money was worth it for the piece of mind.- Sarah S.

AMcBride's Inspection Services, Inc.Kyle found major flaws in the house-enough to cancel the purchase contract. He did not go further than the outside inspection and charged accordingly, saving us about $300 off the price of a whole house inspection. He suggested that he stop halfway through to save us the money since were not going through with the purchase based on his findings.- christine m.

AMcBride's Inspection Services, Inc.Kyle inspected the whole property and house that we were considering buying, including a very tight crawl space. Our last few inspectors just looked in the attic and crawlspace from the opening. Kyle actually went under the whole house and in the attic and thoroughly inspected them for us. I also walked around with him and asked questions, which was great. He also charges about the same as the other inspectors, so we felt we got more for our money. The report was excellent and highlighted good and bad things about the house. We would use him again for sure.- Scott H.

AThe entire project went perfectly. River Roofing's was the lowest of several bids we sought, and they honored it exactly, even though a few boards needed to be replaced. Our new roof looks spectacular, the quality of the installation was without flaw. The cleanup was immaculate as well. . In addition, River Roofing's selection was easily better then their competitors. Our roof was even installed a few weeks earlier than initially scheduled, which is what we wanted. Special thanks goes to our sales rep, Allan Ranch. Allan has been working in the roofing business for over forty years. He knows all about roofs and communicates his knowledge well. Allan was patient with my wife and me, and he answered all of our questions well. He was never pushy, and we always felt at ease in his presence. We score Allan an eleven out of a possible ten!

ACraig was very detailed. He checked everything in the house making sure the house is sounded. He even checked the age of the water heater, and making sure all appliances are in working condition. Very reliable and fairly priced. He inspected the sewer line and located exactly where the issue is, so it is possible for us to find it and fix it. Highly recommended. Very dependable.

AI'd give them an A+ if it were available. The specialists that worked on our system were prompt, respectful of our property, very skilled and wore masks as appropriate. They came out multiple times (over three months) to get the Radon level even lower than the contract required. Our initial Radon reports were around 3 pCu/L and the eventual test of the mitigation system was 0.8 pCu/L. We were very impressed with their professionalism and would suggest them to anyone without any reservations.
