My experience was disappointing. The idiot Willamette Vet told me that the cat had acne. The cost was on the expensive side. I don't remember exactly what it was. It was a sick cat call, and I would not rate them very highly. I had gotten lucky the cat was able to see the regular Vet. You don't wait very long at all. I would less likely use them. We took our cat to Willamette Veterinary hospital for an eye infection. They were prompt, professional, and very kind to our cat. There service was outstanding! Instructions for medication and so forth were very clear and they demonstrated how to give our cat her two medications. We spent a week trying to save an aged cat with kidney failure. I went in daily for pill administration and sub Q's .. all of the nurses, vet techs, and frontline line receptionists were extremely caring and thoughtful. Ultimately, we had to euthanize our beloved pet. Dr. Goldthorpe is the person we choose to help our pets, and she is the most compassionate, patient veterinarian medical profession...
