    DRAIN AWAY ROOTER
They arrived early, called first. Got the work done promptly and without any issues. Did try to upsell on additional services but what company doesn't do that these days. Simple No Thanks and that's that. Very friendly, and did a good job. Cleaned up after.

Oregon Fire & Water Cleanup & Restoration
We are very pleased with the quality of work on our home by Oregon Fire & Water Cleanup & Restoration. A section of siding was degrading where the lower edge met the roof. Flashing had not been installed and the lower edge was too close to the shingles. Also, we discovered the kitchen faucet and garbage disposal had been slowly leaking and degraded the wood under the sink over time. Daniel Of Oregon F&W C&R responded within a half hour by phone and inspected the damage the next day, as we did not have an emergency situation. He made us feel like a priority and he worked efficiently to fix our sink, siding and several compromised shingles. He also left the work areas very clean when he was done for the day. I would definitely hire this company for future projects and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

    Pacific Northwest Cabinetry & Remodeling
Peter provided us with a calendar that showed the daily work to be done and they either stuck to that or moved it up on the calendar when the opportunity presented itself. At the end of each day Peter emailed what had been accomplished that day with photos included. In dealing with the granite wholesalers and fabricators, etc. every single one said Peter and his company and crew and the subcontractors he was aligned with were one of the best if not the absolute best in their fields. Customer Service was exceptional on a daily basis and every single representative was terrific to work with. Absolutely the best of the best. They finished the job by having all the windows washed in the entire house inside and out. Wow what a thrill that was! We love it!

    M P Plumbing Co
We were remodeling the master bath. New toilet, shower, vanity and sink - everything was removed including some of the sub floor. We scheduled the first appointment and Ryan showed up on time. Ryan came in and removed the toilet - no problem there Had him also remove the sink and replumb the the old CPVC pipes with PEX since the old ones were 20+ years old. Instead of cutting the pipes to the sink, he cut into the insulation under the house and cut both the lines to the washing machine which was about 10' away in another room. He then left to get new parts to replace the CPVC that he cut out with new PEX since supposedly he didn't have PEX in his van. Seems like a pretty common thing to carry in your van. We are about 5 miles from their office. He was gone for about an hour. Replaced the lines he cut but mixed up the hot and cold. We found out a few days later when we ruined several new dresses of my wife that were worth several hundred dollars. Also, I had all the parts they needed but instead he upcharged me for using the exact same parts that I had. Good thing to - because they don't tell you this but they won't warranty anything they do unless it's their parts. He also removed the shower... thankfully no prob there. 2nd visit to install new sink and swap out the tub fixtures. Had to show him how to uninstall the bathtub drain because he couldn't figure it out. Again, showed up, didn't have the parts and this time gone for about 90 minutes. Didn't fix the washer pipes. Complained to his manager and was told Ryan is their best (really??!!) and that we should be happy that we didn't have to pay for his mistakes. Um... sure did. Cost me a lot in ruined clothes. Also asked him to clean up his mess under the house - again didn't clean up - left insulation all over the place. Install the tub drain and only when done says I installed the wrong part and it leaks but I'll order the new one. Installed the sink and it leaked. Never heard back from them. When Ryan left he sat in our driveway for over an hour then sat outside on the street for about another 30 minutes. When I questioned this with them they said several times they would look into it then never responded. Called several times wanting to speak to the manager - every time they act like they don't know who I had spoken with in the past and doesn't seem like they know who their manager is. Tried to bill be for late fees when I kept calling and asking to speak to their manager and they never return a call. When I did speak with them about fixing the stuff Ryan improperly installed was told they wouldn't fix anything that wasn't theirs and argued about how the sink leaking wouldn't be their problem since we didn't buy the sink from them. Finally had a different guy come out from M&P and he actually did a decent job FIXING all the things Ryan broke and installing the shower. Didn't charge me for most of the time he spent fixing the sink, tub, washer lines and cleaning up after Ryan. Bottom line is, they were the only plumbers to return a call and do work, but I would refuse to let Ryan even enter my house again I would be very watchful of them after they say they are done and leaving and record when they actually do leave your property vs what they bill for.

Terry Johnson Landscape and Handyman Services
Terry came to my home to discuss a variety of things, which needed repaired/or replaced. Before I had even hired him, he fixed my patio screen door that was off the track and replaced the missing inside mechanism of a door handle. I gave him the list and we agree on a date for the work. Terry's work ethic is impeccable. He arrived on time for our initial meeting and again the day of the work. Terry has a wide range of experience, is very professional, and willing to offer advice when asked. Terry has agreed to return and install new shower doors, which are on order now. He will also install a t.v. wall mounting bracket, and new cabinets in the master bath. Further his work ethic is to be admired; he arrives on time, moves quickly from completed projects to the next, and cleans up after each job. I am more than happy with Terry's work and look forward have a someone that I can rely on in the future.

They came when they were suppose to. I would recommend them and they did a good job. It was one individual and it took him less than an hour. He did a great job. He saw that we were in the middle of some projects. He actually gave us a bid for changing some of the plumbing set up that we have. That was above and beyond service and we appreciated that.

    On The Level Remodeling Co.
EXCELLENT! From the design concept to the finish - it was an excellent experience. Zandy, Burce, Dion - all the subs - quality work, and the job stayed on schedule and was finished as promised. Very few snags along the way, and when there were any, they were relatively small, and Zandy was on it! We are so very pleased at the outcome. Our kitchen is beautiful! THANK YOU ZANDY!!! I highly recommend On the Level Remodeling Company. Next up: The master bathroom!

I called and spoke with the office staff on November 14th. She said I would get a call from John (?) within 48 hours to schedule an estimate. Hey John, I'm still waiting...... today is the 23rd. No call.

    Oregon Landscape
Tony visited our property several times during the bid process in order to make the best possible recommendations. Once work commenced, his crew was prompt, courteous, professional, and skilled. The work area was always left clean. At the end of each day of work, Tony came by to assess the day's progress and make sure that we were satisfied. The work was done on-time and within budget, and we are very happy with the results. Our drainage issues have been addressed, and the our patio addition adds not only space but a custom-designed look to our backyard space. We would highly recommend Oregon Landscape, and will use them for any future projects in our own yard.

    M P Plumbing Co
Had to leave a message on their website because it was after hours. Wasn't an emergency so I could wait until the next day. Got a call at 8:03am. They were pretty full that day but said they would try to work me in and the worker would call when he was about thirty mins out. Heard from him right after 1pm and he arrived at 1:30pm. Told me he needed to snake the kitchen drain because it's all connected and he thought that was what was plugged even though I told him the kitchen was having no issues. He didn't pay much attention when I tried to tell him where all the drains emptied (it's an old, unusual house) so I let him proceed as he thought best. He ended up having to snake the tub drain in the end, kitchen wasn't the problem. He also had to go onto the roof to do it because of the angle of the drain. I think I paid a little more than I should have since he didn't begin with the tub and I was charged for time he spent packing up one set of equipment for the kitchen and having to retrieve a different set for the bathroom. Plus the time he spent packing up when he left. I think that should have not been on my paid time. He was very professional and friendly and didn't mind my dog wanting to help when he was on the floor in the kitchen. There was a bigger discount offered for your first service call offered on their website ($25.00) than there was on Angie's List ($10.00) . Overall, I was satisfied and would call them again.
