    The Oregon Clinic Neurosurgery - East
    I am extremely exasperated with the Oregon Clinic. I have filed two complaints on their website. My appointment on 02/14/18 was cancelled with two hours notice. I was very upset and contacted my doctor to see if they could get me in with a different Neurosurgeon. My doctor's assistant called to see I could be seen sooner than what I initially heard and told my doctor's assistant they would get me in Thursday or Friday of that same week. This was incorrect. The neurosurgery team scheduled me a week later for today on 02/22/18 at 8:30AM. This was the earliest they could get someone who had waited over two weeks for their appointment who was also cancelled on with two hours notice. Last night they called and cancelled. Again. This time due to snow conditions. The woman I spoke with said they would get me in on Thursday or Friday even telling me she would call me directly this morning. This again was inaccurate. A different person called me this afternoon and said they cannot get me in until next Wednesday (02/28). When I looked at the Oregon Clinic website it said this office opened at 9AM due to inclement weather. They cancelled my 8:30AM appointment when it seems like they could have bumped me into their day somehow especially after cancelling on me last week. I will now be waiting an entire month between waiting initially to get in plus two weeks of cancellations. I am completely irate with this clinic. I voiced my concerns with the person I spoke with today, especially being out of pain medication to get through until Wednesday, and it doesn't even seem like they really cared. This entire ordeal with this office has been completely exhausting and I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in healthcare. It would be appreciated if someone with this group acted like they cared but my hopes are really low moving forward and I highly doubt I will hear from anyone regarding my experiences since no one has even reached out to my complaint submitted a week ago.

    The receptionist are really friendly. They have a spot that you can wait that gives you more privacy. When I making appointment I like the way their phone system works wee you can make an appointment or you can talk to a nurse. You can ask medical question because they have different option when you call in. The front desk staff, nurse and the doctor are excellent.

    I have been going to this office for the past 10 yrs or so and when my Dr. moved to another location( less convenient) I decided to give Dr. Murphy a try. She is a new to the office and I really found her to be approachable and easy to talk to. She seems very bright and up to date on things. I plan on seeing her in the future. this office is very convenient and has been recently remodeled. It has lab and X-ray on site which makes things easy.

    Very impressed. Appointment was scheduled within 3 days. First physician was thorough and an excellent communicator. Followup was referred to another specialist who - if possible - was even better than the first physician.



    Followup with blood work and labs was always done with ease. Easy access to facility, no problems reaching by phone, parking immediately outside the clinic (free). Blood work and lab results were available within hours via internet. Really an amazing and professional group.



    Our relationship with them has continued for six months. We have yet to be disappointed with any aspect of this group.



    Our first contact with them was 9 years ago with their cardiology group. Our second contact was three years ago with oncology. Our latest experience (last March) was with the liver specialists. I cannot say enough good about them as a group of professionals. This is true even for for their scheduling and billing staff.

    They were very nice and very good. The gut that came out was very professional, and friendly, very good in helping my husband in his physical therapy and explained it to him what he needed to do when he wasn't here and everything. I was very pleased with him.
    I also had a surgery yesterday and I have to go back to have a surgery on my other hand and I was very pleased with him. The doctor came in and I was surprised because he was so nice, made sure I was comfortable and if I wasn't comfortable that he would stop the surgery. The plastic surgeon that I had was very nice. I was very pleased with him. The staff is profession, everybody was extremely nice, knowledgeable and willing to help me in everything and the rooms are very clean and well-kept. I used tehm before so, I'm going to use them gain. It took a while for me to see him because he had a lot of patients but got me as soon as he could. The office environment was very friendly and very relaxed. They talk to you and listens to you if you have questions and explains things with you. I was never disappointed with them.

    I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable experience, but I think following all the instructions and asking when I wasn't sure kept me from scaring or tearing my incision. I also had a very good idea about what I wanted and what the outcome would be. I had minimal pain and could have worked after a weekend of rest but it certainly helped to lose 30 pounds before the procedure - gave them plenty of room to fill up!

    I really, really love them. I have had nothing but wonderful care. My husband has a very serious physical condition with complications from diabetes. We are in the hospital every month and the health care is just superior. We also use them for our pharmacy needs. They have always been easily accessible for us. The punctuality depends on what you are dealing with. Most doctor appointments are right on time but if you are dealing with the hospital I give it a B.

    I like her and I've been seeing her for a number of years. I like her availability and I've never had any problems getting in to see her. I like the setup. She talks with me and spends time with me. Then I get a written report when I leave. She enters things in the computer and then prints me out a written report of what has happened during the visit with her. I get good information from her and then it goes on the computer so when I get home and need to know what happened two years ago, I can get on the computer and go to my site and my doctor and see what happened, which I like. She has referred me for other things when I've needed it. I don't really like going to the doctor but she is really good and I can communicate with her. She has nothing to do with the billing. I will continue to see her until she retires.

    I like the care that I receive from Kaiser. I like that everything is in one building, and you don't have to run all over the place. I am dealing with leukemia, so I am dealing with them quite a bit. I am really happy with them.
