    Pacific Northwest Cabinetry & Remodeling
Peter provided us with a calendar that showed the daily work to be done and they either stuck to that or moved it up on the calendar when the opportunity presented itself. At the end of each day Peter emailed what had been accomplished that day with photos included. In dealing with the granite wholesalers and fabricators, etc. every single one said Peter and his company and crew and the subcontractors he was aligned with were one of the best if not the absolute best in their fields. Customer Service was exceptional on a daily basis and every single representative was terrific to work with. Absolutely the best of the best. They finished the job by having all the windows washed in the entire house inside and out. Wow what a thrill that was! We love it!

    CLACKAMAS ELECTRIC INC
James arrived with his apprentice Jacob (I think that was his name). Both were very nice and professional. Found the problem right away and offered to look at any other electrical problems. Had not planned on it, but they also fixed a broken outdoor flood light for me, even allowing me to make a quick trip to the store to buy a new fixture. Felt very comfortable leaving them alone at my house. They even watched my dog!! Appreciate the information about the problem and other insights offered. Very friendly and would call them again for service anytime!!

    Square 1 Electric
Great job, very fair price and we are super happy with the work. A great company, with great service and people - so hard to find and very much appreciated. We will recommend to anyone needing residential electric services and hire them again for our work in a heartbeat.

    Kitchen Man
HIRE THE KITCHEN MAN! Fair, honest, trustworthy, skilled craftsmanship. Ron was absolutely wonderful to work with on this job. He is a skilled professional and a perfectionist but without an attitude. Changes on my part were discussed and managed without problem. Did the job he was hired for and many other miscellaneous remodeling tasks that came up. He was there to meet with sub contractors and installers making sure all work done was up to my and his standards. Communication was top notch and he didn't mind a myriad of questions. Rave reviews from all who have seen his work. I would hire him again without getting other bids or estimates.

    Oregon Outdoor Lighting Inc
The installation was performed on time and exceeded our expectations. We later requested an adjustment on the direction of one particular light fixture, and that took the company three weeks to correct, giving them a 'B' grade for responsiveness.

    On The Level Remodeling Co.
EXCELLENT! From the design concept to the finish - it was an excellent experience. Zandy, Burce, Dion - all the subs - quality work, and the job stayed on schedule and was finished as promised. Very few snags along the way, and when there were any, they were relatively small, and Zandy was on it! We are so very pleased at the outcome. Our kitchen is beautiful! THANK YOU ZANDY!!! I highly recommend On the Level Remodeling Company. Next up: The master bathroom!

    Tiny's Home Repair
Kevin is great to work with. One of the characteristics i respect and appreciate the most is his honesty--I have numerous small and large projects and Kevin has only accepted those he knows he is able to perform/ complete with high quality and efficient time/cost. No guessing games. he provides a bid per project- completes the project- charges only what he quoted regardless of difficulties encountered during the process. He is professional, friendly, easy to work with and very trustworthy. He arrives when scheduled- or calls promptly if the schedule cannot be met. He is creative and able to solve difficult - non-standard defects. Example: The kitchen island hood is very large- very heavy. Working on his own- he was able to troubleshoot lifting it and attaching/ securing it on his own. I was very impressed with his ability to troubleshoot and resolve. I am definitely contracting with Kevin again-

    Square 1 Electric
We moved into our home about a month ago, and the previous owners had programmed the front porch lights to go on at 4:30pm. We had never seen the particular switch used, and didn't know how to program it. In addition, our home inspectors had overlooked a non-functioning GFCI outlet in our dining room that caused four additional electric outlets to be nonfunctional. We also had a patio light that did not work, even with a new lightbulb. So, I called another Super Service provider, Mike'e Electric, and learned we lived outside of their service area. They referred us to Square 1. I called Square 1 on a Thursday, hoping to set up an appointment the following week. Turns out they were booked solid two weeks out, but I went ahead and booked an appointment then. A week later, the company calls me and tells me they have a cancellation and the technician can come over immediately. I was at work, didn't know if my wife would be home, so I asked to call them back. The receptionist sounded put off by that request, but told me to call back quickly. Once I knew my wife would be home, I called them back and they arrived within 30 minutes.
Wayne was very professional, identified the nonfunctioning GFCI outlet, then told my wife he didn't have any replacements with him. Rather than go two blocks up the road to an Ace Hardware in our neighborhood, he drove 5 miles each way to Lowe's Home Improvement Store, charging us for every minute he was gone. He returned about 30 minutes later, replaced the GFCI outlet, checked the associated outlets to make sure they were working, and opened up the patio light to identify a loose wire within which he quickly tightened. Finally, he showed my wife how to open the front porch switch and reprogram it. He did a very professional job, but I strongly disagree with the company policy to charge us for 30 minutes of looking for a new outlet he should have brought with him in the first place. When I called the company to complain, they told me that was company policy and they were not going to change. We ended up being charged $22 for materials and $210 for labor.

    Volt Electric
I called and when he came out, he said it was the most difficult one he had ever seen.  It finally came out for him, and he put the new bulb in.  He also answered some other electrical questions I had, which I appreciated.  I'm so glad to have that light back in service, as I love to sit here and do my work as I look out the french doors to the outside!
