    Pacific Northwest Cabinetry & Remodeling
Peter provided us with a calendar that showed the daily work to be done and they either stuck to that or moved it up on the calendar when the opportunity presented itself. At the end of each day Peter emailed what had been accomplished that day with photos included. In dealing with the granite wholesalers and fabricators, etc. every single one said Peter and his company and crew and the subcontractors he was aligned with were one of the best if not the absolute best in their fields. Customer Service was exceptional on a daily basis and every single representative was terrific to work with. Absolutely the best of the best. They finished the job by having all the windows washed in the entire house inside and out. Wow what a thrill that was! We love it!

It was amazing! Ron is the most hardworking and HONEST remodeling guy we have ever had. Very personable, good prices, excellent work. He has great communication every step of the way. He let me ask a ton of questions. He was flexible when we needed him to be. He is reliable and cleans up everything. He was extra patient with my four kids when they would be napping or when they were curious and wanted to get in the way, he even let my pre-schooler "help" a bit. So kind. Much better work and better price than the big box stores and Sears that I have used for previous projects. My friends use him as their go-to guy now, and I would definitely choose him when we are ready for a new project. He was very good at keeping the construction mess and dust out of the rest of the house when working on a specific room. You can trust him. He is the BEST. I am completely happy with all the work his has done on our house. He did full remodel of our bathroom- tub, tile, flooring etc. He did our kitchen cabinets, hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, tile, lighting, sink and built a pantry. He converted our garage to a playroom for our kids and really went the extra mile to make it great! For the addition, he handled the architect plans, the permits and all the headache of extending our house, getting it to match and blend in with the roof and siding etc. He found out how far into the yard we could build and just made it super easy on us. The photo is the addition, Ron did the fireplace, hearth, built-ins and well...everything since this is a brand new part of my house now. It's seamless where the addition begins. Ceilings, windows everything is perfect.

    M P Plumbing Co
We were remodeling the master bath. New toilet, shower, vanity and sink - everything was removed including some of the sub floor. We scheduled the first appointment and Ryan showed up on time. Ryan came in and removed the toilet - no problem there Had him also remove the sink and replumb the the old CPVC pipes with PEX since the old ones were 20+ years old. Instead of cutting the pipes to the sink, he cut into the insulation under the house and cut both the lines to the washing machine which was about 10' away in another room. He then left to get new parts to replace the CPVC that he cut out with new PEX since supposedly he didn't have PEX in his van. Seems like a pretty common thing to carry in your van. We are about 5 miles from their office. He was gone for about an hour. Replaced the lines he cut but mixed up the hot and cold. We found out a few days later when we ruined several new dresses of my wife that were worth several hundred dollars. Also, I had all the parts they needed but instead he upcharged me for using the exact same parts that I had. Good thing to - because they don't tell you this but they won't warranty anything they do unless it's their parts. He also removed the shower... thankfully no prob there. 2nd visit to install new sink and swap out the tub fixtures. Had to show him how to uninstall the bathtub drain because he couldn't figure it out. Again, showed up, didn't have the parts and this time gone for about 90 minutes. Didn't fix the washer pipes. Complained to his manager and was told Ryan is their best (really??!!) and that we should be happy that we didn't have to pay for his mistakes. Um... sure did. Cost me a lot in ruined clothes. Also asked him to clean up his mess under the house - again didn't clean up - left insulation all over the place. Install the tub drain and only when done says I installed the wrong part and it leaks but I'll order the new one. Installed the sink and it leaked. Never heard back from them. When Ryan left he sat in our driveway for over an hour then sat outside on the street for about another 30 minutes. When I questioned this with them they said several times they would look into it then never responded. Called several times wanting to speak to the manager - every time they act like they don't know who I had spoken with in the past and doesn't seem like they know who their manager is. Tried to bill be for late fees when I kept calling and asking to speak to their manager and they never return a call. When I did speak with them about fixing the stuff Ryan improperly installed was told they wouldn't fix anything that wasn't theirs and argued about how the sink leaking wouldn't be their problem since we didn't buy the sink from them. Finally had a different guy come out from M&P and he actually did a decent job FIXING all the things Ryan broke and installing the shower. Didn't charge me for most of the time he spent fixing the sink, tub, washer lines and cleaning up after Ryan. Bottom line is, they were the only plumbers to return a call and do work, but I would refuse to let Ryan even enter my house again I would be very watchful of them after they say they are done and leaving and record when they actually do leave your property vs what they bill for.

    K-Designers
The two salesmen that came to my house were four hours early. They sat down with me. I explained my mother had recently had a stroke and we needed a walk in shower instead of a tub. They asked my budget and I said I would like to stay under $6,000 but could go as high as $8,000. They asked about household income and our information including social security numbers. Then one guy stepped outside while the other guy took measurements. They both came back and I find out they have already run both my moms and my credit and have gotten approval for $15,000! This is without telling me how much their bid was. Then the guy who had done the measurements says he can do the job for (can you believe it?) A little over $14,000. Wow! Isn't it miraculous how we were approved for just enough to cover the job? I sent my son out to ask our local handyman his opinion, and soon stepped out to ask him myself. He indicated how horribly overpriced it was. I went back in, asked if I could take some time to think it over. I was told that if I didn't sign paperwork then, the offer would be off the table. I realized finally that everything they had done, from showing up four hours early to how they ran our credit prior to giving a quote, was a scam. They use bully tactics to try and intimidate you into hiring them. I would recommend avoiding this company. I almost forgot. When I got home a few days ago, there was a representative of their company waiting. He came by to find out why I did not hire them. I let him know about the overly high bid. Also, I have spent too much time and money paying to fax in a POA so I can close the accounts they opened in my moms name.

    Let's Remodel
We are very happy with our new kitchen, bathroom and floors. Pavel and his crew were very professional and provided quality work. We like that it is a one stop shop - we only have to deal with Pavel throughout the whole process and this makes everything runs smoother.. Pavel is very easy to reach and responds promptly to our questions and concerns. Just like any remodel, it was spendy but well worth it.

    Kitchen Man
HIRE THE KITCHEN MAN! Fair, honest, trustworthy, skilled craftsmanship. Ron was absolutely wonderful to work with on this job. He is a skilled professional and a perfectionist but without an attitude. Changes on my part were discussed and managed without problem. Did the job he was hired for and many other miscellaneous remodeling tasks that came up. He was there to meet with sub contractors and installers making sure all work done was up to my and his standards. Communication was top notch and he didn't mind a myriad of questions. Rave reviews from all who have seen his work. I would hire him again without getting other bids or estimates.

    Miller Home Renovations
Extremely well. The crew arrived exactly on time, made the installation with the exception of placement of a new ceiling light fixture and fan. This required a second trip the following week by their electrician. All work was done professionally and is a great addition to our home.

    On The Level Remodeling Co.
EXCELLENT! From the design concept to the finish - it was an excellent experience. Zandy, Burce, Dion - all the subs - quality work, and the job stayed on schedule and was finished as promised. Very few snags along the way, and when there were any, they were relatively small, and Zandy was on it! We are so very pleased at the outcome. Our kitchen is beautiful! THANK YOU ZANDY!!! I highly recommend On the Level Remodeling Company. Next up: The master bathroom!

    On The Level Remodeling Co.
Beginning with the original bid I knew I had chosen the right contractor.  Having been through previous remodel projects, I could tell this was going to be different-for the better.  Zandy is VERY complete and thorough.  From his detailed schedule to the complete detailing of the original estimate I had a clear idea of timeline and cost.  Zandy's subs are the amazing!  Matt, who he had perform the demo work  took extra care to really prep the surrounding areas so they would not suffer any damage.  Every day when arrived home from work I could tell that they had taken the time to clean up (as much as they could) before leaving, this is something that really reflects their professionalism.  The former fiberglass tub/shower combo was replaced with a beautiful enlarged tile shower complete with pebbled rock floor, LED lighting, and frameless glass shower doors.  Zandy's Tile sub has an amazing talent!  The custom vanity allowed me to get just the correct sizing and the Quartz countertop is beautiful.  Upgrading the old vinyl flooring to wood plank tiles made a huge impact. I can't think of one thing that didn't go according to schedule/plan, which is actually kind of incredible!  Zandy and the Subs he has chosen to work for him are an amazing group of individuals.  Everything was on time and on budget!  I will definitely use "On the Level Remodeling" for any future projects.
