    Pacific Northwest Cabinetry & Remodeling
    Peter provided us with a calendar that showed the daily work to be done and they either stuck to that or moved it up on the calendar when the opportunity presented itself. At the end of each day Peter emailed what had been accomplished that day with photos included. In dealing with the granite wholesalers and fabricators, etc. every single one said Peter and his company and crew and the subcontractors he was aligned with were one of the best if not the absolute best in their fields. Customer Service was exceptional on a daily basis and every single representative was terrific to work with. Absolutely the best of the best. They finished the job by having all the windows washed in the entire house inside and out. Wow what a thrill that was! We love it!

    Hamilton's Appliance
    Their Service Dept. crew performed very well when they installed these appliances. also the Salesman who made the deal with me. I rated B but not for these laundry purchased but for the other appliance that I supposed to be purchased from them. I need a new replacement dishwasher. Unfortunately the transaction did not push through. The floor salesman did not perform the way I expected so I did not buy their appliance. When the Gen. Mgr. learned what happened, he apologized and he said they will try their best next time.

    All Service Moving
    Rodney, Daniel, and Jordan were incredible. They communicated well ("move that corner toward me") and frequently to be sure the piano and its surroundings were not damaged in any way. They kept safety as a priority. They were trained in how to do this, so they had all the tools necessary to remove the pedestal and legs, cushion and wrap the piano itself, and monitor the progress all the way. They even helped me position the piano in my living room after reassembling it. They were worth every penny and gave me peace of mind. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat!

    In-Home Furniture Repair and Refinishing by Ryan Poulton

    I called Ryan about the top of our distressed wood kitchen table.  While the wood itself was in good shape, the finish had developed an uneven, dirty appearance.   

    He was great over the phone, and we agreed that he would pick up the table.  He gave me a good idea of what he would be doing, and the results I could expect, before taking it away.  Though I must admit, I was a bit nervous seeing my table leave in the back of his small pickup truck. 

    I picked up our table top a few days later.  He did not have to do a complete refinish, but polished out blemishes and lacquered the top.  He told me to expect about 90% from that process, and I'd say that's about right.  I'm pleased.  The finish on our table top looks clean and feels smooth again.

    Ryan gave me a good education about the process and options.  And how the table had attracted air born grease which had built up over the years, contributing to it's condition.  He did a nice job on my table top, for a quite reasonable fee.  I would use him again.

    Parklane Mattresses
    I hate shopping and buying a mattress. Lets face it every weekend someone has a half off or miss matched color sale. I did not even want to play that game. I want a quality matress at a fair price and no must buy it this weekend garbage.
    We looked one weekend and went back and bought a new bed at Ethan Allen then walked over and bought the matress. There was never any pressure at Parklane.
    They delivered it on time and we had no matress to pick up so ti was short and sweet. We are happy with the purchase and have laid on it but the frame is still a month away.
    A mattress is a personal thing but they ahve a good selection and they are made here. We liked a pocket coil unit on a box frame but with a foam top but not so deep you sink into it and warm up.

    REIGELMANN'S APPLIANCES
    He had a very good price plus help me with some questions. In one case he steered me away from the next model up in a line.
    It does the same job it is just a bit quieter and you really do not need it.
    In another case he gave me some advice on another brand I was considering from another store.
    I like that they service everything that they sell and with the buying group they belong to I was honestly surprised with the overall cost. They are also storing it for a month for me until I am closer to actually needing them. The costs were good and there was a rebate so I bought them a bit early.
    Mike is prompt via phone calls or emails whatever you like.
    There is another appliance store much closer to where we live and larger at that but while it was not terrible it was more selling than explaining.

    While I have not made my purchases yet, Hamilton's Appliance has exceeded my expectations during every visit and phone call. Originally recommended by a family member, I have yet to be disappointed by their outstanding customer service, attention to detail, product knowledge, and professionalism. Thus far, they have demonstrated an impressive committment to helping me make an informed choice about my appliances, with my budget and lifestyle needs in mind.

    While they may not carry certain brands I am interested in for select appliances, they carry an impressive array of lines to appeal to both the budget-conscious and luxury buyers. And that my visits to their store have all been free of high-pressure sales tactics means that my shopping experience has been one the most enjoyable surrounding this extensive remodel.

    I cannot recommend them highly enough.

         Anita has been my design specialist for almost 8 years. She has turned my once "blah" 4 bedroom house into a beautiful place to come home to. She has color coordinated each room and learned fast what colors, shapes and designs best suits me and matches my style. She will be honest when she feels something just doesn't fit in or will not look good in a certain room. We have collaborated together on shopping trips, where she is astute to pick up on what I  like. She has coordinated furniture coverings, pillow designs, window treatments and wall colors. Anita also sews many items herself, which has saved  me money in the long run. She is very good at offering lower cost options if my budget falls short on a project. I have enjoyed working with Anita, and will utilize her design skill on upcoming, future projects. We are currently working on an office update that is turning out fabulous with new wall color,  window treatments and gorgeous fabrics! It will be my tropical paradise!

    Sears - Service Center
    They would come to work on the washer if they couldn't’t fix it within 3 weeks they ‘d replace it. It needed 2 parts, 1 part came, and the other part never came. It came upon 3 wks. I called and requested a new washer per the terms of the warranty. They said they wouldn't’t do it they wanted to wait for the other part to come in. It came on 4 weeks, they wanted to wait. Came to 5 weeks, they still wanted to wait and they never sent me the warranty I purchased. I did receive the bill that showed I had paid for it. It was coming up on 6 weeks and they still wanted to wait on the part. I was transferred to district office. They said they would provide us $25 a week to take care of my laundry. I never did get the $25 or the warranty. I called and spoke with the district office again. I said I’d appreciate Sears just honoring their warranty. She said that my warranty did not cover back orders on parts. I went to sears because a gentleman told me on sale for $279. I found out they aren’t making this machine anymore which is why my part was on back order. They’re waiting for me to pay $215 and then tell me they can’t do it. If I wasn’t satisfied I was told I could cancel the warranty at any time. I did call to cancel my warranty. I obviously will not be buying another appliance from Sears. They did have another front loader at $641.24. They got to where they wouldn't’t talk to me; they started hanging up on me. Added 7/20/11: They called me back and said that she wanted to work with me. She was getting an order to come out and install a washing machine. She called me back this morning and said they can't help me because I canceled the warranty according to her associates. I explained I canceled the warranty because I was told it would not cover the parts, so I saw no need to keep it. I would be happy to purchase a warranty again. I just feel I'm getting the runaround from them.

    My company moved me to Oregon from the east coast. Several items were scratched up and the buffet, arm chair, and table leaf had very deep grooves. The contractor sent to evaluate needed repairs used Aladdin Finishers. They came in, carefully removed the items and took them to their shop. Items were returned a week later in perfect condition. They matched perfectly with the other items in their respective sets.
