    He said that he would address the problem incrementally. He cleaned our vents, and dryer. Checked the airflow, and air temperature. He was able to get the temperature to increase. He cleaned the moisture sensors and looked at connections within the dryer. He stated that if that did not work to call him again and he would come out and do the other things on his list that could be more costly (replacing parts). We called him again and he came out and checked out other options, and corrected some settings that were not available to us. It now works. He did not charge for the second followup visit, and there were no surprises since he let us know exactly what he was going to do originally. 
    He was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, had very reasonable rates, gave us an assessment that let us know what he was going to do and expect. Over all a very good experience. We have used him before and will definitely use him again.
    Note that our price reflected an Angie's list discount.
    And...no I'm not his brother or related, this is truly a positive post!

    He called a day ahead of the appt for specifics about the washer so he could bring the correct parts needed to repair it. He arrived promptly, immediately investigated the problem, checked and reset the computer, tested systems, and cleaned all mechanical areas. We were VERY impressed by his professionalism and thoroughness.  He showed us how to reset the washer's computer if it happened again (the error message referred to a part that was actually working correctly), got the machine back to working order, then guaranteed his work for 30 days. Turns out that the repair tech was the owner of the company. We've decided that Appliance Guys are our appliance repair company. (I asked. The fix everything!)

    HATTAN'S APPLIANCE SERVICE
    The service tech came out 3 times; once to diagnose the problem and twice with the incorrect parts. When he left the 3rd time he said he was going to order the proper part again. When I did not hear back from him after a week I called and heard a prerecorded message saying they were closed for business temporarily.

    Reliable Appliance Repair
    Rick was prompt and very professional.  He was very persistent in finding the source of the leak and checked all the working parts of the water system.  Very happy with the results and cost. The part came to our home and I scheduled the install.  Ryan came to do the install in a timely manner and was also very professional and friendly.  He checked for function of the new part and we are very happy to have our water and ice machine back!  Also he installed a new water line hose to replace the 13 yr. old one at no cost!

    I used one of Angie's List Specials - for annual maintenance on our Front Load Kenmore Washer & Dryer.
    From the initial appointment set up to the job performance.  I have to give an A+++++.
    They are a great company.  Very Courteous as well as professional. Jared was the technician.  Very good at his job.  He explained everything he did as he went along.  He changed the washer hoses, adjusted and zip tied off the drain line as he found it had been pushed too far into the wall and was pinched.  Ran Affresh, checked water temps and shocks.  Vacuumed out dryer, checked idler, belt, rollers, felts and airflow.  Fortunately everything checked out fine.

    Wally diagnosed and confirmed my suspicion that the refrigerant gas was low. He explained the shortfalls of just refilling the refrigerant but said it could buy us some time. He was patient and took time to explain the problem as well as possible solutions. He didn't try to sell any short term fixes and wasn't pushy with advice. Later he responded to multiple calls and was helpful giving advice to help us buy a replacement refrigerator. It felt like he cared about our predicament and that's a big deal to us! Would call him again.

    They were great and they were really efficient on the phone asking the right questions to determine what the problem might be with my stove. They told me what they needed from me right upfront as far as getting the model number and all of the information for them. They came right out and I didn't have to wait and they came the next day. While the guys were at my house they were telling me what they were doing and showing me the part they took out of my oven and what they were going to replace it with. Getting me lots of information and they were very polite, they were on time, and they were great. I would totally recommend them to anyone. They were really good to work with.

    Called at 8:30 am regarding a leaking dishwasher. Was given a time of 1:30 pm for a technician - tech arrived at 1:17pm. Doug was very professional and courteous. I watched him open up the bottom access to the dishwasher, he checked for loose connections, ran a partial cycle. My husband had tightened the door frame to the dishwasher a few days earlier (dishwasher had stopped mid-cycle). Doug and I came to the conclusion that my husband had fixed the leak, that the water reside found was prior to husband tightening the door frame. Whew....I'm happy and relieved!
