    Very disappointing experience. What is most bothersome was how we were manipulated by the sales agent. He told us the camper was is such huge demand, they only had one camper available from the manufacturer to be delivered in a week's time. After that, it would be a 9 week wait because of the way the manufacturer allocated their product. So we bought the camper to waylay the wait time. Then, just before it was to be delivered, the date was moved up This happened three different times. The item was not delivered until 8 weeks after we ordered it. AND. contrary to what we were told, there was a shipment of several of these trailers that arrived at the same time as ours. AND we had to keep calling the agent to find out the status of the camper, because he did not keep us updated. AND there was confusion over the color. We told five different people we ordered blue, when we went to pick up the camper they had a black and silver one ready for us. AND the person who was assigned to go over the trailer with us did not know the trailer as he was given a five minute lecture about it before he was to show us. Why do we know this, because he shared that information. I felt sorry that young man who kept apologizing as he tried to show us what to do. The service department and the lady who did our final paperwork were competent, and courteous. It is too bad that the salesman, proved to me once again how odious it is to deal with a sales staff who will manipulate to land a sale.Unfortunately, we had put down a sizeable deposit, or I would have walked away from the sale. The only way I will ever set foot in Big Country RV again is if absolutely required for warranty work.

    Terrible service. No follow through. They did not try to help with anything other than basically booking the cruise which we could have easily done on line. We asked for information on transportation within Europe but they failed to provide any so we wound up booking our own flights. The cruise company asked the travel agent a question about what hotel we were staying at. We had booked this hotel ourselves (again because the agent did not provide any information or support) but instead of finding out from us what the hotel was and replying to the cruise line the travel agent just forwarded the message and expected us to answer.

    All in all this travel agency did not do anything that we couldn't easily have done ourselves.

    Poor to no service.

    Ark Mobile RV Repair Service LLC
    They did not know how to fix it. After a few weeks they came to fix the motherboard which they thought was the issue. This did not seem to fix the issue as he had to come back out a few weeks later to replace the motherboard again. We felt that they didn't really look into what was going wrong, and our water heater is still not fixed. Customer service was pretty terrible, they were not very polite.

    Enviro Shuttle
    This company started out as a shuttle service from the airport and they've expanded out to be a taxi service. They drive different colored Prius' and is a fun concept that has been extremely successful. They're always on time. I usually have Bill Caldidonna wife, Melinda, driving me and picking me up. They have three or four other drivers who have also driven me and are currently expanding. Melinda is a real good people person. I'm a print maker and my prints are very large so she helps me put my prints in the back of her car. Melinda'll drive me to wherever I'm needing to go. I will be having my hair done and Melinda will drop off my mail at the post office and buy me groceries during my appointment. I think they are a unique and special service.

    I asked the technician a lot of questions about performance issues of both engines, and he gave me possible/probable causes - he was very knowledgeable about technical workings of both engines and gave me an estimate of costs to diagnose or repair problems.  He performed the diagnostic tests and did the adjustments promptly and I got a phone call the next day that everything was OK, or problems resolved. The cost was well within what I thought it should be for the work performed, and the engines have performed well since.

    We took a chance on this new start up repair shop and are sorry we did. The owner Josh did not correctly disgnose the issue with the jet ski. He rebuilt the carburetor, replaced the plugs and serviced the jet ski. The service performed did not fix the ski. When we contacted Josh to let him know he did not successfully fix the issues and we were going to bring in the jet ski the next day we were told he was too busy to work on our ski and to call him early the following week. When we called on Monday he again said he was too busy for us and to call him back on Wednesday. When we called on Wednesday his voice mail was full. We tried again in the afternoon and successfully left a message letting him know we wanted to bring the jet ski in. Two days later we are still waiting for a return call. He is not answering his phone at this time.

    We absolutely cannot recommend this repair shop. Josh does not stand by his work as promised. As of now we are out $212 and still have a jet ski that is not functioning correctly. Josh talks a good talk but does not back it up with quality work and customer service has been nonexistent since the original repair appointment.

    They started their business last year.  They went and bought three cars for people like me who can’t drive.  They take people up and down to the airport.  They are totally cool.  They are always on time.  They are really nice.  It is a husband and wife who run this company. They are a sweet couple.  They are successful now and have other drivers.  They have cute cars.  They have over twenty years of driving experience.  They pick me up when I have to go have a haircut and stuff like that.  They are always early.  Sometimes she waits for me and sometime she does not.  They are reasonable.  They are really into their business.  I would use them again in the future.
