    Keith and his crew did exactly what he stated they would during the initial estimate.  When he explained the process, I was a bit skeptical because it seemed so much more detailed than the other estimates I had received, but at a comparable price.  But as far as I could tell during the 4 days they were working in my home, they took their time through every step of their process and it really shows in their work.  I love our new mahogany cabinets!
    The guys were very polite and professional while in our home.  As a new homeowner, I don't have extensive experience working with contractors, but this was easily my best experience to date.  I'm never crazy about the idea of a stranger working throughout our home but Keith and his guys were extremely respectful of us and our home.  We felt comfortable the entire time (besides a bit of noise here and there) and when they finished at the end of the week, our house seemed cleaner than when they arrived.
    I really can't say anything critical about my experience with All Wood Restoration.  They were on top of everything throughout our project, finished on time and even gave me a discount when it came time to pay.  I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone in search of a trustworthy contractor that takes pride in the quality of their work.

    I had no hope whatsoever that our two white leather club chairs could be fixed after the cats used them as launch pads all over our old living room. Troy fixed them, did a beautiful job, and saved these two chairs. They look fantastic again. We could no be more pleased. I will keep him in mind for other repairs, especially with car seats and interiors.

Flawless finish work by carpenters and painter.  Good+ clean-up; accommodating of in-job requests and minor changes.  Assisted in furniture removal and relocating.

    Affordable appliance repair by Ken Mast
    The washer and dryer stacking went very well. We were unable to connect the dryer as it needs a longer hose, but Ken advised us how to go about doing that.In fact, Ken has always been available by phone when I call even with a question and not an actual job. He was on time (though I was not,) professional, courteous, very tidy, and always helpful about how to prevent future damage to our appliances. His prices are so much better than the other appliance companies I have used.
    I have used Ken Mast's services three times, and I would refer him to anyone who wants an honest, fair, quality, repair done to ANY of their appliances. I feel that he posses the rare expertise of being able to fix/repair a machine/appliance, however possible, rather than replacing for new goods. I'm afraid to say too much more about how great his services are for fear that everyone will start using him, and I kind of feel like he's our own personal service repair person who looks after my old, but still working (thanks to Ken,) appliances! But, I guess, I'll share the good news-fair, honest, reputable appliance repair IS available in Central Oregon!

    I went into the store, knowing what I wanted and I waited to be helped. After being ignored for awhile, they had the new guy help me. The salesman was new but courteous and helped me decide if my installation plans would work. I had already spoken with a heating and sheetmetal company and an engineer about my plans. Other than the new guy having some difficulty getting answers to my questions from other employees, everything was fine.
    When I went to pick-up the item, the salesman told me the manager wanted to speak to me. Not realizing I was being ambushed, I answered a couple of rather rude questions about my installation plans. The manager/owner then proceeded to insult, berate and humiliate me about my installation plans for something like 10 minutes. I would try to explain my reasoning and he would go off on another tirade. His reasoning didn't make sense, until I realized he assumed I had a gas range not an electric one, even though I had clearly said it was electric. It was obvious he wasn't listening to a thing I was saying. When I was finally able to point this out that I had an electric stove, he blubbered and then said well it still wouldn't work. I had to sign an agreement that the warranty was voided to remove my new appliance from the store. Refusing to buy the item would have cost me a heavy and quot;restockingand quot; fee.
    When I later hired our reputable contractor and told him the story, he laughed, and said it was typical. He, and another subcontractor, said there would be no problem using the product the way I wanted. I have NEVER been treated in such a rude manner by a store employee. He at no time tried to be helpful, answer any questions or listen to my comments. He also treated his new salesman in a very rude manner. The original salesman agreed with me but waited till his boss was gone to tell me. I would tell any female customer to stay away unless you want to be ignored, treated like an idiot and insulted in front of everyone by a bully!! I can't think of a single reason to return to this store. The owner was RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!

    Jerry and his wife run an excellent business. They are very kind, humble and accommodating. Once I had picked out a fabric, it was finished within a month. Jerry picked up my couch and returned the re-upholstered couch to my residence which was very thoughtful. The work performed was outstanding! I am SO pleased with my couch; it looks brand new! He does very high quality work and is a pleasure to work with.

    They also were employed by my moving company to set up the piano when I moved into my home in 2010. There were 3 young men and 1 adult who managed the lifting and assembling. Previously, one person with the correct equipment has handled this process for the previous 3 piano moves over the last 19 years.

    Affordable appliance repair by Ken Mast
    Ken was able to find the old parts and restring the bake coil, it was actually an easy fix. My stove is working wonderfully again and not being used as a T.V. center and it did not cost a fortune to fix. Grandma would be happy. So glad I kept my stove all these years and found such a knowledgeable repair man. I have used him for my washer and my stove and if I need any type of repairs done in the future, I will totally call Ken first. He's super professional, really friendly, and you can tell he knows his stuff. I recommend him to all of my friends on FB or wherever when they are having appliance issues. The other nice thing about Ken is that you don't feel like you're being taken advantage of, he genuinely wants to get things fixed, he doesn't overcharge and guarantees his work 100%.

    The process was very easy to set up, and the gentlemen who came to fetch our beloved baby grand piano were courteous, polite, and professional.    It took them no time to get our piano ready for transport, and get it out our door.   We moved to Central Oregon, and when we do finally have a house in which to put our piano, they will bring it all the way over to Sunriver, and set it up for us.     We were very happy to have found this wonderful service, and look forward to getting out 'baby' back with us in a few months!

    I chose them because I was looking for chemical free bedding and they provide that quality. Everything was fine. However, we did have to pick up the topper ourselves. That was a negative because it was not a convenient location and we had to drive further than expected.
