AAllied Painting & RenovationsDan, the owner, bid the job himself and performed the work himself. He was both friendly and professional throughout the process, and showed incredible diligence in insisting that the result be not only to our satisfaction but also to his own high standards. He repaired holes in the walls, and finished mudding/taping/texturing where a wall had been removed. He painted over darker colors with a lighter color, and even noticed that upstairs and downstairs were slightly different shades of the same color. We are very pleased with the results. We expect to use Allied again both for gutter cleaning and for exterior painting, once the weather allows.- LEE T.

AFast Patch Drywall ServiceWe had drywall that came together in 8 foot sheets. The weight of the ice, on our roof, caused some of the drywall to buckle. He was really creative with very hard to do patches. He was able to join together pieces of plaster wall. His texturing made the patch look just like the knock down coat that you get when your house is first built.- Charles T.

ATom JoyceWe contacted Tom to assess work needed to repair a crack in our kitchen ceiling and repair a wall that had improper drywall that resulted in noticeable tapes lines. He told us how long he estimated the work to take and quoted us the price. He came a total of five times. Tom carefully prepared the work area, taking cared to assure that all areas were protected from the joint compound and required spraying. He cleaned the work area thoroughly after each session. He kept appointments as scheduled or called us when it was necessary for him to reschedule. His is exceptionally skilled. The areas he repaired blend in with the surrounding area and the deficits are completed corrected. Tom was friendly and we enjoyed his presence. AHigh-quality work and an affordable price to replace/repair a section of ceiling sheetrock in our kitchen, along with retexturing to match the existing ceiling. You can't tell even tell the work was done after painting. The work was done by Scott's sons, one of whom, Eryn, was my primary contact. Great, friendly customer service even for a small job. Will definitely be the first company we contact for a bigger sheetrock job coming up.

ADanny from Oregon Water and Restoration company responded very promptly to the call even-though the call was on Saturday night. He came and took care of business and even working until 10pm through Sunday... They are also very familiar with the insurance protocols. Danny brought the drying equipment, set it up to dry, prepped everything, and cleaned everything perfectly ready for final repairs. They dealt with the insurance most of the way which was a big relief for me. They are diligent, clean and Pros at what they are doing. I would recommend them to anyone. Trust me! It’s good to have a good company like this stepping to help you in a time of destress. Daniel

APaul’s crew did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen. This included removing the soffit, upgrading the electrical service, installing new cabinets, and installing some new appliances. We stayed with a similar layout for the kitchen. His main crew person, Mark, did 95 percent of the work and was highly skilled. This included demolition, preparing the space for the new kitchen, installing the cabinets, and putting in duct work for the new hood. He even unpacked all the cabinets after delivery. His attention to detail was impressive in all areas like ceiling texture, painting, backsplash tile, and trim/molding pieces. Mark will be able to figure out and resolve any issue your old house might present. New appliances were on our own to provide, and the contract clearly stated “owner supplied.” New cabinets were also on our own, and here Paul included an allowance. This allowance is an amount he will subtract from the final amount you owe. That’s nice when you get to the end of the project. Your cabinet estimate will come from the cabinet supplier/design company you go with. To give you an idea, in our small kitchen we spent $10,000 on cabinets from Parr. Paul coordinated the main construction, electricians, plumbers, and countertop installation. He even communicated with the cabinet supplier we ordered from. The project took a tad over 6 weeks which was about right for the work involved. Each day there was noticeable progress.
