ABEND ON-SITE SCREENINGGREAT! Original installation was handled very professionally and the screen doors are wonderful. Two years later they(Bend On-Site Screening) really made our day when we had appliance installers at the house and were trying to fit a 34” refrigerator through a 33” front door opening. I made a panicked call for help to BOSS and they were here 15 minutes later to resolve the problem. So, an emergency call and $0 charge! Who knew that sort of service was still out there? We are VERY pleased.- John L.

ALifetime Windows & DoorsWe moved into this house last august, the original house was built in 1980. Two additions were added in 2002. Last winter we noted that the new milgard windows in the addition were very efficient in old weather, we had ice on the interiors of the older windows when hitting temperatures below 10 F. We decided to replace all old window and doors. Called lifetime windows & doors to schedule installation. Great experience –very professional team. We love the doors and windows note; lifetime is a distributor of Milgard windows & doors.- Don L.

ABend Residential Solutions LLCI gave Chad my "honey do" list and he did it all. I expected it to take a lot longer but he was fast and efficient. I wish I'd found him last year as some of the things he repaired had been "repaired" before. I will definitely be calling him again soon for some other projects.- Arlene R.

FBEND ON-SITE SCREENINGWe ordered a roll-up screendoor and had window screens made on 5/15/20. Screen door was installed without the proper bracket using a temporary 2 x 4 to get the screen door installed and useable for the summer and they re-ordered the mounting bracket. We received no communication so we called 08/24/20 to see what the holdup was and were informed the wrong part had been delivered twice and they still didn't have the correct bracket. We asked for communication re: status in the future. I called 9/16/20 and was informed that I would get a call back--never happened. I called 9/23/20 and asked for a call back--still waiting. If this sounds like good service or "perfection" as the owner says he strives for, go for it. The rest of us would have to say this is terrible service and I wish I had never dealt with them!- Phil F.

AHenderson & DaughterTrudy was excellent. She was very friendly on the phone, and offered to come out that day to look at my window issue. I thought I would be needing to replace an expensive window, but instead she contacted a window repair company for me (Glass Crafters), who came out the next morning and fixed the problem for under $100. I was so impressed with her willingness to help me, even though she wouldn't be getting the more expensive sale. I will definitely go to Henderson and Daughter for any future window or door needs!- LEESA T.

D2 guys showed up, one was lurking by their truck and smoking. Didn't participate or say a word to me. He also put his shirt up over his mouth when he wandered in to the conversation, no mask. The other walked around with me though he didn't ask any questions or seem interested in the information I tried to give him. The whole experience was so bad, I ended the meeting quickly. They were going to call with a bid but I never heard from them again.

APaul’s crew did an excellent job remodeling our kitchen. This included removing the soffit, upgrading the electrical service, installing new cabinets, and installing some new appliances. We stayed with a similar layout for the kitchen. His main crew person, Mark, did 95 percent of the work and was highly skilled. This included demolition, preparing the space for the new kitchen, installing the cabinets, and putting in duct work for the new hood. He even unpacked all the cabinets after delivery. His attention to detail was impressive in all areas like ceiling texture, painting, backsplash tile, and trim/molding pieces. Mark will be able to figure out and resolve any issue your old house might present. New appliances were on our own to provide, and the contract clearly stated “owner supplied.” New cabinets were also on our own, and here Paul included an allowance. This allowance is an amount he will subtract from the final amount you owe. That’s nice when you get to the end of the project. Your cabinet estimate will come from the cabinet supplier/design company you go with. To give you an idea, in our small kitchen we spent $10,000 on cabinets from Parr. Paul coordinated the main construction, electricians, plumbers, and countertop installation. He even communicated with the cabinet supplier we ordered from. The project took a tad over 6 weeks which was about right for the work involved. Each day there was noticeable progress.

AA neighbor spoke very highly of Rose City Maintenance & Remodeling so we called Tony for an estimate on our extensive bathroom remodel. Within a week Tony and his brother, Russel provided a very reasonable estimate and we were fortunate that they had a gap in their schedule to work on our 2 bathrooms over the winter break. Throughout the remodel we were impressed by their professionalism, punctuality, attention to detail, and price. The subcontractors they used (plumber, electrician, tiler) also worked very well with Tony to ensure we got exactly what we wanted with the remodel. As the project encountered unexpected surprises (like a wall that could not be moved, 2 vents that needed redirecting, a faucet that needed to be placed differently), Tony and his team figured out how to subtly change the plans yet maintain the integrity of the original design. During the remodel we discovered a squirrel had made its home in our garage so we asked Tony about the hole in the side of the garage and by the next day the hole was patched and the squirrel noises were gone. The original estimate closely matched the final result in both cost and time so there were no surprises. I enjoyed working with Tony, Russel, and Carl and would very highly recommend Rose City Maintenance & Remodeling. I am hoping to do another big project next year or the year after and Rose City will definitely get the job. For particulars - here is everything that was done; - Completely gutted 2 bathrooms - Replaced a window to approved zoning regulations - Installed 1 tub, 2 showers, 2 sinks - Tiled floor and walls - Built & installed a custom-designed pull-out cabinet, vanity, and laundry chute - Installed a pocket door - Drywalling and painting - Rewired electrical outlets and added light switches - Rerouted plumbing to an opposite wall - Installed bathroom hardware and shelving units - Patched a hole in the garage

AWe had all of the windows on our house replaced as well as a new front door and slider installed. They also replaced all of our casing and trim. Working with All Season Windows was great! The windows are wonderful and installation was quick considering it was 20 windows and 2 doors. They kept our home clean and We have noticed such a huge difference already. We love our new windows and will definitely be using All Season Windows again in the future when we need new siding!!!
