AJ. Orcutt Remodeling, LLCJon and his crew did a great job. We're extremely pleased with the end result, and I'd give him five stars on the process too. He listened, he communicated, and when--inevitably--the schedule changed or a technical hurdle presented itself, he worked with us to find a workable solution. He presented a detailed prospectus of work to be performed, and checked in at several points along the way, which prevented unpleasant surprises later. The remodel was extensive and involved rough and finish carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, all of which Jon handles expertly. We of course significantly exceeded the original budget, like most major construction projects do, but almost all because of scope creep on our end. Jon and the people working with him were all very pleasant and extremely considerate, which was crucial because they were basically housemates during the months the kitchen remodel was underway. Jon was great about minimizing the time we were without a sink and stove, and he was phenomenal when it came to cleaning up at the end of each workday. I have absolutely no regrets, and would enthusiastically recommend him to others.- Joel D.

ADestination HomesRegarding the new trex type floor on exposed porch, JC came in several thousand dollars under bid as did not have to replace joists. His assistant took extra time to do mitered detail work around porch posts. JC always in communication . Picks up the job site each day, tarps to protect landscaping. Somewhat expensive, well worth every dollar. Months after whatever job wants to know how it is going. We live in the rainy windy Pacific NW. JC knows how to address those issues. We are still looking for someone with JC’s skill and integrity.- Colleen G.

The finished projects look just like the CAD drawings they provided in the beginning and the quality of the work is excellent. AExcellent service from start to finish. Amadou, the owner, gave us a bid for roofing and siding work that was hard to accurately estimate because the extent of the water damage could not be seen until the siding was removed. Amadou was very upfront about revising the bid once the extent of the damage could be determined. We thought the initial estimate was very fair and the additional cost was also very reasonable. The side garage door replacement work was also reasonably priced and the work was great. Amadou’s communication throughout the project was excellent and his workers were very friendly and professional. Lo’s does great work at affordable prices and are honest and dependable. We will definitely hire them again.
