ASeatown Electric Plumbing Heating & AirWe are converting an upstairs bedroom to a laundry room. Jacob was very polite and professional. Very thoughtful - from letting us know his arrival time, masking up, wearing protective shoe booties in our house, keeping the dust contained in the bedroom by conscientiously keeping the door closed, to giving us advance notice of when water was to be shut off. The plumbing work looks clean, neat, professional. Did a good job of cleaning up, too. Pic shows new PEX hot and cold water supply, black drain pipe and a Studor vent.- Christopher L.

Calls are answered (I was never sent to voicemail), and messages sent via Angie's List were responded to within the hour. The plumber they sent out, Ken, was polite and professional. A few hours after he left, I had a additional question. I called the company and they had Ken return my call within 2 hours. He talked to me on the phone and helped me understand what was going on. ASutherland Plumbing LLCI was pleasantly surprised how quick the work was done. We had an original tankless water heater from 2005 and sadly it started leaking. Sutherland came out and we determined that we needed a new water heater. Our home the old tank was built in to our garage wall, so the new one was larger and not able to go into the wall. The did a beautiful job, making it look great and function wonderfully! I highly recommend using Sutherland for your plumbing needs!!- Cindy E.

Regarding this last job, Erin came to our house for what we and she thought was a simple repair. It turned out to be much more complicated, but she handled it with knowledge and skill. And Meticulous lives up to its name. Besides being extremely careful during COVID, they are always respectful of your home, and leave the job site as clean as (or cleaner than) when they arrived. Sean wore a mask for the entire visit, which was much appreciated. - Sean provided consultation on the diagnosis of two separate issues and possible solutions for each; fixture options - explaining differences and accurate quotes. - Sean arrived on time, performed the needed work to high quality standards, and left nothing behind but a newly installed toilet and a clean worksite...and an extremely happy customer. It is clear that this is a solid and professionally operated business that cares about their customer outcomes and seems to be seeking long term customer relationships. When I contacted Sutherland I was asked specific questions to not only understand what we required, but also the urgency of the work. Our issues were not emergencies and we were happy to queue up for having the work done within a couple of weeks in deference to those with more urgent needs. AAngel was great to work/deal with. We discussed the issue, he advised me of what he was going to do, brought out the camera, inspected the pipe, found the issue, explained the issue and showed me the camera footage. Discovered there was a break in the pipe. There is more work to be done but I will definitely be reaching out to these guys again to complete the work.

AWe discovered our water main was leaking so I called several plumbers in order to get bids, including Infinity Plumbing. Devin was great to work with, from working to get me into the schedule quickly for bids. This was the one of 2 out of 4 bids that didn’t try to upsell me to other things. The work was done on time and at the bid price, everything was as communicated. I knew that repairing the drywall wasn’t included in the bid, though it was included in some of the bids that were far more costly. Devin offered to give me referrals to someone to repair the drywall. I happily repaired it myself. The price difference between this and the bids that included patching the drywall should have been able to re-wall and paint my entire basement!
