AManny's Property Maintenance LLC.I'm sorry that this report took so long, but life kept getting in the way. In mid October 2020 Manny and Company worked almost 8 hours cleaning up almost 4 years of wild growth in back yard garden {about 30 by 100 feet), grape and kiwi vines and more. He also cleaned gutters that had been neglected for years. even had trees growing in one. The price was reasonable for that involved of a project. They cleaned the gutters that had been neglected for years, he even found some trees growing in one of them. Cleaned the street and sidewalk around the project. Re stacked some of the rock wall that had fallen. note: almost 1/4 of the total charges were for for haling and dumping the waste. If you are so inclined ...you might consider putting it in the weekly compost cans for ever as long as it takes. You could save a bundle- DON R.

AAll Seasons Cleaning Services LLCI have used for window washing in and out for many years. This year used for roof, gutters, spreading rock in pathways and garden and fixing stone walkway that had settled over years. Paul and his crew responded to our inquiry, provided thorough and excellent service. Always conscientious about leaving property and areas of work clean and organized. Hard workers who clearly take pride in their work. Prices are not unreasonable. Provide accurate quotes to final price. They set realistic expectations met. ASalvador and his crew did an amazing job. We have 4 large oak trees that produce more leaves than we can handle and have just accumulated into a large pile over the last few years. In no time, they had the massive pile of leaves loaded into a truck and proceeded to edge, mow, weed, and trim up some bushes. The work they were able to complete in less than 5 hours would have taken us several days. He and his crew even hauled away an extra pile of junk that needed to be taken to the dump. They did an amazing job and I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future.

They pruned and removed some overgrown shrubs, selected and planted new, restored our lawn to health, and fixed brick walkways that needed attention. They were responsive on email and text.
