    Yaskara Painting LLC
I really liked the communication from the bid time to the time the work started. Steve was helpful and informative during the quote process and then for the work, we dealt with Artemio and crew. They were always professional and worked hard and fast. My problem however; is in the quality of the work. The first big issue with had was the garage paint started bubbling immediately after the work was finished. Artemio responded quickly, said to give it a few weeks to cure and if was still an issue he'd come back out. He came back out when nothing resolved, with the Sherwin Williams paint store rep. They couldn't figure out why it happened, but offered to repaint. The pressure washed and scraped it off and repainted. I still have paint stuck to our exterior lights and driveway that never came off, they clearly didn't do an amazing job cleaning up post pressure washing. The kicker is along with poor cleanup, I have garage door that STILL has some bubbling. I secretly seethe every time I walk by our garage now, wondering how long this expensive paint job will last. I also noticed that the exterior paint knicks SO easily! I had a patio chair rub against the backside and there's big marks that rubbed the paint off as an example. Our interior is mostly fine, expect I've now noticed our master bath paint chips SO easily, too! can take my fingernail and scrape it off. I've had to retouch it up several times. I'm disappointed. My neighbors commented how fast they worked and I almost wonder - was it TOO fast? Did they do proper prep work? I shouldn't be able to scrape paint off with my nail (6 months after "cure time") nor should i have bubbling paint on my garage. I would not use this company again.

    Mark Powers Painting Inc.
From quote through delivery, Mark Powers painting was excellent. They explained all aspects of the process, what would and would not be done, and set expectations for delivery right up front. They were clean, and showed up on time, and didn't leave a mess or anything. I would (and intend to) hire them again for future projects.

    ALEX FREDDI CONSTRUCTION LLC
Alex and his Team were a pleasant surprise in numerous contractor experiences. He provided clear guidance of the project, a clear and item delineated quote and a very reasonable timeline, even accelerating the timeline at my request to facilitate selling the home. The quality of the work, project management, including continuous communication during the effort, timeliness of the completed project, were all excellent. I would highly recommend Alex and will most definitely leverage his Team for any future work.

    Raindrop Roofing NW
Incredible service. We just bought a house that had a leaky skylight. I had called another company that suggested we replace it without even looking at it, and then never got back to us. We'd already waited a week to hear back from that company so by the time I called Raindrop, we were starting to panic as we were getting into the rainy season and up against a holiday. Kenny came out immediately and was very thorough with his assessment and explanations. Even with Thanksgiving interrupting the week, they still managed to get somebody out to help us that weekend and they were done with the work in all of about 30 minutes. Kenny followed up with me on the phone to explain everything they did, which included re-caulking both skylights. Excellent, excellent customer service and the cost was consistent with other estimates I'd seen to replace a skylight. We'll definitely use them again if and when we run into any other inevitable roof and/or skylight issues.

    Mark Powers Painting Inc.
Job went very well. Vaulted ceiling and bedroom and bath all had different colors/sheens. They also had to match texture because we moved a door and installed a built-in cabinet. Very professional job.

    Mark Powers Painting Inc.
Mark Powers Painting Inc. couldn't have done a more excellent job with our projects. From meeting with us to discuss and talk about colors, to set-up and clean up, to the project itself. . .amazing! Our living room, entryway, hallway, and dining room look so classy and warm and professionally painted. Not to mention, they cleaned up and restained a wooden beam in our living room. Elegant! We are so happy with the work done and plan on having them do the exterior of our house in the near future!

It went great! I was very concerned about being charged at my move out of the rental I was in but Sven was great! He was quick and efficient and the walls looked better than they did when we moved in!

Lee does great work! He is professional, on-time and affordable. We are redoing our bathroom and removed wainscotting as part of the project. Lee skill-fully repaired and retextured the walls. The walls look great! He is a true craftsman.

    IN YOUR HOME
Our agency needed to remodel a shelter kitchen area, and picked IYH from a pool of many RFQ bidders as the most qualified and capable. The contract negotiations were straight-forward, direct, efficient, and very friendly clearly, this team knows how to work well together. The pre-construction team focused on the agencys needs and truly crawled inside the details in the RFQ. They efficiently kept within a reasonable timeframe as to start of construction and projected end dates, effectively dealing with our occasional concerns and one act of God event. Most importantly, the on-site team (project manager, site manager, technical staff) all were well-versed in the needs of a shelter, and IYH took very many steps to make sure the agencys shelter residents were both informed and kept safe, even making construction crew pictures and names available prior to construction. During the construction phase , IYH exceptionally managed demolition, debris management/removal, renovation (framing, plumbing, electrical (both low and high voltage), windows, exterior siding, materials deliveries, sheetrock, painting, cabinetry, countertops, tile backsplash, flooring, lighting), and post-renovation cleanup including in-situ deep cleaning. Also, IYH was responsive to the predictable mid-construction changes, including a contract expansion for flooring throughout the structure, replacement of the several bath/restroom features, and so on. The high quality of the team members and the work they have produced is evident in both now-hidden and still-visible ways throughout the shelter. Post-construction, our agency will continue to leverage the multi-faceted IYH maintenance and handyman services for both this structure and other needs and we strongly encourage other agencies and homeowners to check out the thorough, professional, and personal work this team easily delivers.
