    ALL AMERICAN EYE GLASS REPAIR
One of the hinges that keeps your glasses on your ear broke. I went to the optician where I purchased and they wanted over a hundred dollars for a new part. She also said I would need a second one soon because the other side was getting old and ready to break. So ...since I had recently received a new subscription, I asked how much for new glasses. I was quoted 900 dollars. The glasses are titanium. My new subscription wasn't much different so I decided to try and get them fixed elsewhere. I remembered All American on Beaverton HIllsdale. I went in and a very nice guy said if I had any old compatible glasses lying around he would take them off and mount on my broken ones for 20 bucks! I ran home and brought back a bag full of old glasses. He fixed my glasses in a few minutes! I was so happy. I offered him my bag of old glasses parts and he said no I should hang on to them because they are worth a lot of money! How wonderful is that? Not only was he competent and friendly but honest too! Such a rare find. CHeck him out.

    Accent Eyewear
Prompt and professional. Didn't make me wait long. The atmosphere is charming and cleanly. The staff is courteous and informed. Some of the equipment is not the latest state of the art, but is certainly satisfactory. The techs took care of some parts of the exam that my past doctor used to, and I thought should actually be taken care of by a doctor. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience. The doctor is friendly and knowledgeable. The glasses are fairly expensive. I don't like that Acuvue gives Visa's now in place of a real rebate, but that's Acuvue, not the doctor's office.

    Casey Eye Institute
She can now see out of an eye she hadn't seen out of for years.  A previous eye doctor had told her there was no hope.  She now has 20/40 vision in that eye.  Dr. Lauer is awesome!  He was so kind and helpful to my elderly mother.  All of the staff at Casey is fabulous!

    BEAVERTON VISION WORLD
I have always had a great experience here. Dr Curtis is very nice and professional. She has always given me great recommendations on how to take good care of my eyes. The staff is also friendly and courteous. They have a nice selection of eye frames and different types of lens materials. They worked with my insurance without a hitch. Overall I would very much recommend them.

Appts are planned with several steps and assessments prior to seeing actual provider. Data available to him prior to actual interaction with providers so the plan and treatment is expedited in a timely fashion.

    No issues

    ReplaceALens
ReplaceALens was fantastic! Everything was done according to schedule and the workmanship of the finished lenses is superb. When they shipped everything back to us it was carefully packaged and obviously well-taken care of, and flawlessly clean. I would recommend anyone needing new lenses to send them here. We've used others in the past but none have ever had the quality or service of these very competent and pleasant people in Colorado. Very highly recommended!

    Casey Eye Institute
Dr. Hwang is an excellent practitioner, knowledgeable and caring.  The only downside to the clinic is the amount of time one has to wait between arrival and treatment.  Make sure you allow yourself at least an extra hour for your appointment.

    Casey Eye Institute
I wanted lasik surgery for a long time but was wary of the places offering deals. After all, it is my vision. I went with the best. Casey institute pioneered many of the current techniques in laser surgery. They use no blade, only laser which is more precise and has less complications than bladed. I couldn't be happier. No more glasses, 20/20 vision. Now I can swim and see where I am going. Casey is the best there is.

    Retina Northwest
I have seen Dr. Lee several times @ the Barnes Road office and once at the Lovejoy office for injections for treatment of macular degeneration. Actual time spent for exam and treatment was approximately 30-45 minutes each time. However, I am often forced to spend 2-3 hours in the office with no explanation for wait time. Today I arrived 10 minutes prior to my 1:00 appointment and by 2:00 p.m. still had not been seen with not explanation for the wait. When I made an inquiry at the reception desk, the young lady there was quite annoyed and stated and quot;these appointments always take 2-3 hours.and quot; No apology offered. I finally left without being seen.
The only time I have been seen in a timely manner was if I was the first appointment of the day. These appointments are very difficulty to obtain.
The medication being used for my injections was changed to a more expensive one. Before receiving the new injections, the office stated they had contacted my insurance, and that the new medication and quot;would be covered.and quot; This turned out to be untrue (insurance covered a very small portion.) We now owe a large bill and there has been no difference in the outcome.
Dr. Lee was always pleasant and professional but I found the excessive wait time, discourteous reception staff and inaccurate and quot;insurance courage checkand quot; to be deal-breakers. I am now moving to a new, more patient-friendly practice. Judging by the large number of patients herded through the office each day, Retina Northwest will not miss me.
