AA Cut Above ExteriorsEverything about our experience was fabulous. We had hardi-plank siding installed over T111 siding on our home and two out buildings. Mani was an excellent sales representative, explaining our options and working with us on price. Randy was a thorough and attentive project manager. Juan and Martin, the installers, went above and beyond in assisting with prep of the site. They were polite and professional. The painting crew was neat and fast. The result is beautiful. No wasting time, no hitches, no mess left behind to clean up. Our house is on a hill, difficult to access, and the paint job was long overdue with some siding repair needed and that is reflected in the cost of the job. AGiron Roofing Inc.Great! Giron had done our roof, and we knew what a terrific crew does their work. We met with Jose a couple of times in preparation and the work was done in about 4 days. CThe crew was courteous and left the area clean. The final day they were rushing to get the job completed as rain was expected the following day. The trim work looks rushed but I have the leftover paint and did the touch up myself. Overall I am happy with the job done for the price I paid.

AI can't say enough great things about Alex and the crew who were here to paint. They were able to quickly get me an estimate and were quick to answer questions about colors and paint types. Alex even made a special trip to bring a paint color wheel so I could figure out the red for the front door. The crew was amazingly efficient. The house was pressure washed, prepped and the windows and doors were really only covered for a day. The entire paint job was done within 4 days. Alex walked me around the house and everything was looked at for the final touches. I can't stress how difficult the set up of our house is. It is 3 stories with a very steep driveway and they were able to use just ladders vs having to rent expensive equipment. Even with that, the quality of the painting was exceptional. They even used small brushes to get around the stones in the front entrance. On top of the amazing work, the total cost was extremely reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend using this Company!

ARoyal Remodeling LLC performed a full replacement of our roof, removing three layers of shingles, including the original 1930s cedar shakes. They installed roof decking and fitted a plywood floor for storage in our attic. The new architectural shingles look fantastic, with every valley and edge expertly flashed. It was a time-consuming job, and the crew were super nice guys to have around. We absolutely plan to hire them for additional projects.

AExcellent service from start to finish. Amadou, the owner, gave us a bid for roofing and siding work that was hard to accurately estimate because the extent of the water damage could not be seen until the siding was removed. Amadou was very upfront about revising the bid once the extent of the damage could be determined. We thought the initial estimate was very fair and the additional cost was also very reasonable. The side garage door replacement work was also reasonably priced and the work was great. Amadou’s communication throughout the project was excellent and his workers were very friendly and professional. Lo’s does great work at affordable prices and are honest and dependable. We will definitely hire them again.

ASam and Steve arrived promptly when they said they would, and worked continuously until the job was done. They seemed skilled at their craft, and we are pleased with the results. Our house looks so much better than it did before. I was especially pleased that they were able to fix small areas of dry rot without any delay or much additional cost. I would recommend them to others.
