    Miracle Method of Greater Portland
Miracle Method took care of the crack and refinish of our tub. They shored up the area with a concrete reinforcement and the tub base feels rock solid. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a pro to fix a crack in a tub any day.

    Miracle Method of Greater Portland
I have mixed feelings about writing this review because I dont like saying negative things when the experience was mostly a good one. We had our bath tub refinished and were generally happy with how it looked. The day after it was done, it was apparent that the caulking around the tub was pulling away from the tiling and multiple gaps were obvious. I contacted Miracle Method about it and was told that the caulking was not part of the warranty and that we should just redo it ourselves. I was disappointed about the response and that they did not seem to care that the work they did was not done well. If the caulking failed after a period of time with normal use, I would have understood the issue about warranty. This was immediately after installation. The tub has not yet been used, so I cant comment on the rest of the quality. I am hopeful it will be good. That being said, the installer seemed professional and was very helpful. I just expected that they would care about all aspects of the work they did and would be ready to fix what went wrong.

The painter was having equipment problems and the job did not come out very well. He purchased new equipment and made another appointment. Came back and did the job over at no cost and it is fine now.

Luxury Bath of Washington & Oregon
Installer worked quickly and finished the demo/removal of our old fiberglass shower and the installation of shower in one day. He was very courteous, put down mats to protect our floor, and made sure to clean up after himself. The acrylic shower walls look fabulous and the caulking perfectly matches the color we choose. I've seen other posts where people didn't like that they could see the caulk, but I have to be practically touching my nose to it to see it. Only thing we're not as thrilled about is the shower pan in the floor. It doesn't match the modern look of acrylic and looks kind of cheap. Overall we're still satisfied with the product and the price was competitive. A much better alternative to the re-bath liners product that we'd considered before finding this.

They had to come back several times and we are still unsatisfied.

My first and biggest complaint is that they only removed some of the brand new bath tub hardware and then proceeded to to a crappy job taping off the hardware they did not remove and they got their product all over the hardware so I just spent $350 to buy a new set of hardware.  They did give us a handout telling us this might happen after the work was completed and the hardware was ruined.

There were other issues like the surface was so rough after the first attempt at refinishing they had to come back a second and third time to fix all the rough spots.

When I talked to the owner Mike about all of this he came to visit me and he seemed to think they had done a fine job and that having his white surface product all over my bath tub hardware was no big deal and normal.

I did not have the tub refinished because I was too cheap to buy a new tub..... this tub has nice grab handles for safety that I use when getting in and out of the tub and I was unable to locate a new tub with similar features at the time we hired Mike to do this work.  These grab handles are clear acrylic and they now also have the refinishing product around them because of sloppy work.

Because of Mike's indifference to my dissatisfaction I am continuing my search for a new tub and I have purchased the hardware again and will not be giving him any chance to make this right because I believe he would not do so.  in my mind making it right would involve a full refund plus an additional $350 for the tub hardware and based on his indifference I don't think he would even think about it.

I strongly recommend not using this business, but if you do beware.  Have a plumber remove all the hardware.  Be prepared to have his product dust covering every square inch of your bathroom.  I had to wash the walls, the windows, the ceiling etc.  Be prepared to have him out more than once to get the surface smooth.  And if in the end you are not happy tough.

Mike is a highly professional and friendly person!  He showed up right as scheduled and the project took as long as her said it would.  While in my home he took extraordinary care to cover the floors where he walked in and out, prepping the bathroom walls, removing faucets and fixtures, and running an exhaust line out a bedroom window.  After a thorough cleaning, he went to work repairing a couple of large dings and suggested we add (at no additional cost) a non-slip surface to the floor of the tub not only for safety, but to help camouflage some pretty bad dings that would be a challenge to fully repair.  When he was finished we were left with an amazingly beautiful 40 year old tub/shower that was as good as new again.
I like that Mike's method only took 4 hours, versus a 2-day process many of his competitors use, and the odor was minimal for the following 2-3 days.  I expected it to smell so strongly that we were prepared to spend the night at a hotel, but (happily!) that wasn't the case.
    We couldn't be more pleased!

    DaBella - Portland
I met with the technicians, Bruce and Dave about a bathroom remodel.  They arrived and we began to discuss some of my options.  Dave presented me with a very detailed presentation of the available products Dabella offered.  He gave me some valuable information regarding  the pros and cons of tile vs. acrylic.  After some back and forth on my part, we got to the "designing" portion for my particular bathroom.  Once I saw the finished design I was hooked.  I decided that day to go forward with the project.  It was a little more than I originally wanted to spend, but once the work is complete I'm positive I made the right decision, as they offer a lifetime guarantee on the products.  I will follow this up with another review once the work is complete!...Margo

The front office staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with in terms of scheduling in a hurry.  Mike arrived early and worked diligently without a break.  Mike was extremely helpful in answering questions, especially when explaining why the process was so noisy.  The work was done in 1.5 days and it helped to air out the room, per Mike's suggestion.  The shower looked fabulous and even better than before because we changed the color.  After a few days we noticed that a crack reappeared.  I called the office right away because they have a generous warranty.  Mike was able to come back out the next day and worked on the repair.  I would definitely use Miracle Method again if needed!

    Oregon Re-Bath
This is actually the second Re-Bath shower system we have installed and I love them! We tried other methods to upgrade our old tub and shower, but the process was very toxic and results were okay. I believe it was Brian who installed our second Re-Bath shower system and he was very professional, always cleaned up as if he'd never been here. It took two days to complete the install. End result is fantastic. Money well spent.
Our first Re-Bath shower system was just as nice until we had to install a walk-in tub for my husband's medical condition. The walk-in tub was highly recommended on the web ((#1) but not made by Re-Bath. Unfortunately, the installers hired by the maker of this so-called #1 were very unprofessional, didn't obtain the proper permits or install it to code, patched some of the Re-Bath wall system and ruined the floor. The tub works, but we would never be able to pass inspection if we had to sell our home. I'm hoping to eventually hire Re-Bath back in to re-do that first bath using their own much more expensive but sturdier and safer walk-in tub, installed with proper permits and up to code which is their practice. To me it would be worth the expense.
