Was alright, but they changed their groomers out, and then the quality wasn't as good as before.  They just didn't cut my dogs hair as well as they used too.  Then the other issue was, I would pay for a service like for the teeth cleaning, and nail cutting, but they just didn't really cut his nails, or brush his teeth.

We stopped calling there ever since they had that news article recently, where they accidentally killed an owners pet.  My personal experience was fine, but after hearing that news article, my overall I guess feelings for them, is not so great.  They've been closed down for a couple of weeks since that happened.  Personal experience was nothing, but like I said, the fact that they were negligent and actually killed someone else's dog, makes me not want to go there at all.  I don't want my dog in their hands.

They took her into the back and almost immediately I heard my dog howl and cry like something was wrong. When they brought her back in the room she ran and jumped on my lap and sat there. The tech said that my dog had to be muzzled and that she now has a cut on one of her paws. Not only that my dog reeked of feces and they said they took a sample from her. My dog is shy and literally runs away from strangers. She doesn't bite or even growl. Not only do I think my dog was mistreated, I think my family's dog was mistreated a while ago as well. I am currently looking for another vet to see my dog and will not be going there again.

Evelyn is wonderful with addressing those things and helping to locate treatments that can stop her from itching. She is available all the time, weekends & some holidays included. She is very motherly. She has been a groomer for many years. She used to work for a vet so she is very knowledgeable. She's also very caring, gentle and professional. She has very reasonable pricing. She offers a discount if you use her for monthly regular appointments as well.

I was shocked that the cost for all the testing was only $200 and when it was time to bring him in and put him down, they didn't charge me anything to put him to sleep. The entire staff was in tears with me. It was a tragic experience but because of the gentle, considerate and loving way they treated my dog, my son and me, I will never go anywhere else in the future.  I now have two new additions.  Great Dane/Mastiff mixes. This will be where they go for all checkups and health related issues.  I can't say enough good things about Britton Road Veterinary Clinic. I felt the cost was very fair, low even, considering what I've paid other vets in the past for far less services and the compassion for all of us was far beyond any place I've ever taken my pets.

We are very pleased with Tiffany and associates, they take their time to meet and greet their little clients each and every time we go.our babies are pugs and gunny is very difficult and at previous grooming est. they charged us extra and were rude about it. One place even wanted to sedate him.thats when we found dog academy and they never gripe, make snide remarks.they do professional work and both Molly and gunny love to visit their friends each month and they look beautiful when we pick them and their prices are right for our retired income.you must give them a chance.

Dr. Alden is a wonderful, sweet veterinarian. It's obvious upon talking with her that she genuinely cares about her patients and their families.  This was an extremely tough time and decision for our family, but she was wonderful throughout the ordeal.  Jack, who previously despised most all vets, came to trust her. She was extremely kind to him and to all of us. I can't recommend her more highly.

This was the second time we used Neel Vet Hospital. Our first time was a few months back to have our aging cat put to sleep. This was as good an experience as possible the staff was very caring and concerned for our loss. Unfortunately that was not the case during our second visit. During this visit, we took "Kitty" in to have a swollen leg looked at. The staff at the counter and the vet tech that was assisting were all very kind. This was not the case when the Vet (Jeffery B Reeves, DVM) came into the room to investigate our injured cat. I almost considered asking him if he was on drugs as he fumbled around the room as if he were lost. Thankfully the tech was their to guide him. Kitty is not a real social cat and was understandably upset as he was held down so he could check him out. Kitty was doing the angry cat growl as most do when they are upset, so Doc Reeves decided he would smack him in the head and tell him to hush. That had to be the most ridiculous thing I had ever seen. I can think of a million things I should have said or done after leaving the office, but, my wife and I were so shocked, we said nothing. No animal is going to react positively to a stranger smacking them in the head when they are scared. because of this fool, they have lost my business for good. If it was not for the previous experience and the other staff, I would not be rating as high as I did.

We have taken our pugs several times. Everyone working greets the dogs when we arrive. They do a super job taking care of our pugs and take the time to get to know them. We have been to a lot of groomers and this group is the best.

We scheduled our 7-year-old black lab to get his annual vaccinations.  The people were nice enough, but they charged us $320.77 for what we normally pay less than $100 from other vets.  Just what they charged for the vaccinations was very high...over $160 in total, plus they charged an "office visit" fee of $38.95 on top of the other additional Comprehensive Exam fees.

Then they pushed their pet health insurance, of course.  It was $40.95 per month, and would have reduced the $320.77 bill to $77, but would have paid almost $500 for the premium over the course of the year and would have essentially locked us in to using Banfield's expensive services.

I will say that cancelling the insurance (within 3 days) was fairly easy.  They even offered to waive the first two months payments if we would agree to keep the insurance.  $400 in pet insurance premiums was still more than we needed to spend on a dog who typically costs us $100/year in annual visit and vaccines, so we still did cancel.
