    Next Level came to my home for a Home Warranty Repair. The technician struggled to repair my washing machine and as he attempted to fix my unit, he broke the agitator tower. He apologized and said he would order the part and replace it for me. It said it would take up to a week. I waited for a number of weeks for him to call letting me know he had received the part. They NEVER called back. When I called to inquire, they said they would come by the next week, they were a NO SHOW and a NO CALL. When I called later that week, they apologized and said they would call me on Monday. Once again - NO CALL on Monday!! I then called them once again and they said they no longer worked for the Home Warranty company and therefore they were no longer responsible to fix my agitator. They have done everything within their power to shirk their responsibility. I would definitely NOT recommend them to any one who would actually like their appliance fixed. I would cut them a little slack if I was just dealing with one of their employees. But three of the times I called I spoke directly with the owner of the company. Too bad - we sure need skilled and honest technicians in our town.

    He fixed my dryer the same day. He came in the morning and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. Then he came back in the afternoon and fixed. He was very quick and didn't have me spending a lot of money to fix it.

    He arrived on time.  He spent approx. 10 mins at our house and this includes the time he took to do the paperwork.  He took a panel off in the freezer and said our coils we frozen.  And said it would cost $250-$400 to repair and that we'd be better off getting a new one.  And, he doesn't do Freon! 

    When I called him I told him what the problem was.  If he doesn't do Freon why would he come to work on a Freezer with a temperature problem?  If there's a leak in the coils, why couldn't he repair it?

    Badly. When I called to schedule an appointment, I first asked if they service GE refrigerators. The woman said yes and scheduled us for the next day from 1-3. At 3, I'd not heard from or seen anyone. He finally showed up at 3:30. He looked at the refrigerator for about 5-10 minutes, mentioned a part he thought was the problem, and then told me I'd have to call GE because he doesn't service that model. He literally said that and "sorry" and walked out the door. Why didn't he say that as soon as he realized the model? When I talked to GE the day before, it would take 24-48 hours before they could call to schedule an emergency service call. Now, GE can't get to us for another 5 days! The woman at Doug's should've told me they couldn't service the refrigerator (still not believing that) and saved me all that time. I could've already had it repaired if I'd stuck with the original GE date. I guess that's what I get for trying to use someone local to get it done sooner.

    He was extremely polite and professional.. He knew exactly what to do quickly. I never had such great service. I would recommend them to anyone and I most definitely will use. Thank you for a fantastic experience from a bad situation!

    Our freezer was not freezing and he came himself altho is is semi retired.  After calling he came right away and checked our freezer and said the door was probably left open and would start freezing after the door was left shut for some hours.  Everything he said was true.  It still works perect.  I was so glad to see him because this could have been a disaster.  He was really nice and friendly.  I will never call anyone else.

    Nothing has been done and they will not do anything except take my brand new washer completely apart.  
    ...DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HAHN!!!!  You will be sorry.....
    Service was never performed - they came out and watched my washer wash a load and that was it...

    Spoke to a representative they were professional
    Repair person arrived on time professional and tried repair and it did not fix problem of not freezing
    Spoke to represenative again, apologetic schedule near immediate appt, replaced compressor quickly. Extremely impressive and happy my refrigerator is now fixed

    The plumber walked in, EYEBALLED the issue, told us what they would need to do to fix it and gave us an estimate. The person in our home was very pushy by anyone's standards, arrogant and made my wife feel very uncomfortable. He didn't lay a single finger on the plumbing and we still received a bill for $144 for "services." I promptly called the number given on our bill and was told "I'll look into it" by whomever it was I spoke to. I didn't hear back so expected the issue to be resolved. I just recently received a bill from them again saying our bill is 61-90 days past due. So if you want to get charged for nothing at all, hire Stan's plumbing. Please heed my warning, they will try and pull one over on you. And for the record the company I had do the job, they did it MUCH cheaper, with way less destruction to my home than Stan's said they would do, and did an absolutely amazing job.
