Biscoe was hired to remove weeds, dead leaves, grass from flower beds, and trim bushes in yard.

Upon completion Biscoe wanted SEVERAL hundred dollars ABOVE the quote given me. I refused to pay and thus a collection agency then contacted me. I have written the collection agency that I am not paying because it was far above the quote given me.
