  He was VERY knowledgeable about the updated information on the care and maintenance of the units. Very impressed how he shared and gave practical application for me to be able to foresee and avoid any future complications and to get the most out of my units.

  He did call to advise due to vehicle problems he would be late for appt. He got right to work and did a wide range of tests on the units to be sure they were running up to specs.  Troubleshooted the salt residue in the salt holding tank, advised that at the bottom of the tank that the 1st 4-5" can solidify and to let the salt go down and then break up the block to get better performance from the filter units.

  He did that for me.  (Glad he did this, because too hard for me to lift stuff.) 

  Under the sink, he advised me that the unit we originally bought back 2014 was being discontinued and offered deal to extend the performance of the unit to about 7yrs and then we could make a decision about a new one. (Involved replacing one filter {not been done since I bought the unit} that would last 7yrs and buy extra 2 sets of the outside filters to replace every two years. Sounded good as did not have funds for the new units they were going to offer.

  He got the unit under the sink done and said need to wait and see if leaks and so he went down to the larger unit in the basement to finish on it.  Well long story short, that man stayed over hour trying everything in the world to get that unit under the sink from linking (that is why they were discontinuing that unit) but he finally said:  I have tried everything and it was working before I got here and I will give you a new unit so I will not leave you with no unit working. So we just about traded straight across for what it would have cost me to buy all the filters and reg maintenance to get the newer updated unit that will be around for sometime to come.

  Went well. Powerful Pier did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Taylor is quick to answer phone calls, texts or emails. He & his crew do a good job. This is the 2nd job I've used Powerful Pier.

  Great family business and very friendly however the roof looks awful, we found lots of mistakes and worry about what we cant see, paul returned but was not helpful and didn't care said the owner would need to come see it but we never heard back from them, maybe next spring we will have another hail storm and i cant get this crappy job redone. would not ever use again!

  Very poorly.  The workers used such high pressure on the nail gun they knocked holes in my decking and the shingles keep blowing off in the wind.  Randall Tennyson, co-owner of the company has promised repeatedly to "do what ever it takes to make sure the problem is fixed."  It's been over a year now and still no remedy.

  I called them up, about an hour later they showed up.  The compressor in my A/C unit would not start.  They recommended a hard start kit.  They didn't have one with them, so they went and got one. Came beck and installed it, and the compressor started running.  I cut them a check and off they went.  All in all a good experience.

  Installer was very friendly, but his installation skills were subpar. Installer framed windows poorly and did not wipe out window seals. The new windows will now always look dirty near the seals, because there is dirt stuck in the caulk.

  They were great. We were selling the house and they were fixing a problem before we sold. They were there when they said would be and I was happy with it.
