AChris The PlumberI thought I was going to have to replace several parts because the heater was not coming on for whatever reason. Chris came over and figured out that it was a result of hard water causing a build up of these little pellets in the tank. He flushed the pellets out and all was fine. He charged me a minimum for his time and was done within an hour. It was very appreciated for saving me money and being honest. I would recommend Chris to anyone.- Ryan M.

AZap PlumbingI had the owner come out to check out my water pipes and a gas connection underneath my house after a home inspector, hired by my buyers, pointed out there were problems with both. There were no problems! The plumber pointed out that there was condensation on the water pipes, not leaks. There was no problem with the gas connection, either. The owner and one of his employees spent an hour double checking to make sure their were no problems because they knew it was important to my selling the house. On my invoice, the owner took the time to write out an explanation to satisfy my buyers that there weren't any problems. If he'd wanted to make more money, he could have found all kinds of things wrong, including saying all of the pipes needed to be replaced, which is also what the home inspector indicated. Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

FI had used this company successfully 4 times in the past. This time I requested a quote online as always. The response came back from a company named Professional Auto Shippers with the same phone number as Executive Auto Shippers. They sent me a price and we set the first day of pickup as May 20. Understanding the 3 day pickup window, I got concerned late on the 21st. On a phone conversation I was promised someone would call me before the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I called at about 10 AM because we had a 2 PM flight to return to Illinois. No answer or call back. We got in the car and made the drive back in 2 days. This morning I received information from the company and a truck driver that our car would be picked up sometime today, 7 days after the first pickup date. I told the driver we had already driven the car to Illinois. I doing a little research I learned apparently this company operates under several separate names, although the phone numbers are the same and the contact person, Ray Rodriguez is the same.

DWhen I moved into my house with 4 kids we found out the lateral lines were crushed so we called Miltys he was fast to send someone out to look at our problem. The work to be done was in the rainy season and he had me a new arobic system in just a few days. The price did go from 5 thousand to 8 thousand because he hit rock which I understand but was a little excessive. Miltys put the dirt next to the arobic system and told me he would be back to take away the dirt which I paid extra for. 4 months later the dirt was still there and after a few calls to Miltys with no one coming to take the dirt I rented a skid steer and removed it myself. Milty does good work but needs to keep his customers in mind even after they pay there bill.
