ATheir examine was through and they found the dogs we had bought both had hip dysplashia and in time would have to be put down. We took his report to the seller and got our money back. We also buy our wormers, vaccines, etc. from Animal Medical Center.

AMarilyn and her staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional . My dog loves to go see "aunt Marilyn", he is always beautifully groomed and fluffed, he knows he looks good, struts out of there with that Look at me attitude. The shop is clean, safe , an excellent facility with very reasonable prices

AThey are usually pretty busy. Problem isn't with just waiting. I just try to keep my dog out of the way. Keeping my dog at bay. The thing is they have different vets there. It depends who you interact with. I think they done a good job in the past. Just depends who you are with. Its the location. Not so much I love the vet, its the location. Just down my house, and I am familiar with.

AIt was very good. They're very good with your dog, they treat it like it's their own, they're very gentle with them, he likes going there now. At first he was very skittish but he knows them now and they're very friendly with him. If you have to call them and cancel or reschedule, they're very good about it.

AMy Bassett if almost 50 pounds, 11 years old, and very arthritic. Nancy's Groom Room is always very gentle with Maddie. Due to her size, health, and an over-abundance of excess hair, she is not easy to groom. Nancy and her helper do an outstanding job each time I take Maddie.

AI dropped the dogs off and returned at the appointed time. She had just finished; said they took a bit longer because she had to spend more time on one. I expected that as he hates baths! She was very gentle with the dogs. Seemed to enjoy being with dogs and caring for them.

DCLIPS & BOWSThe first time taking my dogs here went well. I made an appointment and brought my 2 dogs into the shop for baths and nail trimming. It took about 3 hours which I felt was reasonable and they did a good job with my dogs from what I could tell. When it was time for baths again I made an appointment for a week day morning expecting the appointment to take around the same amount of time. I dropped my dogs off at 9 for their appointment and at 11:30 I hadn’t gotten a call that they were done so I went in to pay and see how much longer it would be. As I was paying the owner informed me they hadn’t gotten to my dogs yet but they were up next. I said they have been here 2 and a half hours and you haven't even touched them yet? She replied that if she’d known I was waiting on them she would have gotten them done earlier. That’s what I made an appointment for. In no service industry do you make an appointment for 9am and not get taken care of until 3 hours later. I asked to have my dogs back because I had to be at work in an hour. When she went to get them she had crammed my medium and large dogs into one cage together where they had to wait for 2.5 hours before they were even taken care of. I told her I would not be back. My dogs didn’t deserve to sit in a cage all day because of her poor scheduling practices.- Kara M.

ARuff GroomingFantastic!! They truly love the animals and we have always been completely satisfied with their grooming services. Our dog is a regular for boarding, they love to see him, they can always accommodate our needs, even on short notice, and our dog LOVES going to stay there! ATrinity Veterinary HospitalIt is very easy and the dogs seemed less traumatized by the stay. There was even a tornado looming right over the clinic when I went to pick them up and the girls were still there concerned about the dogs. One took the two to my car and caged them while the other checked me out! Very professional and friendly. Toby and Trooper seem to like being there even if it is a vet clinic.- Carey S.
