    CounterTop Solutions Inc
They were extremely helpful.  The workmanship was excellent.  They were punctual and professional and made the best use of the material.  They were able to the install with only one seam that is practically invisible.

    Homan Construction
They consulted with me about various options and made some good suggestions I hadn't considered that improved the project. My wife is so pleased with them that she provided them with lunch on their work days which was not part of the deal. They are very respectful, polite, and pleasant to work with. They are skilled in a wide range of construction services so we're using them on other parts of the ongoing project.

    Buck Creek Granite & Flooring
They did a very good job for us. We were well pleased. Their main concern is if we're happy with their service.

    Buck Creek Granite & Flooring
Buck Creek Granite provided all of our granite counter-tops, tile, wood, carpet, plumbing, door knobs and lighting. The amount of products they have to offer is unbelievable for a small town shop.  The team was very friendly and helpful. At the time of our need for their services the company was facing some challenges all their own. With their machine going down leaving them either to hand polish every job or push customer installs back as they tried everything to repair their equipment. They kept us informed of everything that was going on and let us decide what was best for us on either waiting or going a head with hand polished (meaning we did not get the edge on they granite we wanted). Being in need and not wanting to wait any longer to move in, we decided to have hand polished. Buck Creek made their install and everything turned out great in the end.

    Tile Marble & Stone
They did a wonderful job.  We are a small town so we have limited contractors in this area.  They were the only one in the phonebook; there was another company also here, so everything is through word of mouth.  I knew the work of Tile Marble & Stone was just incredible.  My brother, after he saw mine, had his done.  When I look at it and compare it to other homes in the area that went with the other company, it was incredible.  I got pricing from other vendors and Tile Marble & Stone's pricing was the best also.  I would have gone with them even if it was higher.

    Wood-Stone Home Design Studio
The finished space is absolutely beautiful. The design is incredible. The combination of materials turned out to be stunning. Russ Pippin's design and his attention to detail were exemplary! He was always responsive to my needs and questions. It was a pleasure working with him. With such a beautiful bathroom in the garage, the next project will be renovating the rest of the garage; and for that Russ will probably have more great ideas!

    Joy Marble & Tile
Showed up when scheduled, did great job, did the counter top first, then a tile man came and did floor. Area looks beautiful and price was more than fair. The owner came out twice during job to oversee things. I would love to have them back to do kitchencountertops and floor.

    Artistic Tile & Granite
They're very particular about making sure that they have done the cuts correctly and that they have the sides shaved the way you want them. They're very very good with that. They really care that they get it right the first time. They're just very particular and I like that. They're going to be doing our kitchen counters as soon as we were ready for them.

    DAVIDSON TILE
Excellent! We had no complaints - he was always on time, very nice, very polite and easy to work with, and completed his work when he said he would, something that rarely happens with most of the contractors I've dealt with. I am a firm believer in getting 3 bids on everything, but I also realize the lowest isn't always the best. However, his was lowest, and the best looking work. He is a true craftsman, whether you need marble, granite, or ceramic tile work. Also, he doesn't smoke, so he wasn't in and out taking smoke breaks constantly. He recognized that referrals come from satisfied customers, and did everything to keep us satisfied. We had just had the wood floor done shortly before the tile work, so we were in the "1 month no shoes while it cures" stage. He obliged and slipped his shoes off at the door - no complaints. Very professional!

    Counter Act Countertops
Here is a detailed account of my experience with Counter Acts countertops in Marietta, OK Tuesday, February 26th – Picked out granite and put up deposit, which we figured at 50% of the estimated square footage. Total to be amended upon actual measurements in a few days. I was told there had been a fire at the store the previous day, but expect install in about 3 weeks. Told I was now “in line”, as they do orders in order of when deposit is received. Friday, March 1st – measurements done March 18th – contacted Steve to see if install would happen this week, which would have been the third week following deposit. He said he had a few ahead of me but probably by the end of the week. Said he would get back with me. Tuesday, March 26 – No word all of last week, text him today to touch base. I was told I was next in line, and the countertops would cut Thursday the 28th. Again, no word from him the rest of the week. Wednesday, April 3 – I still hadn’t heard anything from them, so I called. I was told that there had been two deaths in the family and they apologized for being behind. I told them I understood, and they said they had been mistaken when they told me last week that I was next. Apparently they had forgotten about someone else, but I really was next now. My countertops would be cut tomorrow, April 4. They would likely install Tuesday, April 9 but I should touch base on Monday the 8th to be sure. Monday, April 8 – I called and was told that they weren’t ready but would be ready for install Wednesday, April 10. Wednesday, April 10 – It was raining this morning, and Steve called at 8:30 am and discussed with my husband how best to access the kitchen, especially due to the rain. Then Cindy called at 12:30 pm saying they were postponing because they felt like it was too wet to get in our yard and they were afraid they would break the piece if they attempted today. Thursday, April 11 – I called Steve and he scheduled install for Friday, April 12th. Friday, April 12 - At 8:30 am, I was called and told the granite was loaded but was asked if there was anyone else around who could help unload my large peninsula (the bar we added). Afraid of being put off any longer, I said yes. They finally arrived at 10:15 am. They installed the first two pieces without much problem, but my husband came to help them carry in the large piece. They nearly dropped it twice, and at one point one of the installers said something to the effect of “I really hope this doesn’t break!” They were sloppy with the glue, which has run down the inside of one of my cabinets. It is hard and crusty (it's an epoxy type glue). When they cut out the cooktop piece, they didn’t run a shop vac while he was cutting it, which resulted in granite dust COVERING the entire kitchen and dining area. This wouldn’t have been an issue had they send enough installers in the first place. But they only sent 2. What kind of company asks the customer to help carry in such a heavy piece of rock? What if one of the installers, or my husband, had been injured? I would think it would be a huge liability issue on their part; my thinking is that they should NEVER be asking a customer to help. Neither of the installers had on steel toed boots, which I would think would be required in such a job. While I am not in the industry of granite installation, I am sure there are standards set to insure safety of workers, and equipment to help out with that. They attempted to use some type of clamps, but they kept slipping, which the installer said ‘because they were old.’ Luckily, no one was injured in the process, but I was nervous that something was going to happen given the way it was done (and on my property, no less!). I feel like we lucked out, but at some point someone will be hurt if this is their normal routine. I will say that the final product was beautiful, and I feel like the work they did on the rock itself was great. My issue is with lack of communication regarding wait time, including getting a false sense of “soon”, and the installation process.
